This is the FIRST shop I've found in over 10 years that I'd trust with my baby! (1995 Jeep Cherokee) I don't have the time or space to tell you enough! Amazing service. Intelligent folks. HONEST. Service without the ridiculous "added fees and charges." If you value your vehicle and just want trustworthy service done (no matter the issue...) THIS is the place to contact. They are BUSY!! Always cars in their lots. So, you might need some patience if they're slammed. But it is worth every penny and second. Sidenote: they repaired my car about 2 months ago. I had a family emergency to handle and asked if they'd let me keep my car there for about 5 days to take care of business. Though they were swamped with work, they allowed me to for NO charge. I haven't been able to tell them in person, but...because of their willingness to work with me...I was able to help my mother be moved into a rehab facility from the hospital. I'd had a coolant leak/issue for several years and had not found conclusive help!! They fixed me up in no time, and...I was able to spend the last couple of weeks of my mother's life with HER driving back and forth. It meant the absolute world to me! (We had NO idea that my mother wouldn't be with us in such a short time.) Never been more grateful to a group of folks for fixing my issue so that I could travel from state to state to help out my family. I'd go to them for medical advice if they offered it! You won't be disappointed with this great group. I say that from the bottom and top of my heart. Got an issue with your car? They are who you want!!!

All of the employees at the Pine Street Exxon, including the manager are very nice, friendly, and helpful when it comes to service . I'm able to use either my debit or credit card and ExxonMobil Rewards card 24/7 with their new gas pumps.

Mr Johnny and his guys are kind, knowledgeable and prices are reasonable.I'm thankful to still have honest mechanics that my daughter and I can go to to get work done on our cars that I know will help us ride as safe as possible.Blessings to all of you and yours!

Johnny is a Great mechanic and an even better person. I cannot recommend him enough, and I wish I could give him 10 stars. He has worked on both of my cars and always does a great job! Check my other reviews. I m honest in my opinions, and Johnny is the real deal.

I dropped my car off to get my wheel bearing checked this morning and It was ready by noon. I just got back home and my car rides so smooth. I am so glad I can rely and trust them. Their work is honest and efficient. Affordable prices here, Love it

I love this place where the people and the manager that have been working there for many years. They always have a good price on the oil changed and most of all the gas has always been very cheap and reasonable out of the entire county if I am not mistaken. My mama has been going to this place for any necessary that she needs when she brings her vehicle there, for so many years since I've remembered since I was a child.

Great place to go but beware of the gas pumps. I got hacked after using my card at the pump, and the same pump charged me for 93 after I selected 87. A great place to go other than those 2 encounters. I'm sure they're working to correct those issues on those new pumps.

The best family-owned auto shop in town. Very fast and reliable service, along with great customer service! Almost surprising how affordable they are compared to other shops and especially dealerships! I will continue to come here and support Johnny and his family! Such a great Christian man who knows how to run a business!

My mother in law lives on the east side of Spartanburg and loves the service that she gets here.I have only been once and they treated me fairly.Would highly recommend.

Every experience is always the same when I visit White's Pine Street Exxon! The mechanics always go above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is serviced in a timely manner. When I only visit for gas, the guys are always so helpful and friendly. Everyone seems as if they want to be at work, which makes a huge difference in the customer service that they provide. Thanks for always providing a positive experience.

Mother and law has come to Johnny since wife was a little girl. Haven't seen a mechanic diagnose a car this fast since my cousin back in NY. Almost always the lowest and honest prices.

Great service at great prices because they care about their customers. They aren t hyper focused on first impressions like most businesses that want to sell, sell sell. They are always carefully hustling to get the 20 jobs they are currently working on done for those already trusting and patient customers. This is a great example of how a service business should operate to gain those truly loyal customers. I have gone so far as to retrieve one of my cars from Tennessee with a car hauler just so I could have Johnny diagnose an elusive negative charge computer problem that other shops couldn t figure out. He gets it right, stands behind his work, and saves you money.

These people are really honest and don't try to steal your wallet. Good local folks. I try to avoid taking my car to anywhere else because I know that I will not be taken for a ride. It may take them a day longer to get to your car done, but that is because a lot of people take their car there. Great prices and great service.

Pulled up at 615pm needed a piece of hose for my break line. The owner showed up randomly and fixed me up with the two inches of hose I needed and free of charge. He was a true blessing because I had my two kids in the car. Will be brining my paying business here!

My car broke down(engine smoking, etc) in front of another shop...they looked at it and gave me an estimate. I heard from EVERYONE at work to take it to White's Exon because they are SO HONEST. They beat the price of the other shop (the other shop charged me $45 fee without telling me to 'diagnose' the problem. Even though diagnosing was only opening the hood. White's was SO TIMELY, they were so kind in getting back to me quickly and I will always go here now.

Johnny knows more about vehicles than most people have forgotten. I have been dealing with Johnny since 1989. Their work is the best are reasonable cost. Thank you Johnny for the great service Pine St Exxon has provided to me over the years. Definitely 5 Stars!
