I took my vehicle to Firestone after visiting two competitors. The first told me that I needed $1400 in repairs before my vehicle could be aligned. The second kept my truck for 4+ hours and told me my alignment had been completed. Upon arrival to pick my truck up nothing had been done because the truck couldn't fit on their lift. I contacted your westgate location who told me they could not align my truck due to its size, but the east main location could. They even called the E. Main location for me to verify and set up the appointment. The guys at the E. Main location told me my truck needed no repairs and successfully aligned my truck. Thankfully two competitors broke my trust and lead me to Firestone. I will be a return customer.

I called into the shop today and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service provide to me, made me want to drive a little further to this Firestone. Jeremiah was amazing on the phone to the customer service in the building.Alan was great as well. Thank you gentlemen.

People were nice but wanted to sell four new tires when i went to get a tire fixed for a leak when all tires are year old if at all. I personally don't think it is right business practice. At least that should give other options, like change a tire or two tires. No, they want to sell four tires for thousand instead of 30 dollar patch.

I really appreciate how quick and responsive the East Main Firestone staff is! They handle all inquires and issues with effective communication and, once fixed, if you choose to take their recommendations, your auto will run the wiser!

Gave this Firestone a 0 if I could its been since September they couldn't fix my car and then tore something else up on the car because they couldn't fix it i had to have it towed to the Nissan place in Greenville which I had to pay out my pocket. So the Manager told me to let him know what was wrong with the car when they checked it. It was the alternator Firestone crossed the wires and also then tore hole in my air conditioner line that they tore up but didn't tell me until Nissan checked the care before they worked on it and also sent pics before so I called and asked about that so let me back up some my air conditioner was working before I had the car towed to Firestone. The Manager then told me himself they poke a hole in my line then when I told him about my car that that crossed up my lines he denied until we sent the pictures over so I asked for my towed expenses back which was$160 and all services be refunded because of them tearing up my car and which I was out of for 2months because of Firestone not trying to fix it they. So Nissan was tired of going back n forwards with them n fixed my car (Nissan of Greenville)I have and voice-mail stating that I will be reimbursed but never received it because they are trying to have sign a paper saying that I will not talk about this issue and I do have both copies this but why should I have to sign a paper not to say anything about Firestone not able to fix my car plus messed another part up on the car. If tore it up own up to it like you already did and refund my money back. This wouldn't have happen with the old crew at that Firestone im been going there for over 15yrs or more going. Boy what a shady deal I got having to tow your car from 1 shop to the main dealership because BRIDGESTONE Firestone tore my car up and could fix it. I tired to wait to even see if I would hear from someone but nope all I got was if you don't sign this paper when can't give you your refund. I do still have my voice mails stating a full refund from the manager there but have received it yet and I should have to sign a waiver stating not to say anything about it.

I will never be using Firestone ever again because of this specific location. After paying the most I ever have for a brake replacement on just the front of my vehicle, I am now back needing a brake repair due to the poor work that was performed. I have a brake that sprays fluid and has completely ruined my rotor, wheel, and brand new tire. The brake replacement was done less than a week ago by the guys here and the car was driven one day before the workmanship completely fell apart. I couldn t take it to any Firestone near me because they refused to fix the damage this location caused, so I had to drive over an hour and a half in hopes this location can fix the mess they caused. Just a friendly reminder that your Firestone Nationwide Coverage doesn t apply when they destroy your vehicle. I also added that I didn t want the same mechanic working on my vehicle (expressed to Jeremiah multiple times) but watched Jeremiah talking to the very mechanic I didn t want working on my vehicle as the mechanic put my car in park.

Booked a lifetime alignment online; arrived early with the car and had no issues. Grabbed lunch with my brother and when I returned they had just took the car for a test drive; and finished up.Even with the caster camber plates they were unable to get me 100% aligned but I was more than happy with the price, and work they did. The way the SC roads are, it s nice to be able to take it back in and have it aligned as necessary.

The service here was great! Our car broke down on the highway, and we had to get it towed here for some diagnostics. We did have to wait a while, but they were so nice and got us in as soon as possible. When they figured out what was wrong, their prices were more than fair. So thankful!!

This location is a SCAM!!!I ve brought two different vehicles to this location and for both locations they told me they are not able to complete my alignment because magically I need a aftermarket part for the rear that cost well over $300 to do a adjust which was started at the point of being too late to decline services.As I took my 1st vehicle to a different location I plan on doing the same with my 2nd vehicle and they will complete my alignment with no issue what so ever

Been a customer for years. I rarely go to Firestone because I know their practices, especially when you have their credit card. I only go there like once every 2 years or so, when I feel like using their credit card so they do not suspend it for zero balance. But every time, I am more disappointed. This year, I decided to go to the shop on E main st in Spartanburg SC because their reviews looked better than other Firestone shops around. Another disappointment. Took my car there to replace the door handle. When they called me several days later to pickup the car, I found a "green" door handle on my "silver" car. It looked awful. They told me they do not do painting, and that I had to go paint the door handle somewhere else. Besides, I found a "check engine light" sign on the dashboard that was not there before. How can you return a car to a customer with a check engine light without any explanation? I refused to bring the car back to them because I know this is one of their habits, maybe to charge customers more. Besides, they left a very sticky glu-like liquid on the car that could not be removed after I took the car to the car wash. Had to get it brushed (maybe I should say scratched off) by a car wash attendant. Needless to say, they did not deem necessary to clean the car before I picked it up. All that for a price I would not even want to say here. Please avoid!!!! The government should really investigate these people, they have hurt too many customers.Service: Body & Trim

Scam. Don't come here. Went for an alignment and then they said they wouldn't do it unless I got new tires. Mine are 3 months old with less than 1,000 miles on them. After I tried to explain this they kept telling me that one was really bad and it couldn't be done unless I got a new tire. Absolute waste of my time and this is illegal. Called corporate, but they hung up after I mentioned the guy who rung me up tapped the signature screen without my approval to get me my invoice that lists reason for denial as "front tire right tire separated" yet another clear fabrication. FTC has been notified.

