Great place for work on your vehicle. Had my catalytic converter fixed on my truck and they done a wonderful job. This guy works really hard for his customers to make sure that they are really happy. Thank you Garrett's for taking care of my truck. So if you want great work at really great prices check them out and give them a try.

Never again ! My truck is running worse than it wad when they touched it. My new mechanic said that the repairs weren't repaired, factory parts are still on the truck. Why did I pay for new parts plus labor? Tell me why these people charged me over $1,000 to fix something and it comes out worse and not fixed? Only $300 worth of work was actually done. These people do not need to give me a rude reply bc never again will I give them a dime!Crooks! Shady part of town. I guess you get what you see.I do not know they get away with this legally!

Wanted a Magnaflow muffler in my frontier so I called Garrett s Muffler. Shane answered the phone and I told him what I wanted. He ordered the muffler and installed it once it came in Next day ! I m ocd picky and the work was perfect! Nice fitment and welds!

Garrett s was recommended to me by another car repair shop that wasn t equipped to handle my car s problems. Garrett s diagnosed 3 problems with my car. I took my car to yet another repair shop for a 2nd opinion and was told that the only thing wrong with my car was bad rust. I went back to Garrett s and so far they have repaired 2 of the 3 problems; and I ve already made an appointment at get the 3rd issue repaired. Don t waste time like I did. Just take your car to Garrett s.

I had custom dual exhaust installed on my F150 by Shane. I am very happy with the job they did on my truck. This shop's prices are very reasonable and they handled my job in a very professional manner. They even went out of their way to offer me lunch while I was waiting on my truck to get finished. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs and I will be returning there for my needs in the future.

We brought our dodge " I hope I get there " caravan to fix a flex pipe issue which was completely disconnected and causing a horrible exhaust leak. The customer service was very professional. I spoke with biggie he's nice funny and honest. Cost us about 220 for a job others wanted alot more for. Usually the cheapest is not the best obviously but this was a job that needed to be done and I can say. When I pressed the gas that thing jumped. Not only was the car not making any noise once so ever but the acceleration increase was so dramatic. They stayed past 4 hours of closing to make sure the vehicle was ready to go. That's the owner included and biggie so it truly goes to show as much as pain in the a it probably was they did the job right and I can't tell you how much it's helped the car in gas acceleration safety snd noise.

Everyone here is so nice! The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly, and the price is excellent. We came in with our car making awful noises and left with it beautifully quiet. They even said that they could fix our driverside door (previously we'd been told that it was both really difficult to get parts and to fix it and it was going to be very expensive). They deserve every 5 star rating on here and more!

I paid for a diagnostics but was told something but not the reason my car is acting up I needed a new engine but this place did not see that I needed one. I had to go to a car dealership to find out within 3 minutes they told me. Wast of money.

Garrett's did an awesome brake job on my F 250. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and the repair cost was the best that I have seen! The work was completed the same day. I highly recommend them!

We were traveling from Georgia to Ohio when the exhaust pipe broke. Mark stayed over to fix it since we were about 3 hours from Spartanburg when I called. We had a dog and Mark said she could wait inside with us. Price was very reasonable and service was great. We were on our way within 35 minutes. I appreciated the way Mark went beyond expectations to help us. Thanks very much.

Paid almost 1k for my vehicle to be fixed and my car is now running worse than when I brought it to them in the first place and all they have done is denied that it's their fault, come here to get scammed

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanics shop! I first took them my 2014 Chevy Traverse due to a suspected bad O2 sensor. I had purchased the replacement O2 prior to taking it to Garret's. $160 later I had new spark plugs and a replaced O2. I went to pick it up and the check engine light was on. Mark turned it off and restarted it and abra-cadabra he claimed it was fixed. I had my doubts, but needed my vehicle so I left. Sure enough the check engine light comes on hours later and is running worse than when I first took it in. I take it back Monday 6/3/2019 mid-day. I hear nothing all day until I call when I am told Mark ordered the gasket and it would be in the next day 6/4/2019 at 11am (I have the voicemail saved) and he would call me between 2-3pm. 6:15 pm rolls around and I have heard nothing all day. I call and am told they sent the wrong gasket he will have my truck to me tomorrow 6/5/2019. I inform him I was going to pick-up my car today either to take it to another shop or after he fixed it. He told me he would try to get the gasket and call me in a half-hour. A half-hour later and he returns my call to tell me they can not reproduce the code. Now, they must take their customers for dummies. After the check engine light came on for me it never went off, but you're telling me it miraculously went off sitting on your lot. Crooks and the exact reason the car repair business gets a bad reputation. I will continue to share this story and will be pursuing any further recourse I have available to me.

Pre Covid Quarantine they did great work now its all down hill. They are keeping cars for 5-8 months doing horrible jobs. Ask about your vehicle and they have a million excuses as to why your car IS NOT ready. I expected way more out of this establishment. I even recommended a family member to take their car up there & I was absolutely embarrassed with how negligent& unprofessionally their automobile was treated. It actually came out WORSE than when it went IN! DO NOT take your AUTOMOBILE here!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair

I have had my last 2 or 3 cars exaust done here... I just took a gsxr 600 to them for a header pipe repair they fixed it with no problem.. several other shops wouldn't even attempt to do it for me, I highly!!! Recommend garrets for any exaust related thingsService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Great service. I had low brake pedal after doing my rear brakes. I went thete on a Saturday at noon they had me in n out in 20mins told me brake booster was going but bled brakes n i was rolling again.

My grandpa was Mac Bradley (former owner of Macs Muffler.) My grandpa thought highly of Shane and the work he did. And Shane has been good to us. On behalf my my grandpa I would like to say Macs Muffler endorses this. I will always bring my exhaust work here.

Awesome group of mechanics. Took care of my bmw's exhaust leak and squeezed me in during their lunch break. Highly recommend and will return.
