I worked with Maurice at D2 Powersports Spartanburg leading up to Christmas to get a Pioneer for my husband as a present. I know very little about motorcycles, ATVs and side-by-sides. My husband knows a LOT about them so I was a little intimidated to make such a purchase without my husband's full involvement.Maurice researched availability and discussed how we could handle the transaction as a surprise. Throughout the process, if Maurice said he was going to do something such as call me, he did.The delivery came earlier than anticipated, which was a great surprise. We appreciated that unlike other dealers, D2 sold the Pioneer without requiring options that we didn't need or want. The paperwork was quick and easy. We opted for delivery and it was reasonably priced and went very smoothly. Maurice and everyone at the Spartanburg dealership made the process a lot of fun for me to be 'Santa.'

Awesome experience. I needed a vehicle for ranch work and for dragging an arena, and had a very firm price limit. Out of 3 places I reached out to, Chris G was the only one who got back to me. They were really busy, but Chris really took the time to show me the vehicle and explain the capabilities and differences between models. While I d been looking at the Rancher, the Foreman was reasonably within my range and with a bigger motor, Chris recommended that for me for what I d be using it for. Never once however did I feel pressured to buy the bigger model, and I didn t feel pressured to add on any add ons. I wasn t able to take it home that day so Chris filled its tank and held it in the back for me, and picking it up was just as easy. I called ahead and Chris met me when I arrived, and he and another of his coworkers took the time to securely strap it in my trailer, and his coworker (I m sorry I don t remember his name) took the time to teach me how to properly secure it. Overall, an amazing experience and I will be back for service and would recommend them and Chris in a heartbeat.I love my Foreman and it s exactly what I need and is performing its job perfectly!

Kevin greeted us at the front door. Kevin was very nice and knowledgeable. Even though Kevin was super busy, he took the time to answer some of our questions. Kevin was already tied up with other customers so when we decided we were serious about purchasing a UTV, he handed us off to Chris.Chris was also very knowledgeable and was very patient with us. We have a 5 year old and a 2 year old that accompanied us to the dealership. They quickly grew impatient while waiting at the dealership but Chris was very understanding. Thank you Chris for your help!! We LOVE our new side by side!!

Travis is the man! He was extremely helpful and professional through the entire buying process. Friendly and eager to answer any and all of my questions. Great purchase from start to finish. When I arrived I first met Chris and he showed me anything I wanted and gave a lot of great information. He was very enthusiastic from the beginning and shared a lot of the same passions and knowledge as I did. Next was Chad and he did a great job finishing everything for me. I purchased a 2024 Kawasaki ZX6R, and being military I knew that Kawasaki had a military discount rate but Chad took a step further. I asked a lot of questions about options and rates, he was on top of it. Lastly is Travis and he did an amazing job helping load my bike up and make sure it was secure for the long drive back for two hours on the bumpy backroads. He is filled with great information and knowledge from his decades in the business. I ve owned bikes for 20 years and he knew quite a bit more. He was super helpful with showing me different setups and was different functions were. By no means is this my first sport bike but it definitely has more technology than most of mine prior. He guided me on so much and any question or problems he helped with immediately. If you are military looking for a great deal on a bike in Spartanburg SC, this is the team! I drove over two hours and was not disappointed at all!

This dealership is highly deceitful! They tried to sell me a side by side 2k higher than listed on cycle trader. The ad on Cycle Trader had no mention of up charge for accessories installed on the unit that I had no idea about. This is blatant FALSE ADVERTISING. The manager talked me around in a circles trying to explain but it was more like badgering me so I would just walk away. They pay Cycle trader to list their units and don t care if FALSE prices are published. We wasted 3.5 hours in the dealership listening to a salesman that was not well trained in the area of finance and a know it all manager who knew everything other than how to treat a customer fairly(He was always right). They tried to sell me a new 24 model unit that was scratched up. When I asked about it the salesman said Well you re going to scratch it up in the woods , like he knew what my intentions were for wanting to buy this unit. When looking at the warranty options, the salesman (who was doing F&I job) didn t bother to tell me the fine details that not only made my payment increase (this I knew about) but raised the price of my down payment. The plan increased my payment $60 per month for 72 months but then they wanted an extra $795. The warranty package was $2600. You do the math. When my wife asked the manager Why didn t you let us know about this added increase , he told her, That s not my job . Well, what is your job? PURE GREED! The F&I guy caught an attitude with my wife after I got angry and decided to scrap the deal. I had them unload the machine from my trailer and left There is absolutely no transparency here! BUYER BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE!

