Campbell s body shop is a great body shop. They are very attentive and do great work. There wrecker driver showed up onsite at my accident and took it from there.

Campbell's painted the side of my 2018 F-150 aluminum body ,and done very well I can't even see where it was damaged, great service,very prompt on everything , very honest and will always be my paint and body shop ,THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Awesome people!! They have had the pleasure of fixing three of my cars that have been in wrecks. ( none of which were our fault) They stood up to the insurance companies when they tried to make suggestions that parts were fine and didn't need to be replaced or fixed. When my vehicles were done, you would never know that there was any damage. Campbell's is very proud of there work and will not let you leave if they are not satisfied with the work they have done. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

This place is amazing. They were professional and helpful. If needing any body shop service or wrecker service in the Spartanburg area you need to use Campbell's. They are amazing.

Always friendly and kind, with amazing work. Plus I was greeted by a black lab named Susie while I waited, which made my entire day. I always come here for any body work/painting needed!

I was referred by my insurance company. And I must say they done an amazing job. There was a lot of damage to the car and it was returned in perfect condition. We have returned multiple times for them to do different types of body work always great. Also had a spoiler painted also great job. Matt has always been very polite and accommodating to help us get what we wanted and in a timely manner.

Great service, great people. I got everything I needed for a great price, with a smile on their face. When he shook my hand, I felt the power. The raw energy exuded radiated within me, and struck me with the confidence that I needed to rest assured that my car is in good hands. Sure enough, I get my vehicle back, not only does it look better than before, but I think it runs faster too! Complimentary upgrade, don't mind if I do! Thanks alot, Campbell family!

Cambell's did an excellent job repairing my Honda HRV. Matt was very good about communicating status of my vehicle while it was at his shop. There were a lot of delays due to supply chain, which is understandable.When I picked it back up, it was very clean and runs great.-JoAnneService: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Campbell's and the quality work that I received was outstanding. After my car was hit by a Tractor Trailer on the passenger side Campbell's fixed my car and once I received it back I was amazed my car looked brand new. So yes I'm pleased and will recommend them to anyone.

Following a run in with a direction challenged deer, my insurance company recommended I use Campbell's for a minor body repair. I'm very glad that I did. Matt and the staff at Campbell's were simply the best. Prompt, courteous, and professional. I could not be more satisfied with their work. Truly a first class shop.

I wish you could give no stars!! What a bad customer service experience. My van has to go back to another shop as I will never take it back to Campbells. One of the owners actually had the nerve to be rude, call me back and state "I'm real sorry man, I am going through a tough time now" What a joke of a shop. And to top it off the car had to go back 2 times due to very poor quality paint and quality control. See attached picture, they actually cleared over a scratch, meaning they didn't even repair all the area...wow such a crappy job.

I can say this very much. Campbells services is worth it. The kind and sweet personality from the staff gave me the best feeling just knowing My car was given a look of luxury from the hands of Campbells. Im forever grateful to them.

Unfortunately I have had to bring a couple of cars to Campbell's through the years. Every time they have provided fair professional services. The work done has always been outstanding quality and they stand behind the work. Hopefully will never return lol but if needed Campbell's will always be my collision repair place.

Our auto insurance is with USAA and Campbell's has been on USAA's preferred list for years. We recently selected them to perform the body work on a vehicle of ours after it was involved in an accident. Campbell's was great in working with us to arrange drop-off and pick-up of our vehicle after hours. We were very pleased with their work and when we arrived to pick up our vehicle they had even vacuumed and washed it.

Very nice job. Did take way to long (2 months) supposedly difficulty getting parts and still had full deductible to pay. But work was well done.

Came out of a store and my husband, Gene, found a hit and run on our Fusion. We are former Campbell customers and off our car went. Back in 4 days, earlier than promised, and all new again and fresh as a daisy clean from top to bottom, in and out. Thanx a million for your usual great 5 star service and we highly recomend you all to anyone for excellent repair and professionalism of 100 %. Liz and Gene Clark

3.5 stars as there were definitely pros and cons.Needed a fist size dent pulled and painted, and grille replaced.Pros, they were very timely got it done in about 2 days, friendly, and the things they went in to fix specifically were good.Cons, air dam behind the replaced grille wasnt fastened properly, fastened now but not 100% flush to bumper. In trying to help out they attempted to fill a tire that was saying low psi. Typically they only need 35psi. Because my TPMS sensors are flipped they filled the wrong tire. Filled it to 70+ psi which is extreme for a passenger tire. I'm surprised it didnt blow before I got to the next stop.

After telling us my car would be done in a week, they preceded to take three weeks for the car. Then when we got it back they told us that the parking sensors where not working properly and we needed to take it to the dealership. After talking with another shop they put the bumper on incorrectly and did not connect the sensors correctly. Awful service and a complete scam do not give me a car that is half fixed. Won t be getting another car fixed here!

These people that schedule appointments are complete jerks. I made an appointment with them to get body work done. My wife takes the car to them bc i was working the day of the app and they tell her that they lost all of our quote information and didnt even write us down in the app book. So they schedule another date 2 weeks out, so i took the quote info to them a 2nd time and tell them that we had a appointment on the day they told us. They looked confused and look through both appointment books and everything was booked with our names missing AGAIN... so they schedule for another week out and wrote is on a scrap peice of paper and give it to me?... (then it starts getting interesting) whoever Renee is finds my wife on facebook and starts harrassing her that everything was our fault for not giving them the correct name for the schedule besides the fact that the quote has the owners name on it!!! My wife tell this woman to stop harrassing her and "Renee" keeps pestering us and tells us to go somewhere else. I hope they dont treat other customers like that especcially with FACEBOOK. They reallly showed how unprofessional they really are. We will never be back for any work.

Great customer service, excellent price, and fast but reliable body work completed on my vehicle. Will definitely refer my family and friends to this body and wrecker shop!
