Excellent!I have taken my car here for a tune - up , oil change, belts changed, today my timing belt was replaced,and I bought tires.My car runs better now than when I purchased it. Prices are more than reasonable. Before anyone does anything extra they call.I would not go anywhere else for my car repairs. Friendly staff, and just a nice welcome feeling from drop off to pick up. My car information is on the computer, so going to this one trusted Garage they always know what has been done, also can anticipate my cars future needs ( regular maintenance).I recommend Crossroads South to everyone that owns an automobille .Thank-you again to everyone at Crossroads South.Evelyn Johnson

Frank is an amazing Christian, kind, honest; he and his professional team are great, knowledgeable, punctual, among other qualities I could list. I am one happy and grateful client. Fantastic serviceI needed new brakes and rotors. I dropped my car off before work last Monday, when I got off my car was ready and I was greeted by a super friendly gentleman that took the time to go over the bill with me (which was amazingly reasonable) and a thorough conversation about what he did to my car. My car now sounds and runs great. I'm so grateful to know I have a trustworthy place to take my car A++

TLDR: I would absolutely recommend Crossroads South to anyone!! From scheduling, to the prices, to the knowledge and care they gave while I was there - they really do treat you like family and I was beyond impressed and grateful for their help.Full story: I was coming from out of town to check out a used van purchase and this shop happened to be close by with glowing reviews, so I called to schedule a pre purchase inspection.First off, they were able to get me on their schedule the next day. I have been on the van search for a couple weeks now, and having had to call many, many, many (sigh) car shops to schedule inspections on potential vans was proving difficult. Many are having trouble getting parts which is throwing their scheduling off, so availability would be days or weeks out, if they could commit at all. I can empathize - covid has thrown many supply chains off - I only mention this bc I think it s a bit of a testament to the smooth and experienced operation they have built here.I was running about an hour early and was expecting to wait, no problem, but they were able to start before my appointment time and even apologized to ME for having to wait! Lindsay was so welcoming and gave me a little background on their family business - it is a really neat spot and it s clear they have a passion for what they do.Sadly the van didn t work out - it had several issues the dealer did not inform me of, but Mr. Frank took his time to walk me through every single issue he found, as well as cost ranges for fixes to give me something to try and counter the seller with. We got to chatting about my van search and he also gave me several pointers which I was very grateful for!Even more so - he offered to take my contact info in case he came across something that fit my needs. I was absolutely blown away by the support and kindness these folks offered to a complete stranger from out of town, truly some genuine and caring people!Lastly, the pricing was amazing - I was actually shocked when she gave me the total, especially for how thorough and attentive they were throughout the whole process.If you are in the area I cannot recommend them enough - heck I live an hour away and would still try to make the drive to have my car worked on here.Oh, also they gave me a free Dr. Pepper while I waited :)5 stars all the way around!!

I was blown away with the service I received here at Crossroads! I needed a new headlight installed on my Ford Expedition and two fog lights replaced. The manager and his sweet daughter searched for the best deal for almost a week until they suggested I order a part. They took time out of their busy days to help me not pay a fortune and get me exactly what I needed. They also didn t overcharge for labor costs and got the job done quickly and perfectly! I have decided to take ALL my business to them in the future and so has my husband. I would highly recommend them and trust them with your vehicle. Thank you for a great experience and service!!

I just want to say that this company is a God-sent my daughter had an incident on the interstate something flew under her car. The owner stopped what he was doing and took care of my baby girlandGot her back on the road. She was 4hrs. Away from home. I highly recommend anyone who needs help to go to this company to anyone who needs auto assistance.

Long story short I was on my way home from spending the holidays with my parents. A truck didn t secure what they where hauling so of course, I ended up with it, smashing into the bottom half of my Escape. Panicked I pulled over and a nice gentleman told me the directions to crossroads (after roadside wouldn t help). I m 400miles from home with the underneath of my escape scraping against the bottom of the asphalt as I pull in almost crying.They had me in and out in less than 10min. I honestly don t know what I would have done. So thank you so so much.

