I very highly recommend this location! My car was in complete shambles, needing a rebuilt transmission as well as other repairs. Debbie and Joel are some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They did excellent work, were fairly priced, knowledgeable, patient and very kind. Not to mention they got it done much quicker than I expected. They taught me so much about the maintenance of my car and took time out of their very busy day to personally show me things I needed to learn. The family atmosphere was so refreshing. I can't thank you guys enough for all you did to help me and my family through an extremely rough patch in our lives, (losing both family cars in the same week), you're absolute godsends! Gail ft desk rec very accommodating about fitting me in for an evaluation ...Joel the owner test drove my car an was very honest did not require transmission work. Did a thorough evaluation at no cost.Give stars for their honesty !

Definitely would not recommend, only used them bc the dealership sunt my car there. Overall very unpleased with the service. 1)They kept asking me about things that didn t pertain to why my car was in the shop 2)I had to call repeatedly to get an update on my car. The lady said she would give me calls back never did. I have no call log record of that. 3)Tired to charge me an extra 35$ on top of my deductible for screwing to loose bolts that weren t loose. When asking about what bolts they were. The owner claimed I was arguing . 4) And most important after my car was in their care another issue happened in my car(did electrical work on my car another electrical issue popped up. Called immediately after picking my car up and was never contacted. I would pay attention to the other low ratings. I will give them credit for the free inspection of the vehicle that they offer, but their prices are way too high and warranty is covered by the company they purchase from not them.

I wanted to make sure to write a review about this location. This is a family owned business. With that said, they make you feel like family. I pulled in with other problems other than transmission to include my timing cover plate coolant leak. Not only did they fit me into there schedule right a way but they also gave me a ride down the street where I was staying and picked me up when they finished. Pricing was great for the work they performed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I came to Mr Transmission on Asheville Highway in Spartanburg SC. I had a very low miles Toyota Camry that my aging mother gave me. She was hardly driving any more.Anyway, I thought there was a problem with the transmission.The mechanic, Joel, could have taken me for a ride. He came up with a different diagnosis. One that ended up being correct and saved me from a very costly transmission fix !!Joel thank you and your wife for the excellent service from beginning to end. Your fantastic work, professionalism and integrity are top notch. I would highly recommend your services to anyone needing them.Thanks again.

Took car to Them was told two People ONLY drove car, then was told to get alignment by Someone that could do it..IF I HAVE FUTHER PROBLEMS WITH KNOCKING GRINDING PULLING SQEALING THEN BRING IT BACK..WAS NEVER PUT ON LIFT TO BE LOOKED AT..SO WILL SEE AFTER I DO THAT.

Replaced torque converter on our Camry. Same issue still existed, so he determined it was a faulty torque converter. Replaced it again and now it s perfect. Thank you for your great work.

I spent over $1000 to have a transmission fixed at this location and when I got the vehicle back nothing was any different the transmission was still broken the only thing they did was put a huge hole in my exhaust and he claimed that it was fine when he test drove it still to this day the vehicle sits in my backyard and still is not drivableService: Transmission
