We where referred to Goodyear by our car dealership because they didn't have anything thing available for three weeks and also because it was covered by our mechanical insurance. These guys went above and beyond to get the job done. Jo-jo is just top notch on what he had to do to get me my car back before the end of the day and it being a Friday on top of that. Between fighting with our ins company and trying to figure out what was wrong our vehicle he went above the task at hand and totally helped me get through this ordeal. I would absolutely recommend to bring your vehicle to these guys. Thank you to this Goodyear location.

Do no recommend at all. Had to drop off my vehicle to have tire patched and specifically asked for it to be patched 2 different occasions. Took 3.5 hours and they plugged my tire instead of patching as well as they did not balance it correctly which now I have to take it to be fixed again somewhere else. Very frustrating. Do not waste your time and money.

We brought in our truck and left it with them. They investigated the problem and realized they couldn't fix it. We picked it up next day at no charge. Very nice and honest!!

I've been going here for almost a year. Everytime I go in Jojo helps me with a smile. Even on the Eve of a holiday to check an engine light. Thank you! I'd highly recommend Goodyear! Tha k y'all so much for taking care of me!

I called to inquire about some tires for my car and the gentleman who answered the phone was patient and very knowledgeable. He was very professional and kind, even made a few jokes. LOL. I told him what I needed, and he scheduled my appointment that was very convenient for me.Nonetheless, the service took less time than I expected, and the price was $100 less than the original quote! I can say honest mechanics still do exist. Definitely worth a visit!

These folks are doing a wonderful job, very professional, very helpful.. I walked in and wanted one tire changed within the hour and let me tell you I was out of there faster than most fast food places. Outstanding!!

I went here to get all 4 of my tires replaced with ComfortDrive tires. They had my vehicle done within a day, and now it feels so smooth when I drive it. I was approved for the Goodyear credit card, so I was able to get 6 months no interest and a $200 rebate. The staff here are very good, and I'll be bringing my car back to have the brakes replaced.

Will not recommend for any tire service. The salesperson (Coleman G) was not overly impressive as a saleperson as I walked. I had a nail in my tire and needed it repaired. It took the technician 1.5 hours to find and repair a single nail hole in the tire. When finally finished, I asked the salesperson how they repaired the tire. He looked dumbfounded at the question and I had to repeat the question. After about 15 seconds he explained only that (they) repaired the tire. When pressed as to how it was repaired with either a plug or an inside patch, he just looked more confused and stated, they repaired it with a patch that has a plug on it. There's not such thing as a patch with a plug built into the patch. A hole in the tire is either plugged from the outside, or patched from the inside of the tire, or both. Given the wait time it took to fix a simple tire (it was during their slow time of day as there was only one other vehicle in the garage) and the nonchalant attitude of the salesperson, I would not recommend this place for a quick tire repair.

Hours are not as advertised. We drove by prior to 7 and the shop was completely closed. Before driving completely out of our way we attempted several calls. They never rang through, only a busy signal every time. Don t waste your time.

Wow!!!! What an AMAZING group of mechanics working at this Goodyear, and the manager Cole Gardner specifically went above and beyond what I would call good customer service. All the work they did was great, very affordable and had my car running like new. I will definitely be back.

I took my car here for a coolant check and they car inspection and they ended up replacing the filter and doing a cleaning of the cabin lines to the air filter( they didn t know that my car if you spray the foam cleaner up in the lines that it whacks out the whole car) and ended up having my car rpm up and down and had a code come up and 4 days total without a car( they apologized but with this said, they had multiple mechanics and they didn t know about the foam and my car) and then ended up having some other issues with the car a day after picking it back up maybe unrelated but honestly I think the rpm up and down might have messed up the other things so I feel they should be responsible plus they did a 29 point inspection and didn t catch a huge hole in a line? Kinda fishy and also tells me between the two incidents there mechanics aren t well trained and I will never be taking my car back- review from a nurse who s job was highly effected!

I was shopping for new tires for my son s first car. I was very concerned about safety, performance, reliability, fuel economy, and customer service if I needed help with my purchase. What I discovered today shopping at Goodyear in Spartanburg, South Carolina was the best tire shopping experience in my life!! My salesman, Cole G., was the most knowledgeable person I have ever met and explained all the most important specifications and features of the tires I was shopping for!! The installation was on time and my tires looked so great mounted on my son s car that I have bragged to many people about how great these tires look and ride compared to the big box store quality tires that had previously been used on this car before!! I HIGHLY recommend this very clean, professional Goodyear service location to everyone!! I am beyond impressed and will shop there forever and will recommend everyone else to do the same!!! There is such a difference shopping here and I know whenever I need my vehicle serviced that Goodyear in Spartanburg will be the only service team that I will ever trust!!!!

First and last time I will visit. I made an appointment for an oil change and full inspection, and they never gave me any indication or record of the inspection results, much less whether they even bothered doing the inspection at all. The front desk rep was rude at check out did not give me any indication of what happened during inspection, no paperwork other than a receipt, and was physically aggravated with me when their cheap card reader wasn t working and took too long to reset don t get mad at me for your company s cheap equipment! I only went here today because it was the only oil change place nearby that was open on the weekend. Will go back to my usual spot next time.