Great service! Frank went above and beyond to help me out with my truck as it was constantly having problems.This will be my go to mechanic when I am in the area.Update: I continue to have great experiences with this mechanic shop. The team worked fast on some minor issues and happily discussed my concerns with me. They keep earning my business. Unfortunately, I'm having to revise my review from "Fast and friendly service. Didn't cost an arm and a leg, either!" to: please take caution. This used to be our go to shop for auto mechanic needs, so please know that writing this revised review is my honest opinion as a patron. My husband had to return on three different occasions for the SAME problem and was given the following explanations: too much dirt on the alternator (the warranty expired and the info on that warranty was not shared accurately), the second replacement alternator was a faulty part (newly acquired bc warranty was out on the first one), then the third visit "the battery was bad" and they tried to charge $50 for determining that the battery was "just dead" or "not connected". Went and got a second opinion and was informed that the part was faulty and the job was not done correctly. We have asked Frank for a refund for the faulty alternator part, AT LEAST. We understand not being able to refund the whole transaction, but since the second alternator STILL should have been under warranty, where is our refund on this part? As of 5/25/23, no one from the shop has reached out to my husband with an explanation and he has not received a dime for the second faulty alternator part that did not work. We have always paid our bill at this shop, with the exception of the $50 charge for the battery and that shouldn't have been a fee at all considering that "fix" was a result from the faulty alternator which caused the battery to die in the first place. We are highly disappointed in the service and the lack of response to make this right. We will not be returning or referring anyone to this shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

We were traveling from Florida to North Carolina and lost all electrical in our truck. We made it to an exit and I checked Google to find a repair facility. The first one I called couldn't help us till tomorrow. Next I called Crossroads and spoke to Anthony who was very polite, professional and more than anything, helpful. We were one mile away from the shop and Frank came with a battery booster and we were able to drive to the repair shop. I know my way around under the hood and really appreciate how these gentlemen do the work. They worked on it like it was going to be inspected by Henry Ford himself. We were back on the road in less than an hour. That was a battery and alternator swap. Their charges were way more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.Also I feel to be a pretty good judge of character and Anthony and Frank would be high on my list to invite to a holiday dinner.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Battery

Our windshield wiper broke off on the highway in the middle of pouring rain, this was the closest spot we could get to. The shop owner replaced it for free! So I guess I'm writing a positive review :)Thanks for helping us out in a tough spot!

Well today was my first day calling I figured I'll be a new customer had a pretty good bit of work to do on my Jeep when the guy answered the phone I asked him was he ready you know and he just the phone guy I really don't know what I can do for you that don't reflect too good on the shop all he had to say was hold on Sir let me get a p�n and a piece of paper and let me write it down or let me speak to someone that could relate to what I had to say.I heard they do good work but the phone guy didn't even act like he wanted to hear what I had to say .thank you h�ve a wonderful evening. Hands down the best mechanics and friends you can find! They treat everyone's vehicle as though they are family and go above and beyond to care for their customers. You'll never find them trying to over charge or deceive you in any way. I have complete trust in Frank and his staff. I'll always call Crossroads my family.

I can't recommend this shop enough. The people at Crossroads are some of the best that you will ever meet. They will take their time to diagnose the issue and get the repair right the first time. The mechanics have a desire to learn and will go above and beyond to research whatever issue you are having and fix it correctly. Joe and Anthony are first rate. Besides the great work they do, they do it with great spirit and care. They are sensitive to cost and timing and getting your car working again correctly. Best automotive care in Spartanburg! I trust the guys Frank hires!

The mechanics were very honest with me about what type of repair that my SUV needed by inspecting and diagnosing the issue that I was experiencing with my vehicle,which resulted in unnecessary repairs that I didn't need. I highly recommend going to these folks,and I will be going back there for future repairs for my vehicle!

Great people checked our car for over heating...Found a blown head gasket....They told us they didn't do that kind of work.. So they didn't charge us anything for putting it on the machine which is usually a $75 charge
