Mr. Yex is professional, thorough, reasonable, responsive, and easy to work with. I am so happy to finally have one experienced, conscientious, and knowledgeable source for the multitude of policies I have to carry, and he is saving me money on top of that. Not recommend.. horrible service/ canceled my policy for being 8 days late and still took my payment. My agent told underwriting I was a risk and shouldn't be reinstated..

The team at CWS insurance agency has been handling my personal insurance for the last 12 years and my business insurance for the last 5 years. I couldn't be happy with the services they have provided me. They are responsive and transparent and also reasonable in cost. I have referred them to countless clients whom share the same opinions that I do. If you are on the fence with your current insurance provider give these guys a call! At a time when professional, prompt service was needed, CWS INSURANCE was responsive and exceptional. My issues were dealt with with dispatch, and Rob Hammett deserve the highest accolades. I would gladly recommend him to anyone.Having been a lifelong resident of the community I can say, without hesitation, that Spartanburg is lucky to have CWS in the community and I have never heard anything but praise for their organization.My thanks, most sincerely.

Great customer service. Receive requested information and quotes in a timely manner. Friendly staff. Good claim service when I have had to use my insurance. Highly recommend doing business with them. CWS has handled my insurance for 20 years.

Definitely one of the better insurance companies in the area. A little pricey but, the service matches the price. Quality service, comes at a higher price.

Excellent customer service. Over the past 10 years we had 2 hail damage claims. Both were handled quickly and efficiently. One was for my car and a couple of years later we had hail damage to our roof. More recently, I needed their help with the red tape of changing vehicles over to just my name. Sheryl quickly straightened out the DMV and their mistakes. I appreciate their quick responses.

I rarely ever do reviews but the experience i had with Aurthur Yex and Myra Kirby at CWS was above and beyond. I am starting my very first business and was very nervous but they made the process as simple and easy as can be. The quote was way below any other quotes i got but the customer service i had with those two was the real reason i would absolutely recommended them. Thanks again Aurthur and Myra you two are a life savor

Rob Hammett did an outstanding job with the handling of my fire claim. Before the firemen even left, he had already made a call to Puroclean to come help clean the house. They knew my coverages and responded to every question and email. Great agency and great people.They also handled my parent's claim from the tornado. Again, Rob Hammett was on the scene within hours of the storm. When my parents ran into some difficulty with the insurance company, Rob stepped in and helped them navigate the claim and get the claim resolved correctly. Highly recommend them.

You think it's good cause you get a good price but when the time comes for them to follow through and do their job after an auto accident I can guarantee you will be changing your tune! WORST insurance I've ever used & would never recommend to anyone! I paid full coverage $200 a month for 5 years for my $40,000 sports car and after my car was totaled they gave me a $1,200 settlement. Lesson learned, advising you all to go to an ACCREDITED company and pay the extra $15 a month.

Independent agency that shops for the best cost coverage. Has saved me hundreds compared to other agencies. All the normal things like direct debit to your account for billing. Returns voicemails same day. Just good agents there when you need coverage for life bumps in the road.
