Just wanted to post my first and last experience with Joe cruisers Spartanburg. I had ARE camper shell installed and bed liner sprayed in. I was impressed with getting both camper shell and liner done in one day. So I go get it this morning and once I got home I noticed the 3rd brake light on the shell wasn't working. Now I live 30 min away so instead of taking it back I figured I would see if I could find the issue. I traced the wires back to the driver's side tail light. Once I removed tail light I immediately noticed the issue. Instead of butt splicing the wires into the truck harness they just trimmed the insulation back on the wires and wrapped the strands together and put black tape on it to secure it. I'm not sure where the professionalism was today but it wasn't used on my truck. I repaired the problem myself because let's be honest first impressions and lack of professionalism did I really want them "correcting" the issue. This is just disappointing. I called them with my findings and was told that they had some new guys working yesterday and maybe that's where the issue came from. I understand everyone has to start somewhere but why not check behind them or If they are new maybe not have them wire up someone's truck. So now that I found this I started looking at everything. I noticed a decent size scratch on my new $2600 camper shell. They said that it might have to go back to ARE for repair but it's obviously fresh so who is really at fault for this? Just really frustrating and bad business. One more complaint the truck was completely filthy. It was covered in sand dust from the bed liner prep. They did try and spray it off with water but once dried the dust was still there. Again for the money maybe try and wipe something down. Sorry I'm long winded but maybe just be cautious if you were planning to have them do an install for you. I was wanting to take truck back for bumper/winch install in a couple months but that won't be happening now. If you can't wire in light. What kind of problems would I experience with winch install

Purchased a bed cover from them and decided to DIY on the install. Cover was not closing correctly and brought back to them for help. They checked it out and made some adjustments at no charge. Bed cover itself was well made and great build quality. Really appreciated the great service and friendly attitudes. Definitely recommend them for your truck needs.

We purchased a 2024 Dodge Ram the first week of March 2024 and have had multiple modifications done by Joe Cruisers. Their prices are great and the employees are excellent. We have had something added every Tuesday in March so if we aren't considered family yet we should at least be on the Christmas Card list. Love Joe Cruisers!

After purchasing my new transit from D&D ford Joe cruisers had installed the tool package and I noticed there were three items missing that I had paid for. They had left out some trays and my fileing rack and left out eclipse for my bar for the latter rack. After the second trip they still left my clips out and evidently throw them away and had to order some 2 weeks later they failed to call me so I go back up there clips had come in and they did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know that they have came in so I just installed eclipse myself and I'm tired of dealing with them and I'll never go back again.

These guys are awesome they did a fantastic job with the blown in bed liner and their prices are very reasonable they have almost everything you need to make your truck stand out or not make it the best work truck you ever thought possible.

Needed a bedliner sprayed in our new Silverado. Joe's came highly recommended by my bossman Todd Blackwell. Had a little scheduling snafu when I got there. I had email confirmation for Monday but they had me down for Tuesday. After showing them my email confirmation Joe himself squeezed me in and they had me in and out within 2 1/2 hours (I was quoted 4). Super people to do business with and the results of their work was exceptional. I highly recommend Joe and his crew and will definitely be back for a new tonneau cover in a few months.

This place is awesome. Mike, Daniel, Destiny, Bo and Heath are all incredible. I had a mishap with my new hitch and brake controller that was entirely my fault. Mike his team spent nearly all day making it right and now I m towing my RV with plenty of confidence. You will not find better customer service anywhere.

Had a great experience here! Very reasonable pricing for spray in bed liner. Made an appt and was told it would be a few hours. Called me back and let me know the truck was ready. Upon checking I didn t see any issues and was satisfied with the final product. Had the car wrapped the day before so all scratches were buffed out but did notice a small spot where the liner would attach but can t confirm if anyone did it so just buffed it out myself. I might would suggest workers remove any keys or just be extra cautious when they lean over the truck to not scratch it. Again, couldn t confirm who or where it happened so just a reminder but very pleased with the work completed.

We were having trouble with the electrical connections on our truck's trailer brakes and Joe and his guys figured it out in no time. Now they work perfectly. The charges were very reasonable. I had two windows broken, one in my ARE Truck Topper, by road gravel. The staff was extremely helpful, professional and quick to order a replacement window and the installation went smoothly and much quicker than expected. I had window rain guards installed while there also. My wife and I will be using them as our new vendor for overland truck accessories from now on.

I bought a fiberglass cap for my truck made by a company called Ranch. The sample in the showroom looked nice and it was hundreds cheaper that the ARE cap I bought there for my last truck. The cap arrived in about a month and was installed by the staff at Joe Cruisers.My comments about my experience at Joe Cruisers include:1. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful (but no employee wore a mask)2. The cap is nice enough but not the quality of the ARE brand that they sell there. The fiberglass has a few irregularities, the bottom edge of the cap is raw fiberglass (not painted) and sheds small amounts of fibers. The color match is fairly good and the trim piece that covers the top of the tailgate isn't a great fit.3. The installation was pretty good although I had to have them adjust it twice before I accepted it. The back window trim had not been properly secured by screws and was therefore not centered.4. The cap was not well centered on the truck bed which I didn't notice when I picked it up. I loosened the clamps when I got home, centered the cap and retightened the clamps.All in all the experience was mostly OK but I think I would buy the more expensive ARE brand next time.

I own a 2-door 2011 Jeep JK. Had them spray the interior of it with bed liner spray. Did an excellent job, very neat, clean, and precise. Overall looks great. Only complaint is they sprayed the bed liner in the tapped holes that bolt my seats down which made it hard to re-install my seats. Other than that I have no complaints. Always love doing business here.

One of the few types of businesses like this nearby and this place is awesome! Joe and his crew are always helpful and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure you get the best service and the job is done correctly. I have had work done here a few times and the work was always done to perfection. They really take pride in everything they do. They sell only quality merchandise at very competitive prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting custom truck work done!

I went in to order a grill for my truck, I already have a replacement grill but the company that sent it sent the wrong color not once but twice. I was close to ordering it and one onmf the gentlemen said "Why don't you just paint the new one that you currently have and save some money?" He easily could have had a sale out of me but I always have to give hats off to someone helping out a consumer. I did not know of this place before but now I do and you bet when it comes time for a toolbox, bed cover, or other truck parts I will give them my business based on the hospitality!
