I took my car there because it was making a harsh metal-to-metal sound. It was late in the evening and I could not find any other shop with late hours around my area when I googled it. I am glad I ended up thereThe issue turned up to be the brakes. They made the recommendation to replace only the two in the front because the ones in the back were still fineThe tech offered to do the job at that moment. The cost was decent. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because of my limited knowledge of car mechanicsThe job was completed quicker than I thought and I was satisfied with itI recommend this shop. They are respectful, knowledgeable and honest

I called up there Saturday morning and it's impossible to find a mechanic open on Saturday let me tell you. The air stopped blowing cold in my wife's vehicle. I spoke with Randy on the phone and he explained the process they do to troubleshoot AC issues. He made my appointment that day! Got up there and Jason went above and beyond to try to fix what was wrong with the car. It was something out of his control that what was wrong with the it. He spent a lot of time doing so and pointed me in the direction I needed to go and didn't charge me a dime!!!Thank you!!!!!!

Super friendly environment and very professional. Took care of my mustang - oil change, tire rotation, checked all the fluids, etc and did not try to talk me into things that didn t need to be done. Will definitely go there for all routine maintenance!

Extremely dishonest shop. They attempted to tell me that my supposedly leaking water lines (which are for the AC unit and have absolutely no sign of leaking or water under the vehicle) and serpentine belt were causing my heating issue rather than my air locked coolant lines. I refused to allow them to do any work on the water line or serpentine belt and ended up having to fix the issue myself after they charged me their diagnostic fee and said they would not clear out the air in my coolant lines. Bought the tools, the air in the coolant lines was cleared out and heating issue has been completely resolved. Do not trust them or use them as they are clearly only interested in trying to get money from someone. Will not ever be going back to this shop.

This was maybe my 3rd visit here for an oil change. The staff is always friendly & helpful. I always make an appointment, so wait time is not too bad. During this visit, I did experience a problem. The next day, I made David aware of the problem & I felt like he wanted to try to resolve it. The issue was promptly handled in a professional manner. I really appreciate that. Thanks to David & the wonderful staff. I will return.

Amazing, considerate and efficient! We had to stop here on a road trip, due to a tire issue on the way to a wedding. Clearly, we were on a time constraint, but we were understanding when quoted the wait time; as there are several people already waiting. Not even 15 minutes later Randy, whom was so kind and empathetic, called to let us know our car would be ready in about 10 minutes. He went above and beyond to make sure we got to the wedding on time and most importantly, safely. Randy and the team are the true heroes!! Thank you all so much for your generosity and kindness!

We had a check engine light come on, and they got the problem diagnosed and fixed in quicker than expected time. They were all very nice, explained everything they recommended doing, asked what we wanted them to do, and got the job done! I highly recommend this place! I'm so glad you guys were open the day after Thanksgiving! Thank you, thank you! We can now finish our vacation!

I ve been going to the same Midas on Pleasantburg for almost 10 years, so when I moved to Spartanburg I knew I couldn t always travel to Greenville for routine maintenance. For the past 3 years, I have been to the Spartanburg Midas several times now and I really appreciate the customer service. They greet me by name and they always are honest with me about what s going on with my car. I trust them more than Dodge (car I have) and that says a lot!!! They do not push me to buy unnecessary things, but they also let me know when something is urgent or unsafe. They ve repaired cars for my family and friends as well. And the prices are perfect for me, a single mom. They even offer payment plans if needed. I m very picky about who works on my car, because I have been taken advantage of sooooo many times. It s nice to get service without worrying about that. I would recommend giving them a try.

Scam! They took 1 hr 40 minutes to do an "inspection" for an hour appt for a tire rotation &balance and an alignment but did not do any work as scheduled. Told my granddaughter she needed over $700 worth of repairs. I took the car to Discount Tire, and nothing was wrong with the tires as they stated.

If I could give negative star or 0000 I would they broke the ignition on the car didn't not inform me. Broke my auto start the car would not lock start or anything and before that vist it was fine. The idiots are azz holes lying azz holes.

I had my brakes and rotors turned. The staff is always courteous. There is hot coffee and wi-fi. I have been a customer of Midas for years and I trust their work.

They replaced my engine mounts and spark plugs. My Ford Transit runs like new. Big Shout Out to the staff. Wonderful timely service. I had an appointment across the street at brakes for less and called to confirm the appointment but apparently their call center isn t organized because they didn t have me down and couldn t take me in. My brakes were so bad. I called Midas and they got me right in and Joseph was great help explaining everything to me. I m so grateful they were able to get me in and fix my brakes!!

From Maryland and blew a tire in Greenville, SC on a Friday morning. Called Mercedes of Greenville, who 4 days later has yet to return my call, then called Midas, Pleasantburg Drive. They got me a tire, an Uber back to Clemson and tire installed by noon on Saturday. Everyone was so friendly, considerate,went over and above in helping me. I urge anyone who needs any kind of service to give them your business. They are great!

We had a minor mishap while traveling. This Midas was speedy and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Courteous and professional. Cleanest bathroom we ve seen in 600 miles!

They did a good job on my car and they were very friendly but I m pretty sure they overcharged me. I paid $900 to get all four rotors fixed and my brake pads replaced. I m not going to for sure say this is what they did but just be aware and be sure before you go what things cost.

Went in to get my brakes checked. They said the front was good , but needed to replace the back and said it would be no cost to replace the front. The price they wanted to charge was outrageous. Took my vehicle somewhere else and found no brake replacement needed. I m really upset that I was lied to . I ll never do business here again. Honesty goes a long wayService: Brakes

These guys were angels wearing Midas uniforms. We showed up at 5 o clock the day before thanksgiving with a transmission issue. They helped us and got us to our destination. Went above and beyond, thank you!