These guys are amazing!! I was not near my house today, and someone told me the bands on my front tire were showing...So I googled this auto shop, Cole told me to come right in and took care of me in under an hour!!! So grateful for their kindness and care as a first time customer. Will be back for future tire needs!

This is the ONLY place I go to have an oil change or buy tires. The guys working here are always welcoming and honest. As a woman, it s always hard to find a place that you can go and trust that they aren t going to pull wine over your head. I have personally dealt with Jojo and Cole and they have always told me honestly how many tires I NEEDED and how many tires I should get. They ve never tried to sell me on something that wasn t actually needed. I trust them and send all my friends and family to them.

I tried giving this place a chance after reading all the bad reviews but they did not do a good job so I am adding on to the list of bad things about this place. I had an alignment done and scheduled the car check and free inspection. The car check and inspection was never done and after I had my alignment done I drove off only to hear a knocking noise coming from the wheels. When I took it to a different mechanic, they said the inner tie rod was damaged so that cost me another $150 to get fixed. They break your stuff and act like nothing is wrong. Terrible service!

Clean, Best tires, friendly honest service. Prices are great for quality service. If it can be fixed they will let you know and do the best job in a proper time frame. Oil change and Tire Rotation appoinments can even be setup online to match your schedule. Free WiFi and parking. Close to the Library , Wild Wings Cafe, post office and lots to choose from downtown. Or just relax in the climate controlled customer area with a free coffee.

These guys have helped me out majorly keeping my old car running. I'm a college student, so funds are limited. As a result I drive a 2000 Miata. Of course over my time spent living in Spartanburg I have had my fair share of car troubles. When my tire blew out from a nail, I brought goodyear a new tire and they put it on the wheel, free of charge. I've gotten my headlights repaired twice with them, total it was about $200. Anyone who has dealt with electrical work can understand how cheap that is for something as headache inducing as electrical issues. Recently I got two wheels replaced and an alignment. I was in and out quickly, the car drives straight ever since. Total was $130, a very fair price for solid work. I will continue taking my car to them in the future given their excellent service in the past.

Scheduled my vehicle for transmission service, and tire rotation on Tuesday. Someone from Goodyear called to confirm, and even asked questions about my vehicle to verify they could service the transmission. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:45am on Wednesday, they called me at 2:30PM to say my vehicle was ready. At this time they told me they didn t do transmission service. ???-What I got was a 25.95 brake inspection, that wasn t needed.-Also a 11.17 in cabin air filter that wasn t needed. They charged 60.00 to replace the air filter.I would suggest that you stop wasting customer s time and money, and stick to tires only.

I scheduled to buy $600 worth of tires and an oil change. Went to this website and saw they were open until 7pm which was really super convenient. Entered an appointment time of 6pm and received a confirmation email. Arrived at the store just before 6pm sharp and ... Surprise... They were closed. Caught a couple techs standing outside and asked one of them if they were closed. They stared blankly and said yeah. I told them what happened and he replied well the hours are on the door. I guess instead of using the internet and this website I should have left work just so I could drive by and check their hours. They must have so much business that this store doesn't need their website to be accurate or to call an appointment when they see it come over with an appointment time of 6pm and tell that customer they will be closed maybe you can bring it in sooner. That didn't happen. Website, fail. Communication, fail. Suppose I should take my business elsewhere (I need tires for my other car too, I guess I'll go to discount tire instead).

Our 26ft. Jayco Whitehawk picked up a nail in one of the four tires on our way to Georgia.My husband was able to change the tire last evening by flashlight. Due to overall supply issues, we learned early the next morning that our Goodyear Endurance travel trailer tire is in short supply. After some research, we discovered that the Spartanburg Goodyear location happen to have the exact tire we needed - 50 miles in the opposite direction. Nonetheless, we called Cole this morning to make a late morning, same day appointment. When we arrived, they took us in immediately. Upon closer inspection, Cole determined that the other three tires should also be replaced. (Cole had eight of our tires in stock!). They changed out all four tires, torqued all tires to the proper setting, replaced the spare and finished the job within an hour s time. We are happily back on the road and should reach our destination by late afternoon. Thank you so much to Cole and his staff for an excellent, speedy and professional experience!

I recently was in the Spartanburg area for business. I was rear ended on I 85 and there was an extremely loud noise coming from underneath my car. Cole Gardner came to my rescue and bless his heart was able to get that noise to stop so I could return to the Charlotte area, not having to rent a car and leave my car in Spartanburg. He was very nice and calmed my nerves while taking care of the situation preventing me from having to take off work and make a return trip. Thank you Mr. Gardner!!

Visited this Goodyear in Spartanburg on a trip from Columbia to the hospital to visit my uncle. A tire light came on while on the road. A nice young man checked all my tires and explained why the light came on. Then he told me that he hoped everything went well with my uncle at the hospital. I wish that I had gotten his name. Efficient and personable.

Car broke down on the side of the road and got it towed to this shop. Robert and his team did a great job communicating and telling me exactly what my problem/options were.in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!

This little guy decided to insert himself in my tire. I had to get my tire fixed today because I needed to drive to Greenville in the morning. Goodyear was SWAMPED with a full schedule, but I dropped the tire off and they were gracious to work me in. Joe Joe and Robert were fantastic. Now my tire is back to normal and we are rolling.