I can't say enough about everyone I experienced at D2 Powersports in Spartanburg. From my sales rep, Des, to Bruce who helped with the paperwork aspect of the purchase, everyone was top-notch. The facility was nice and clean with plenty of great inventory in stock to choose from! Pricing was very competitive and fair. If you know what you want, call in and ask for Des, and he'll get you ready to take delivery. I was in and out within an hour, but I made sure everything was done on my end before arriving. Give these guys a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Just picked up my New SV650 from D2 and couldn't be happier. Everything from Sales to Delivery was a fantastic experience. This is the second motorcycle I have purchased from them and would recommend it to anyone interested in picking up a new toy for themselves. I worked with Travis and Smitty and can honestly say I have never had an easier time purchasing a new motorcycle then I did today. Thank you all again at D2 for this great experience.

Travis and Holly were fantastic from the first interaction to after my purchase. Holly kept me well informed on the Seadoo with current updates/pictures through Facebook Marketplace. Travis was great from the start! He listened to all my requests and I truly felt like he was a great teammate throughout the entire purchasing process. So I buy and resale lien storage buildings. ATVs are often hidden in larger ones (who woulda thunk it right) but imagine genuinely looking for service and advice and being treated like a criminal. Thats what happened to me. It might be better if you re spending 10k a trip who knows but day to day you re better to stick to Amazon.

Chris and Chad were great to work with in helping me choose the correct UTV for my needs. I had checked with several dealers and even though they were a further drive it was well worth the extra time and effort. We have only had the Can Am HD9 a few days, but we absolutely love it and all our neighbors are very jealous of our new toy! Thanks again to D2 for all the help, guidance and being upfront on pricing! I have already recommended them to several of my friends who are in the market for UTV's.

Traded my boat in for a brand new 2023 Polaris Sportsman 450 HO Utility. And I must say these guys/gals are top notch. They went above and beyond to earn my business. My sales rep was named Marcus and he was friendly and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Above that his sales manager Chad went the extra mile to make the deal happen. These guys stayed late to help me. Also the GM Bruce worked after hours with the guys to make sure I was taken care of to give me a proper thank you for shopping with them. Needless to say, I will only be shopping with D2 Powersports in Spartanburg for all of my Powersports needs. These people want your business and know how to take care of you. They are clearly the only choice for Powersports in the Upstate! Go see Marcus and he will take care of you!

My salesman Marcus was fantastic. I had to wait about 4 months for my Ryker Rally to be shipped. Marcus would call or text me to keep me posted on my bike. To this day when I go back to the dealership he always makes sure he comes over and says hello and makes sure everything is good with me and the bike.

We recently bought 2 Honda dirt bikes from D2 and hand the best customer experience you could ask for. I did the app online, our sales expert Kevin followed up with us within an hour and our financial expert Ian had us out the door in just a few hours. Our family is now riding and having a great time with our new purchase. Thank you for helping us give our son his best birthday gift. We also got some great discounts because we brought another customer in with us.

D2 Powersports in Spartanburg gave me an awesome deal on a lightly used Yamaha Tracer 900. What won me over though wasn t the price but the sales culture. Travis Stone helped me through the process, listening to my needs and wants, relating his experience as a rider and providing all the requested information. The legalities of the deal went pretty smooth too. I will definitely consider them as my first option when looking for another bike

First rate people, sadly I wasn't able to get the Katana due to CRAZY high insurance price but Travis & Bruce were awesome! One thing they won't do is honor their online processing. I drove over an hour to them due to a very misleading add only for them to tell me what was pictured wasn't included and nowhere in the add did it state that. I left and on my way back home i stopped by Power Sports of Greenville and I got a better sxs and saved right at $4000.00 dollars: I did reach out to you which was really a waste of time for me again.

If you're buying a four wheeler go see Maurice at D2 Powersports in Spartanburg!! He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, super nice and funny, and sold us the perfect four wheeler for our needs. Very happy with the experience from start to finish!

Need a tire for your bike? Time for a tune up or oil change? Go see Joe Wofford and his crew at D2 and they will take great care of you. I'd especially like to thank Anthony and Quan in the shop for getting my tire replaced in a hurry. Truly Kimmanee took care of the paperwork and the bill was what I was quoted. Great job guys!

TRAVIS IS THE MAN!!! I bought 2 kayo 60 dirt bikes and 2 kayo 150 4wheelers today. He was very knowledgeable about any question I asked and very thorough in showing me the ins and outs of the bikes. Thank you for everything travis!!!
