These guys were incredible to work with!I slammed my door into a concrete post at a local gas station, and it stuck out like a sore thumb to me.The folks at Carolina PDR came highly recommended and now I see why. Very professional. Quick turnaround, and what I consider more than reasonable pricing. I could not be more happy.

Carolina PDR has an extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and kind staff. I had a deer jump across the hood of my brand new Tesla. Rocky and TJ at took care of me like family. They surpassed my expectations with their repair! Worth every penny, I would trust them with any car. Carolina PDR is an awesome company. They took the time to explain to me the process of how they removed the dents, And also showed me how they look to find it. In the end my insurance said there was only a little over $1,000 in damage. Carolina PDR took the time. Found all the dents and it wound up being close to $5000. Carolina PDR fixed the dents and return the car to me and it looked like it was new again. Definitely recommend this shop and we'll use them again in the future if we ever need to.

Fantastic work. Had a nasty crease and ripple in my fender as well as a ding in my door. Price came in well under a competitor, and the work was 100% fantastic. Car was also ready an hour earlier than promised. Will usd again.Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

These guys are awesome fast speedy reasonable great prices excellent customer service went above and beyond did a better job on my vehicle then the dealership did. Made me and my sister feel like family check them out.

This place is great for taking out debts and dings. Staff gave me a ride home and I got my car back by 4pm. Looked great. Had some interesting local pics of years gone by....

Place was awesome. Great communication, great customer service. Helped with some insurance issues I was having with some hail damage. Quality work, couldn t even tell there was damage afterwards. Highly recommend them. As a car guy I get picky on where I take my car. I get worried about stuff like people driving it. The car only had .1 more miles on it, which is good peace of mind.

Everyone was very friendly, nice and professional. My only problem is I think I was overpriced for such a quick job. I had 3 dents located on my Tahoe from a tree limb that had fell and it wasn't no major damage. I wanted those dents out I was charged $340 which was a lot. After getting it done I got quotes from other dealers in Spartanburg and the price was half of that . Wish I would have waited just because with everything is going on I am looking for the best price who can still do an awesome job but vehicle looks good.

PDR did an amazing job removing the dent in my truck cab and door after I backed into a tree. Rocky was great, provided me a ride home and back again. Truck was ready earlier than promised. I highly recommend them if you have a dent and want it removed.

Carolina PDR customer service is amazing. When they learned I was going to pay for a rental car so I could leave my car for repair, they immediately took my car into service and repaired it in less than 2 hours. It looks fantastic!! I highly recommend this car repair company to anyone who wants their car to be repaired to perfection! Thanks so much Carolina PDR!!

TJ and Rocky were very friendly and efficient from the estimate to the day of the repair. We had a pretty big dent on the bed of our truck left by a hit and run driver. Rocky was able to remove the dent to an undetectable degree. We have found our new PDR specialist that we will call on when needed.

I just bought a Honda CRV and a dump truck in front of me had gravel falling off the back. A huge rock hit my hood and left a gouge in the pain plus a dent. Thanks to these fantastic folks I can't find it unless I look really hard. I mean really hard. They are great.
