Tom and Mike are absolutely wonderful and I have nothing but great things to say about them! Both men have been extremely helpful with the tons of questions we've had since purchasing our boat. They've always been very helpful and patient. We had a minor issue that ended up being a problem with the manufacturer, however these guys went above and beyond to make up for it even though it wasn't their fault. This will always be my "go to" place for any boat needs!

I highly recommend this shop. They are very easy to work with and they are also very fair. This is my first boat and although I m pretty handy I was very nervous about servicing the unit. They offered me advice and direction on how to change the engine oil and the lower unit oil myself. My lower unit oil did not look right so I brought it in and they took good care of me at a very reasonable price. I m very happy that I chose to work with these guys. They are very friendly, reliable, and honest. I m looking forward to working with them for all my boating needs going forward!

Called looking for a part and Tim, the guy that answered couldn't have been more rude. He said he didn't have it and before I could ask my next question he had already hung up on me. If you don't have time to help a potential customer, don't pick up the phone. I won't be calling back. I can get my parts from Amazon. I prefer to support local but not when they are rude.

They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price and very quickly. He went over what the problem was when we were done and even had the parts to show me what was broken. I would highly recommend them

I had to stop by with a flat tire on my motorcycle the manager and owner were willing to help and get me on my way even though I was not there for business I'm sure they're fantastic people to deal with honest and just good guys

I'd recommend them to anyone. Good prices and excellent customer service. They are willing to help you with advice on doing service yourself. I'd give them a 10 if I could. Saved me a lot of money.

Took our John boat here to work on our 9.9 hp johnson motor and they had it fixed in one day. Price was reasonable. Helpful and knowledgable staff. Definitely would take any boat to be fixed there again.

My grandfather did business with Holdens Marine from the day they opened until his death. He was always treated with respect and recently I was in the market for a new outboard motor. My first thought was Holdens Marine. I called Tim and told him what I was looking for, got a quote and I drove for an hour bypassing many other Marine stores along the way just do buy the motor. Tim and his staff treated me with upmost respect and made sure my motor was running perfectly and even helped me mount it on my boat! Their quality customer service has not changed, still top notch!

Very unhelpful services, to be a boat dealer.I don't recommend this place, very rude on phone and not passing on any information. They say they don't bore motors anymore, what a joke, machine shops local and even shipping to have it done. But not helping the little guy like me, guess got to buy a new one, not from this place...

Have used them for years- Great folks -outstanding service. I keep my boat about 70 miles awAy but bring to Holdens for service

I have been there 2 times and have called a couple times. These guys are the rudest people in town. I'll drive all the way to Greenville before I shop there.