These guys did an amazing job repairing my front end alignment and the staff in the office was also helpful with answering every question i needed to know and was able to squeeze me in even though they were completely booked yesterday. I am more than satisfied with my "first time" experience here at Firestone. I will definitly be back when service is needed again.

-10/10 If I could give them less I would. Took my car in and explained the issues I was having. Did a "full inspection" and came back and told me $1900....BUT they couldn't get any of the parts they needed and had no idea when they could get them. When I asked how bad my car actually was and how quickly the work needed to get done, I was told immediately and if I didn't get the work done I should park it. Being a single working mom, that's impossible so I left to see if I could make the money appear. An hour later they called me back to tell me they could now get the parts but the original quote was for generic parts and they now had the "real" cost which was now $2700. I went to a different shop and what they told me was wrong with it wasn't even what was actually wrong with it. I will never go back and I will tell every person I ever meet to never go there. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. How is what they did even legal?

I've had my car here twice in a few months. The last time they told me I had something in my tire that was on the sidewalk and could not be fixed. then called to tell me my car was ready. I went the next day to get my car and not only was it NOT ready, after they replaced the tire, I saw the old tire and the nail was in the middle of the tire. It could have been plugged. I will not be going back.

I made and appointment early morning the day prior. I needed two new tires (warranty change) my appointment was at 2pm I didn t leave till after 5. Customers came and left during my three hour wait. I asked the manager what the issue was and all I could get was they are working on it . I walk outside my car is still sitting in a parking lot. So I waited 3 hours for one tire to be changed ultimately with and appointment. Truly the worst experience I have ever had at a Firestone as a long term loyal customer. Want recommend or use Firestone moving forward. Price was not competitive at all either.

Took van in for fluid leak. Was told needed power steering pump and rack and pinion replaced. First pump was defective after test drive. Had to wait for another. Had van 5 days. Still leaks in same stop. Was told there was wo much fluid it wa hard to tell where leak was coming from. Was told looked like between transmission and crankcase. Said they dont work on that area of vehicle. $2600 FOR SAME LEAK. NEVER GOING BACK.memberService: Steering & suspension repair

Best place. Had a flat and was running on my spare. I had a tire warranty and none of the dealerships would be able to see me until Friday. Well I live out in the country and I need my car so that wasn't going to work...so I called Firestone and they saw me right away... they said come on in will help you out. miracle workers that's all I have to say. good quality work fair prices and I saw right away that the work and prices they were quoting was what one customer was told to expect...but she was happy because it was actually lower. My experience just reminds me of why I keep going.*I first started using this company in NC over 5 years ago and they still had my phone number and name. Wanna keep customers? This is how you do it*

First experience with this locationThe Service preformed was excellent and the vehicle was returned ahead of the time promised.My only riff is that they turned off our automatic headlights.Other than that everything was fine.

I came in for an oil change and wheel alignment. I hit a pot hole that threw my alignment off to the left. The manager gave me an estimate and I was very satisfied with the price. They had to add a caster of some sort to help with the alignment. Everything took about an hour to complete. I was told my car was ready, I paid and left. I get into the car to drive home and it is STILL veering to the left. I made a U-turn, returned to the desk, informed the manager that nothing changed, that the car was not driving according to the repairs, I handed them the keys and the mechanic took the car to the back. I am thankful that it was rechecked, and the reason for it still veering was the right front tire was not in the best of shape. They put on a new tire (free of charge) and the problem was corrected. I appreciate their diligence in correcting the problem.

Horrible customer service, the manager will half a** listen, but the mechanics are ok when they aren't gossiping. I canceled my account because even the regional manager don't care. I really wish that girl Amber was still there she was so nice and helpful. The guys there will try and get over on women!!!

I have been a customer at Firestone since 2013. Other than traveling and the rare occasion I cannot get an appointment on time, I do not use anyone else. I have bought all my tires from then, since I moved to SC and most of my oil changes and batteries.Today was my first time to use the Main St location and I left with a bad impression. While everyone was friendly when I spoke with them, the service is terribly slow. So slow that I left without my oil changed. After an hour and 20 minutes, my car had not moved from the spot I parked it. I made a 2pm appointment and had to leave because nothing was done.I cannot fathom why it took so long. I make appointments because I have other appointments and I do not have time to sit around all afternoon waiting for a simple oil change and that is all I made this appointment for.I understand it takes a little bit longer to get an oil change done at Firestone vs one of those in an out places but I don't care for those in and out places. Firestone (other locations) have done a great job. This one, very disappointed.
