Made an appointment more than a month in advance. My wife and I took the day off work to take the vehicle to drop it off. They called 4 days before my appointment and said that we need to reschedule for 3 weeks after the original appointment. Now my wife and I both are missing a days pay and will have to again in 3 weeks. The vehicle has not even made it to the body shop and they are costing our family more money. I would not recommend this place.

Horrible and rude manager.I was told by my insurance company to take my car there for repair, it was a horrible idea. The left a screw inside my right back passenger door that stops my door from opening. When I took the car to my dealership to figure out what was going on with the door, they told me that someone left the screw into the handle that did the body work recently on the car. After the repair work from my dealership, I went to Joe Hudson to talk to the manager,he then told me that I should have brought my car to them first before going to my dealership even though my car still has warranty at the dealership. The manager is rude, the repair wasn't done correctly, the dent on the car that they say they fixed came back and the insurance ask me to submit a new Claim.Please be aware, they are not good.

They had my vehicle for a MONTH to do a small repair from a deer strike. I would give them a minus star if I could, but I can t do that so I give them a one. Although they did the repairs and I was satisfied with the results they lack customer service and support. I would only take it to them if have plenty of time to wait for it.

Excellent service. Customer care was on the top of her game. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. They had my repairs done more quickly than anticipated considering it was during the GMC strike and Thanksgiving Day week. I hope I never need them again but would definitely use them if the need arose. Recommended them to a coworker just yesterday.

The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. They kept me informed as the repairs were being done and was completed on the anticipated date. Great job!

Have had vehicle for a month. Took a month to gets parts so we dropped off after they received part and had no update in the months . My husband has called today and said it s still on body shop. It was just the right rear quarter panel. May have needed more but a month and still not done. My husband has to work and so do I . We have one car . Because we found out our full coverage didn t cover a rental car. So no this is not acceptable.Service: Body & Trim

I dropped my car off at this location and when it was time for me to pick my car up the receptionist was rude to me saying that I needed to bring my insurance check that I supposed to have and my deductible before I could pick my car up. I told her I didn t have a check my insurance sent her the check over so all I was responsible for for my deductible. The lady was very rude to me even though she apologized for the mix up after she seen she received the check the damage was done!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Kept my vehicle for a month to replace the bumper! Never giving updates or a reason why it was taking so long....When I was finally called to pickup my vehicle the lady at the desk makes a comment when I get there, "oh, look how fast you got here! Hahaha!". Trying to be funny but really struck me the wrong way.Also had me standing in the rain,while they bring it around front, wondering what's taking so long. They are filling up a flat tire, which I didn't have when dropping the vehicle off! Get home there's a nail in the tire. Send them an email with pictures and they just don't respond or do anything!Never going here again.Gave 2 stars because I think things were fixed correctly but I just got it back so who knows...

Pitiful customer service.Receptionist makes excuses for scheduling, takes weeks to return phone calls.Brandon, the "estimator" doesn't know whats going on, more wasted time, requires you to "drop off" at their convenience.No thanks. Worthless body shop.
