This was my first time dealing with Link s body shop. I was referred by a friend and boy he wasn t wrong. They did a great job on the body of my car. I had a dent and a few scratches and had to get my mirror replaced. When I got my car back I was shocked because it looked brand new! I didn t have to wait but two weeks and my car was back in my possession. I thought it would be about a month. I want to thank the hands of Link s employees that fix my car in a timely manner. Oh yeah they even washed and cleaned it up as well and I didn t ask them too! If you want your car fixed right after a collision or just need fixed give link s body shop a try and you won t be dissatisfied!

Links does quality work as estimated with no surprises. Paint matching is as nearly perfect as humanly possible. They will be my go-to shop going forward.

Took our cars in after a hail storm for paintless dent repair. They made the entire process from rental pickup/drop off to working with the insurance company seamless! And did great work!

I took my truck to Link's to have the right rear panel fixed where another person had driven my truck into a concrete wall. I also had them touch up some pretty sever scratches and take out a couple of small dents, as well as replace the grey pinstripe with red pinstripe. I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Friday. The truck looked great! There was absolutely no sign the damage had ever taken place. They also cleaned my truck inside and out, which I was not expecting. That is great customer service! They seemed to care that I was happy with their service and worked to earn my future business.

My daughter had an unfortunate accident back in May. While she was fine, her car was not. In fact, the damage was thousands and thousands of dollars and required a LOT of work. Thankfully, Link s was recommended to us, as we ve had some bad experiences in the past with body shops and really didn t know where to go. They stayed in touch throughout the process of putting her car back together and we picked it up last week, and WOW .it looks AMAZING!!! There was a small piece on the door controls that still needed to be fixed and they immediately ordered it and had her come back over to quickly fix it when the part arrived. Zeke, Joe, and Beth are good people who want to do the best for their customers and truly care about their reputation. We will definitely wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of body work and will return ourselves if we ever need body work done again!

Way over shot the estimate, I think probably because they don't want to deal with someone not using insurance unless it's a big job. Tried for a few minutes to talk me out of having repairs done. Took it to someone else (you can see my review through my profile) and they fixed everything I needed plus more, including a crushed bumper from hitting a light pole right after I left Links lol And it cost 1/3 of what Links quoted me. The receptionist is super sweet however!

Stopped by this place today for an estimate to repair a faulty tailgate latch on an SUV, and they took the time to make repairs on the spot! They didn t even want to charge me. It was an easy fix, but still it took a half hour of their time. I heard their estimator s communication with another customer and they give very detailed honest quotes. I am so impressed with the friendliness and hospitality here in the south. I highly recommend Link s.

Come here 1st! Collibaiar and Piedmont won't even give you an estimate or allow self pay because their priority are the insurance contracts I suppose. The first call to Links was a friendly and welcoming conversation and invitation to bring vechile over for estimate. When I arrived later that day I was met with the same warmth. The person providing the estimate went through every detail with me pointing out each section on the car as he went. Excellent! I was given an up front time frame of when the vehicle could come in for the work because it is more cosmetic. Left with the estimate and a date scheduled to return. I will follow up once the work is done.

I had my headlights restored here and there are now like new!!!! Sanded and clear-coated --- not some fly-by-night solution.Great people who own the business and great people who work here.If you need your headlights restored --- I HIGHLY recommend Link's!

I have brought my vehicle to Link's Auto Body twice over the past three years. The owner Steve and manager Zeke are top notch. Having damage done to your vehicle is typically not a great experience, but the guys at Link's Auto Body help to turn that bad experience into a positive one through exceptional work, timely responses, and an overall positive atmosphere. On each occasion I have brought my vehicle in for repairs they have driven me to and from work and even picked up my vehicle from work to check on an issue I was experiencing.Bottom line, these guys go above and beyond. There is no sitting around in a cramped room, on a smelly couch, watching some 70's program on a tube television. Their customer waiting area is a new extension with comfy leather sofas and a kind front desk admin to assist you.I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car repair. A+++ work and professionalism. Thank you all for your hard work and catering to your customer's need.

I have no clue about their product, but their customer service is HORRIBLE! After calling to ask if they painted parts off of vehicle and being told to "come in any time" for a quote, I drove to their shop and waited in their parking lot 30 minutes before being seen. Then I was told I'd have a quote in "no later that 2 days". After hearing nothing for a week I called and was told "we can't do that repair". When I reminded her that I wasn't looking for a repair but new paint on new parts, she said "Oh, okay, I'll check again with the manager and call you back." That was a week ago and still no returned call. Either they have too much business to care for new customers or too much business to manage. Either way, they're NEVER getting my business.

I went in on a Monday to get an estimate on getting my car fixed. They looked at it then said their computer was down and would email me the estimate later in the day. I didn't receive the email nor a phone call. I call them that Thursday and the lady said computer was still down but they would get back to me that day as the computer was almost fixed. She took my name, phone number and email again. I haven't heard a word or an email and its been a full week now.Very bad customer service. Could you imagine if you were actually having body work don't. Sorry sorry business. -10

We have used Links Body Shop for years for different projects and repairs, customer service and quality of the repair is most important to me and Steve Link and his staff are first class!!Give Links a try, they won t let you down.

Always friendly and helpful, and they do great work. Will also fix whatever minor details you notice later on. (Repaired my door, but months later I couldn't roll the window down. Fixed without question or extra charge.)

My daughter had some minor damage on the rear bumper of get car, a insurance case. Link's fixed the damage on time and on budget. If the need ever arises again I will most certainly bring my car to Link's to be repaired, no questions asked.

I'm a subcontractor for these guys and seeing how Link's takes care of customers' vehicles like they were they're own, and the level of quality they hold themselves to, there is no other place I would consider taking my vehicle to have repairs done.
