Fast efficient service. Professional & Friendly. I drive a HotShot Rig andI had a blowout and I called 5-6 places prior to Lone Oak and nobody could assist me or was over charging for the services.Lone Oak answered took all my information was responsive and got my ticket started. They reached out and followed up with departure time and arrived within a reasonable time variable. I would highly recommend them for your tire services in Spartansburg SC

Fast and friendly service. They were professional and let me know that I had another tire that would need to be replaced soon due to wear so I could take care of it today. They saved me the headache of another emergency. Very happy with my purchase and recommend them highly for tire emergencies to get you back on the road and fit your budget.

Wonderful, Wonderful, WonderfulHad a nail go thru the sidewall of my tire and I made it to this shop. The young gentleman asked me what I needed and got to work quickly. He found a used tire that they had for real cheap $35 bucks + environmental fees if you leave your tire. They also offered to order me new tires if I wanted them too. But I was happy with the used one for now. So the young man took tire off car, replaced tire, balanced tire, place it in water after to make sure that there was no leaks, and replaced back onto my car in around 30-45 minutes. That's great service for a tire shop. Thankfully these are some wonderful people who care about the customer and they try to make sure that you are happy with your service when you leave. I definitely would recommend this shop if you need tires. So go on by and get you some wonderful service from some wonderful people.

Sent my mom to the shop for a tire, they put on a tire that had flat spots all over. Wouldn't replace it or issue a refund.

I love this place! This is the only place i recommend to go to for your tire needs.. prices are good and i know that they will take care of me. They energy here is amazing. I told my guy Julius i would give him a shoutout so whenever you go here look for Julius!!!!

Horrible customer service, messed up and did not hold themselves accountable, blamed the customer instead of the people who made the mistake. Did not compensate for the mistake. I saw the guilt in the guys face that messed up and I knew that he did, then blamed my fianc�. Will not be going back here and do not recommend.

They're ok for temporary needs. Prices are fair but higher than others for similar services. However, be mindful of them if you're providing the tires for them to mount. My perfectly fine & inflated tire removed from one rim to be placed on another suddenly got a hole in it. They then tried to make me pay for the cost of mounting.

Just left lone oak tire, and got 2 tires for my wife's car. Another lady pulled in behind me and managed to get to a staff first. But Rhett m the guy made sure that i was serviced first because " it's first come first served" even after i let him know that it was ok for her to be serviced. They were fast and polite. I will recommend them to everyone needs good quality used tires.

They are always polite and nice. They have great used tires almost brand new lots of tread and will change out tires make sure they are speed balanced and disposal of tires is free. Will never go anywhere else for a used tires again. Thanks gentlemen

They are so nice and helpful. I literally no nothing about cars let alone tires. They don't try to con you. They work fast. They are cash only. Really quick in and out. Best service I ever had.

I took my mustang there yesterday had my own tires put them on in no time flat and cost me half of what other places wanted to charge me to put my tires on and friendly service will definitely be back.
