After some significant damage, Brian Jolley and team did an outstanding job making my beloved truck look like new again! Looks great and runs perfectly. Everything takes longer in this pandemic environment with Supply Chain, and truck parts are no exception. However, Brian's team communicated with me along the way making sure I knew what to expect. Although my car ended up being a total loss, Brian, Casey, and the rest of the team there were Johnny on the spot with answering any questions I had. They were very thorough with explaining the steps and issues with my vehicle. They definitely put the guests first and do what they can to make them completely satisfied. So far, unimpressed. Use to really like Dave Edward's svc dept. Made an appointment for an in-warranty body repair, waited 2 weeks, dropped my only car off and a day later I cant get anyone on the phone (no answer, repeated calls) to find out when/if my car will be ready! Still waiting for a call back hours later so I can arrange transport to go get it. Promised a 2-day turn around for a minor fix, I'm doubtful.Mid-covid pandemic spike, yet zero masks on employees.UPDATE: Did get call that vehicle was ready from the svc dept, as promised. Lousy communication from body shop through the entire process. Uprating to 2 stars.
