I purchased a car about 3 months ago. We paid cash. The people were very nice. I really wanted to give a 5 star rating BUT directly after the 30 day warranty on the engine, I had to pay over $1000 for work on the car. I still need a new fuel pump and before 2 months had passed, the A/C stopped blowing cold air. This will be yet another $1000. If you plan on buying, make sure that you get it to a trusted mechanic ASAP.

This place is full of run down hill Billy's that wont even help you fix your car. They kept running to the back and lighting up something, then come out to the desk looking high and smelling weird. And they laugh in your face when you need something... DO NOT SHOP HERE RUN FAR FAR AWAY. They dont care about you or your car just your money

Very friendly and willing to work with you on just about anything, have great mechanics that know what they are doing and they have a great selection of vehicles and very affordable prices. I've been going there ever since I could drive even bought my first car there. Would definitely recommend going you won't regret it!

They are very professional and patient with payments, and if you get a car there, they will fix it for you in their garage. Never had any issues, though.

They sold my pregnant friend a lemon car less than a month ago and refused to make it right. The car won't last a year if that long. If you test drive here, test drive it straight to a mechanic to look at it!

Leased for about 7000 to date I have paid a little over $3000 in repairs. Taking it to the shop again. I'll let you know what that cost will be.

Went to test drive a Challenger they had for 16,000. They said it had a salvage title and the insurance was gonna be ridiculously high for it plus the payments were 400 a month with 4000 down, which I had on me. I wanted to test drive it even after knowing all this and the owner asked me if I was to trying to buy it today and I said I was looking to see if it was ok to buy 1st and he told me if I was looking to buy today that I couldn't test drive it but could just look at it. WHO SELLS CARS LIKE THIS?? He assumed I didn't have the money today, which I did. I definitely will not be going back to this place. No wonder no one was there looking to buy anything today. Little did be know he lost a potential sale today. It's cheaper to get a new Challenger at those prices that holds value instead of a salvage! F- and deserves -0 stars instead of 1

These are the most unprofessional set of people I've ever come in contact with. They sell these old cars for too much. I bought a 2008 Dodge Charger for 10,000 and the valve is only 4,500. Fell behind on my payments after only owing 1,250 on the vehicle and he sent Recovery to find it. I refused to let him take my vehicle after truth being told I been paid what it was worth. After paying it off he held my title up. So take heed don't buy these over priced USED CARS...I'm glad my next purchase will be through a REAL DEALER!!!!!

This is a horrible company. I was paying 170.00 for insurance 180.00 with late fee/reinstate. Today they seriously tried to pocket 20$ plus 30$ more without my consent or valid reason or proof provided. Beware of private shady people who are also incredibly rude.

We bought a car from here in 2016, after our daughter was born because we needed 2 cars. Had minor problems with the electrical in car but it was fixable. We decided to pay off the car, a year early in August and did so. We saw a 2010 ford escape and fell in love. We decided to get it. Within a week the air went out and the back door wouldn't open. We called charlies and he said bring it in so we did but it was 2 weeks later. They fixed the back door but all they did with the air is put frion in. So within 3 days, it stopped again. We called charlies again but they said they couldn't look at it for 2 more weeks. This was right before labor day weekend and we were going out of town. So we took it to a car repair place. Long story short, we had to take it back 4 times until they said the only option was to replace the entire ac system. We took it to another shop to get a second opinion and he said the same thing at a cost of almost 2000, not including the 500 it cost the first 4 times and the 200 from the second mechanic. We called charlies with this information to see what we could do because we loved the car but didnt feel it was worth it to spend that kind of money and still pay the full amount. Charlie accused us of being wrong, saying nothing was wrong with the air and said he wasn't going to help at all. Frustrated, we looked online at Dave Edward's and found a 2013 ford escape that had only 53000 miles compared to the 180000 that the 2010 had. We dont have good credit , which is why we have used charlies previously, we didn't think we would qualify (the total price was actually only 1500 more than charlies). We actually qualified for the same down payment and same payments that charlies offered, got a much nicer car with 3 warrantys and building our credit. I would have been happy to work with charlies but he was completly unreasonable. I cant recommend. However, try dave Edward's used cars, even if your credit isnt great. They work with you.

The Best place to shop for a car and get an honest sale!!! They even have a shop to service your cars needs later. You can pay there with NO INTEREST! Check them out for your needs.

Sells junk some cars sit on his lot for several yrs not running so he tries to get them to run sells them for a fortune and gives no kinda warranty/guarantee so when it breaks down or something goes wrong and it will cause they have say for so long u will be stuck i would avoid this place if at all possible it looks like a junkyard not a carlot but this is the place to go to if u prefer a taillight gaurantee thats i will gaurantee it till your taillights get out sight high crime area alot of hos cars have beem vandalized just stay away u can do better hell anyplace is better
