What a fantastic experience! Traveling from PA to FL - got a flat. These guys repaired my tire with no wait. I was also traveling with my two dogs and they were super accommodating. Great customer service! Thanks, David!

Needless to say, this place provided great customer service. I was in need of installing new tires immediately and surely enough Stephanie was willing to bring me in right away. Not only that, Michael showcased great insight as I was choosing which tires would be the perfect fit for my car. These two people were very friendly, attentive, and kept my worries down to a low. I left feeling relived. I d say give this place a chance and see what they can provide for you.

Brought my car in today for brake pads on the back . I had previously taken it to a different Mavis (Saturday) and came out with more issues than it went in with . I will say the techs at the East side store took their time , and did a great job ! The did a relearn of my computer so my tpms read the proper tire. The rebalanced the two new tires I just had put on , which weren t done properly Saturday . To the techs there a big huge thank you ! My car rides soSmooth ! I appreciate the time and attention on took with my Enclave ! You have just gained a return customer!

So my brakes were squeaking really bad on my truck and I took it to Mavis Tires & Brakes in Spartanburg, SC. to get fixed. They charged me $410 for both back brakes and rotors. I didn't like the price, but paid and left. I am not exaggerating when I say not even a week later my truck starts making the same sounds but worse than before. So I take it back to Mavis to figure out what's up because like I said I just paid them $410. They go to tell me it is going to be an extra $351.89 to fix the problem which is still the back brakes that they supposedly already fixed. My husband was clearly upset because it was not our fault that the brakes where not working again. So we left and took our truck to another mechanic for a second opinion. Tell me why Mavis Tires & Brakes in Spartanburg, SC. put two different rotors on my truck which is what caused the brakes to go bad within a week of replacement. I not just talking a little bad I mean no brakes at all on the passenger back. When the new mechanic took the caliper off it was literally snapped in half due to having the wrong rotor put on. We put our daughters in the truck expecting it to be safe and it wasn't.I do not recommend going to Mavis Tire & Brakes in Spartanburg, SC. Please do your research and make the correct decision to keep you and your family safe.

Thank you so much. Oil change, tire rotation. Checked my brakes with honest opinions, great service. Reliable and got new tires. So convenient. Tom was awesome and so was Michael. Great customer service and I will be coming be soon and recommending to anyone that needs awesome service. Thanks again.

Love this shop, Very clean and professional they will treat your vehicle with care. From the time I walked into the shop I felt comfortable Stephanie set everything up check out your vehicle and the mechanic did a excellent job if you want your vehicle treated right go to Mavis Tires &Brakes you will be satisfied

This place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!I have been there twice and both times they were very professional, attentive and honest. It s not always easy to find a place like this especially for someone like me who has no knowledge of car maintenance other than oil change. I ve never felt pressured to purchase anything extra there like other places I have been in the past.Thank you!

Really do like this store! Stephanie, David, and Mike went way above what was necessary to provide customer service and make sure my car was in great condition to be on the road and be safe! They saved me a ton of money compared to the shops around them!

I have been taking my cars to Mavis for tires, shocks, brakes, and oil changes. They are always professional and take great care of me and my vehicle maintenance needs. Steph is the gal I normally deal with, and she's top shelf. The entire staff is professional, polite, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Stop by and give them a try; you'll be happy that you did.

Stephanie, the Manager at Mavis Tires and Brakes was a wonderful help for me when I walked into the store. She was focused on my car as soon as I walked in and gave me great information about the brakes on my car. She is an outstanding manager and should be highly praised for her work. We have used Mavis for multiple vehicles and have been very happy every time. They have been quick, very friendly, thorough, and reasonably priced. I actually did a side by side comparison of the new tires I wanted to buy with another local store and Mavis had the same or better pricing every time.

Amazing job!!!! Rode over a screw on Saturday and couldn't keep air in the tire yet I need to be able to get around.... very few places are open on Sunday....BUT MAVIS TIRE AND BRAKES ARE!!!! Fixed the tire quickly and efficiently and had me back on the road in 30 minutes.... will definately remember them when it's time to get new tires on our work vehicles as well as personal vehicles. Thank you Stu

Stephanie is amazing! Went in thinking I had something wrong with my tire, it was making a funny noise. She took a look and removed a shoe string stuck to the tire.. and it was all fixed!! thank you Stephanie!!!

Been coming here for miscellaneous services over the past year, had the misfortune of having tire related issues lately but the guys at Mavis fixed me up with new ones and already made use of the warranty due to random road debris. Mike has been a gentleman and a scholar in assisting me get what I need. Will be coming back here for the foreseeable future

Went to Mavis in Boiling Springs and unfortunately the wait was gonna be too long so came to E Main Street the people are extremely friendly and they got me in and out quickly definitely recommend
