Took my 2015 mustang gt here for a stereo upgrade and that is what I got. Great pricingGreat customer service. They upgraded all of my stock speakers to JL Audio. New head unit stealth box and hid the amp and all the wiring the spare tire cavity. All said and done I couldn t be happier with the sound qualityHighly recommend Joe and his team

These guys recommended me a J and L 10inch subwoofer with a built-in 400 watt amp. I really thought it wasn t going to be enough bass. Yet they proved me wrong. Theirs a reason why they got 5 stars, it s because they know what they re talking about and super professional! Not only super knowledgeable but treats everyone and everybody with respect and makes everything smooth and concise. You might be alittle disappointed when you book with Elite audio because it s at least 2 weeks out and for good reason. They re the best in town with price, satisfaction, and clean wiring and sound system! 5 stars for those guys!

Jeff stopped what he was doing in order to help me as quick as possible. He helped me to diagnose a bad fuse. The radio was out and back in with a new fuse in minutes!! Excellent Customer Service! I will be back.

Joe, Paul, and the team of installers were awesome. I gathered up parts as they were available due to supply chain issues and was contemplating a self-install, but figured I would just leave it up to them. I brought them all the parts (they were very specific parts, because 911s have odd sizing/combinations of speakers and weird fitments once you start wanting higher end parts, it was easier to source from a 911-specific audio shop in California than buy a bunch of sets of speakers, cobble them together and try to sell off the leftovers) and asked them to install it all. They also mentioned they would have no problem installing products bought elsewhere; the price was the same. That in itself is a huge plus not getting attitude because I purchased elsewhere is a HUGE deal to me as in this day of supply chain issues, we're all just trying to get the product period, let alone at a reasonable price.While the parts I brought them were "plug-and'play", they still needed to bypass the factory Bose Optical system and run wires from the amp to all the speakers. They also optimized the crossover settings better than what that audio shop in California recommended to set it at. Another HUGE plus in my eyes as they also demonstrated what that shop recommended versus their settings and it sound MUCH better.Everything was installed beautifully. You know you pick the right shop when there's a line of happy customers filling up the parking lot with everything from a boat, to motorcycles, vans, trucks, and cars. I'll definitely be sending everybody I know their way to get audio work done and I'll be going there from this point forward. Totally worth the drive from Greenville to Spartanburg.

Paul and the team at Elite Audio are top notch. There's a reason they've been in business for over 30 years.Amazingly they were able to get a subwoofer in my wife's Miata!

Definitely the place to go to if you're looking to get a stereo system. Joe is great to do business with. I went in looking to get a system for my car. He recommended one to me. Which I ended up getting. Also answered any questions I had. I thought it would take a few days to have it installed. Had it installed the by the end of the next day I brought it in. On top of that, he also made sure all the settings were the way I liked them. I told Joe that I'm hard of hearing and he was able to set the EQ for the ranges I have hearing loss in. I have really enjoyed the system so far. Will definetely be doing business with Elite Audio in the future.

First off, let s start by saying I m only giving 5 stars because I can t give 6. I made my appointment about a month ago and was expecting for my truck to be there at least a week. (I was getting a custom center console made) They called a couple days early to drop my truck off because they had a cancellation. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday and they had my truck back to me Friday morning. They put 15 hours of work into my center console alone! They stayed in touch with me every step of the way to make sure it was a true partnership of ideas. The craftsmanship speaks to the freedom I gave them and they did not disappoint. On top of all of that I went to pick the truck up at about 5:30 on a Friday afternoon and I ended up having some car troubles in the parking lot. I was there till almost 7:00 o clock working on fixing my truck. They offered tools, to hold a light, and even their own knowledge to help me get it fixed. After I had exhausted all of my options for the night, and had decided to leave it in the parking lot, they also offered me the ability to park my truck in the back of the shop where it is fenced to make sure nothing happened to it. I can t express the hospitality and overall service I received. Moving forward I ll be a life long client!

Bought a Memphis DSP from these guys a while back and the guy working there( I'm pretty sure he owned the place)' was knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with and knew lots about old school and new school audio. Great experience no pressure to buy either. Thank you sir

Best experience I've had when buying anything, in a long time. It felt like I was walking into a clubhouse full of friends. Paul was extremely helpful and made me feel happy about finding this place. I was never pressured to buy anything. In fact, it was the absence of the "salesman bit" that made me very comfortable. They don't talk you into anything, rather, they just make sure you know what you want will work or won't work. Paul even hooked me up with a spare setup that wasn't originally agreed upon, and for no additional money or paperwork. So long as I live in this area, this will be my go to place for the services they offer. Again, if you're looking for a place to get some wheels, tires, audio, or even any service they don't offer, this place DOES NOT pressure you and will be more than helpful in helping you find what you need. I truly appreciate it guys!

had my windows tinted today. staff was friendly and prompt, the showroom was set up nicely with plenty of room in between displays to browse freely. the service took a little longer then most places I've used in the past however the quality is top notch. looking forward to seeing how it holds up. somewhat pricey comparatively however it comes with lifetime full warranty. would recommend having work done here.

I have been going to Joe s shop at least 20yrs. Joe is always professional, he takes care of anything i need. The quality of the work is what i would expect from any business Top notch. He stands behind his products and i believe joe is super honest and one of the best business owners in the area. Thats hard to say in this time and age about any business. I will continue to do business here as long as he is here.

I m not a customer but after reading the reviews I will be. I just had an upgrade done on my 2018 Ram with Rogers Stereo in Greenville. They did a good job but thought it was a little pricey for what I purchased. I live in Greenville but sounds like the trip to Spartanburg is well worth it. Keep up the good work guys, hope to see y all later down the road.

I have known Joe at Elite Audio and done business with him for the last 20 years. I can say personally whenever you take a car to Elite, you will never have to worry if it is done right. Joe and his employees are highly trained in everything that they do and they will always give you the best installation and customer service that a business can offer.

I recently got it into my head to rework the audio in my car, and I did a lot of research on what exactly I wanted. I quickly came to the conclusion that I wasn't going to self install, and I searched around from Atlanta to Charlotte. I settled on Elite Audio, and that was the right call. They had my car in the shop within a week. The work they did is top notch and definitely professional. More importantly, they were polite, honest, and courteous. Not only did I receive a top class installation, but I enjoyed top class service for a very fair price. If you are shopping around for car audio, make sure to talk to these guys before making your final decision.

Love this place these dudes are the BEST!!!!!! Took my 2017 GMC 2500 to them that put some bada** bass in it for me!!!!!! They treat your stuff like it s there own super good guys !!!!!! Wouldn t go anywhere else.....Took my 18 wheeler to them to install my CB for me because I knew it d be done right but it was done so amazing!!!!!! I really appreciate these guys they are the BEST!!!!!!

I definitely recommend them for your audio needs they hook me up and have my music sound right. If you need some music and bass in your car definitely come here. It s definitely worth the drive where I stay at.

The team at elite are elite! These guys go far beyond and stereo shop I've ever been to. Their product line is amazing all kinds subs door speakers from ark Memphis and beyond I'm a permanent fan and customer whom looks forward to doing years of business with elite audio! Honestly people dont even look at other shops hit elite first.. already have the best price's and higher knowledge then any place I've been before. Great sales staff had one issue on a sub they not only took care of but they actually upgraded mine! Joe Russ an Ben you guys rock!

These guys are amazing. I stopped in to get the usb connector pulled out of the console that I accidentally pushed in. They had me fixed up in all of 5 minutes.
