I have been working with these guys for many years. They have taken care of my 16 STi on multiple occasions, from simple fixes and advice to full on engine block replacement. These guys are honest, reliable and friendly! Their work is always very professional and in my opinion superior to any other auto shops around. I 100% recommend to anyone who wants a true mechanic with knowledge and experience and quality customer service. Thanks guys!

Recomended from a friend, we took our 2013 Honda Civic to Eli and he diagnosed the front left wheel bearing within 1 hour. He gave us a fair price on the install and the service was complete the same day. Thank God we got the third assesment quote from Eli as we initially got a diagnose on our first assement of a faulty transmission and was referred to a transmission specialist/company where they wanted to replace the transmission. Wow, we almost traded in the car thinking a transmission replacement was too expensive. Folks, be careful out there. . We are thankful for the honesty from Eli at EM Auto. We will continue to take our business to Eli!

E.M. Auto is the only place I will take my Durango- I immediately knew that this shop was a place of honesty and integrity. Any time a mechanic says "It needs xyz...but it doesn't need it right now- but you probably need to start planning ahead" I know that they aren't trying to sucker me into doing something that is just going to pad their wallet. They've done extensive work (8hr+ job) and were extremely fair in pricing. Cannot say enough good things about this shop!

I have a 2010 Mercedes E63 that abruptly started misfiring so I took it to a shop in Spartanburg, one of the shops with coffee makers, leather sofas, a pretty receptionist, and all the claims of being a European auto repair shop. They kept my car two days and called me recommending that I take it to the Mercedes dealership but could not elaborate a true reason why. I called Mercedes of Greenville, who will not work on a Mercedes 10 years old unless it was purchased or always maintenance there. Mercedes of Asheville was a month wait. I took a chance and called E.M. Auto as I had never heard of or used them before, explained the situation, and took it in. About a week later these guys found the problem (cam shaft adjuster) and repaired it. I had them go ahead and do some other things to the car as well (motor and transmission mounts, transmission service, plugs, valve cover gaskets) and now the car drives and feels better than it ever has. These guys did not rely on a machine to tell them what was broke, they dug into it and found it, and then repaired it. About a week later they reached out to make sure all was good. If you do not know, an E63 is a high performance machine that can be complicated. These guys proved to me that they are more than qualified and capable of diagnosing and repairing on even the most complex automobiles. Hopefully I will not need them again, but if I do, I will call them without any hesitation.

From diagnostics to final payment they were professional, did great work, and resolved our problem without blowing our budget. If you gotta take a day off work to get it done. This is the place that makes it worth it.

The kindest souls! No matter how many cars are on the lot, they will make sure to run a diagnostic within the same hour and begin to work on it asap. This is my third time taking my car to Eli, and every time I am thankful they can squeeze me in, and get the job done quickly and affordable. They make sure even after to fallow up and make sure everything is running smoothly. I cannot recommend this guys enough!

After taking to my vehicle to a few different mechanics and very unsatisfied with the repairs, my husband and I were about to give up fixing it. When a co-worker recommended EM auto I had my doubts, but we sure glad we did decided to give them a try. I am Extremely Happy with the repairs that was done on my vehicle. And the service was great. They guarantee their work and that was definitely important to us! We are relieved that we have found reliable mechanics which are hard to find!!Service: Engine repair

These guys out at E.M. Auto are amazing and can take care of your ride!! Super glad I got referred to them!!My 2013 Kia Optima SX (Daisy) check engine light come on and lost a lot of power. I dropped my car off on a Friday and they had it diagnosed and fixed by the next Tuesday!!! My car needed the turbo actuator replaced. They also fixed my driver window switch that hasn t worked properly in years!! Fast, professional, and great service! Also it didn t cost an arm or leg!!I cannot thank this shop enough && highly recommend!!

I have Dodge pro master 3500 have crack flaxplate , couple shops don t want so so that job because it s take a lot of time and they probably did it know how to do. One person recommended me this shop, the stay behind they words , fixed at 2 days how they says. This is work van and I need that back to keep going, will recommend to all my friends. I ve taken two cars to them to have work done. One was a turbo replacement and the other was basically a rebuild. Both times they did incredible work. They re professional, knowledgeable, and timely. I HIGHLY recommend using E.M. Auto! 10/10

The Mechanic experience doesn't get any better than this place. Eli and his team is very professional! He gets his work done well, quickly, and an honest fair price.I've had him work on my cars many times, and he's never once disappointed. Eli and Jacob do a fantastic job! Timely service, communicative and honest. Priced VERY well and did I say honest. In today's society its hard to find honest mechanics who are interested more in foxing cars rather then the money. These guys love their job and the the whole garage team is friendly. Had to have new drive shaft and of course new carrier bearing/ universal joints. I was shocked at how fast they had it fixed and the quality of the work was excellent. The price was reasonable for the size of the repairs done. Over last few years EM Auto has done a few repairs on my cars. Eli and everyone there always does a great job fixing my Cars. The most recent job my 2012 Prius v had spark plugs and coil packs changed. The job was done the same day as dropped off.
