After a frustrating day of car/truck shopping last weekend we stopped at Ford of Spartanburg mid afternoon and immediately recognized a difference.We were almost immediately approached by Ethan Pennington who was helpful, polite, and friendly. We were quickly guided towards the vehicle that met the criteria we wanted and within minutes on a test drive and loving it.Negotiations were pleasant and we ended up leaving not long thereafter with a new F150.My thanks to all involved in the transaction. You guys were great and will be our first stop for all things Ford.

Great buying experience, I went in not knowing what I wanted and ended up leaving with a car I love!! Salesman was great !! I meet the manager Jerry who was very helpful in my decision making by providing me information I did not know, him and my salesman answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before buying, definitely will be back! Nice dealing with professional. Never had dealt with this dealership before but I was very impressed.

I came in to the dealer for service on my 2017 Explorer and left with a brand new Escape. Brandon Williams was well versed with the vehicle and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. From the sale to the financing, I received top notch service. Everyone was so kind and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend coming to Ford of Spartanburg.

Glad Hudson purchased this dealership, felt safe dealing with the service department. I took my car for service and Its relieving that my car will be safe to drive! Major change in service from the past, employees were happy to attend me with a great attitude. Definitely deserved a 5 star!

Not only the name has changed but Ford of Spartanburg has a new attitude. Recently I had a part on my Ford Edge that needed replacing and was treated with great respect by the service department. Jonathon was very kind and professional and got the job done quickly. Personally, he made sure Terry got me home because it was going to take a while. Kay also was pleasant, personable, and gracious. It's a new place and I like it!!!

Ford of Spartanburg is an amazing! They help diagnose my husband f-150 with in a matter of time and was on point every step of the way! Service guy I had Tyrone he was very clear and engaged with my issues on our truck and gave our next steps we should take. Thank you so much 10/10 highly recommend!

We were traveling in the new F350. Tyrone in service was able to get us in and reset the media screen. We need a module but will get that taken care of at home. Even got us shuttle to go to lunch while it was being worked on!! Will be stopping by next year!! Very happy with the level of service given to someone just traveling by!!! Makes us want to move just for the service!! Tyrone saved the day and our trip!!!

Very friendly sales staff gave me a great rundown of their lot finally landed on a F-150 that was perfect for me. I do heating and air so I needed the extra space coming from a car. Will buy again from here Manager Jerry was very awesome. Sending the wife down next.

By far the best Dealership in Spartanburg. Helpful Staff, Great Vehicle Selection, and Great Prices. Cedric and Jared were very helpful and helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. JD and Brandon were super helpful in helping me purchase my new truck. All the staff at Ford of Spartanburg were superb. My only complaint is that paperwork process was a little slow but they were busy the day I was there so not completely their fault.

Had some warranty work done on my truck - quick to schedule and even quicker to repair. Decent amount of work needed and turned around in a day.Have also bought a car here in the past, no hassle / drama. Great experience(s) here thus far.

Bought a new explorer timberline from this dealership when it was still Vic Bailey. At 12,000 or so miles the front passenger side wheel started popping. They replaced the strut tower and said it was good. Brought it home and it was leaking hydraulic fluid terribly. Took it back and they said it needed a whole new assembly and they have none in stock so we we re given a loaner. When the change in ownership happened we were called and told we had to bring our loaner back and drive our broken new car until the parts are available. We are now at 19,000 miles and the front end is popping again and the tire is wearing uneven and our garage is littered with leaking fluid and stains from a new car. We never get a call from them with updates. We called today and they said they still can t find all the parts but we could look and find them and they would pay for it. So I guess we are supposed to do their job. Will never buy from this dealership again and wouldn t advise anyone else to.

Vic Bailey was always on my mind. Took my truck for appraisal and got a number which wasn t too bad but told the gentleman I was a repeat customer (bought my truck brand new from them in 2018 $66k). All he responded was I knew who sold you the truck but he quit, then he preceded to tell me that he was in the biz for 28 years , handed me his business card and told me I had 7 days for the appraisal!!! That was it, no thank you for buying a truck from us. I didn t not feel any love, welcome or sincerity from Vic Bailey Ford, there were much nicer when I bought the truck than selling it back to them for sure I guess my business will be somewhere else from now on.

Despite raising concerns about my privacy and not to keep /share my personal information many months ago, I am STILL receiving alerts about my former employers car. I know longer work there and this is more proof of how irresponsible they are with your information. I could be a disgruntled employee, so ignoring this request goes beyond just one person. I know everything is automated these days but it's why companies need to take data protection even more seriously!!!

Used to be 5 stars. Bought my van there almost 5 years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. Last time I had it serviced, they set the tire pressure way too low (8-9 psi below what it says to set at in the door) and the TPMS went off 3 days later while my wife was driving with my kids on I-85. If I can't trust the service department to set the tire pressure correctly, I can't trust them with the servicing of things I can't easily check. I don't know if this is a result of the new ownership or what, but I won't be back.

My grandaughter activated the lockout system tonight! I called the dealership but service was closed. Thankfully they transferred me to Sean, the Sales Manager! We tried to walk our way thru but nothing was working. We decided to call Lincoln roadside service after several transfers they let me know the only answer was to have my car towed and repaired tomorrow here I am with my grand daughter in a mall parking lot near dark! Just as I was about to panic, I look up and there comes Sean, the sales manager and JD my personal sales rep right in the parking lot of the mall! The did everything possible and just a few minutes later we are good! My Paisley said, those guys were angels! I agree, Paisley, top notch Customer Service!

Had a great experience and found the exact Lincoln my wife was looking for at a GREAT price. Sean did a great job taking care of us. So when I was shopping for a new F150, I wasn t surprised to find the perfect truck at the BEST price. No one in Western NC, Upstate SC or Northeastern Ga was close. Again, I had a great experience and Sean was great. We worked out all the details online and over the phone. All I had to do was go pick up my new F150! I highly recommend Vic Bailey
