Excellent service; had a muffler redo on a 1996 Toyota T-100. In no and out in less that 1 1/2 hours; looks great! Thanks to Mike and the whole group. Definitely recommend!

Had a supercharger and performance exhaust added to my F-150 at a dealer. Power was great, but exhaust noise inside cab was unbearablely loud. Based on recommendations from 2 pals took it to Mastertune. Totally fixed the problem; quicker than I expected at a cost well lower than I expected. They have my unqualified recommendation. Awesome!!!Had all new exhaust put on my 1998 dodge ram 1500 4x4. Absolutely perfect job, sounds great, not good but GREAT!!! Very nice to work with.

I called in and was told to come in to have exhaust looked at. The nice lady came out looked at the car and took measurements for new exhaust tips. I asked for an estimate but she said she needed a few days to look at all possible options and give me various price points. Well, 5 days later I never heard back. I called the store and she picked up and when I reminded her she said once she was done working on a car that was on the lift she would text me quotes.... 3 days later and still nothing. I'm sure they do good work and are staying busy. However they need to work on timing. If you can't keep your word and deliver then that's unprofessional business.Service: Exhaust

Never did business with Cheri & Mike.But many of my co-workers and family have.Everything they fixed on there van and cars was done right with no future problems.Something to think on Folks..Good mechenics are hard to find thats fair and honest.I highly recomend them if you live in Spartanburge Metro.Osha Trainer Clarence Daniels

Best Auto repair in Spartanburg ever! Cherie and Mike got a customer for life. Remember folks, they run a business and everything is more expensive, parts, fluids and maintenance. Go cheap and walk or pay what it costs and drive on! Take care guys...

My husband purchased a 1996 Ford Econoline work van that needed quite a bit of work. We initially took it to 2 other places that were quick to charge us but not do what they were suppose to do. We took van over to Mastertone Auto and Mike & Sherry went above and beyond our expectations! They offer honest, quality work at a fair price! They're super nice and we greatly appreciate their services! I highly recommend Mastertone Auto for all your automotive needs!

Wonderful shop. Get it fixed right first time every time. Used them for over 5 years. AWESOME PEOPLE . It just gets better and better... these people doing great work at very fair prices. you can do it right the first time or do it twice but let me tell you doing it twice is very expensive... Why not just come on down to the people that know how to do it right the first time and you will be so much happier.

Did good work but the prices are to high for me.This is an update. After speaking with someone else in a business. The price that I paid was really fair. So I am changing my rating for this business am I big enough man to admit when I was wrong

Always helpful great prices and they do wonderful work. I don't have to worry about my car after they work on it. They are the only shop I trust they have never tried to overcharge me. They are the only shop I recommend in Spartanburg and I've been to a lot of places here.

a friend of mine a told me about this place.i took my 1963 Lincoln continental to them to get a great deal of work done and I kid you not they are the nicest people and they do great work at a fair price. I will use them for all my automotive needs from now own.Jimmy Anderson

If you have a teenager who comes at you with a request for muffler maintenance, so to speak ...all i can say is take it to these people, they will help you out!! Your teenager will be happy and you will not be left broke so you will be happy too!! Great service!!
