Jackson was very nice and keep me updated on and when my car would be ready He was AWESOME WITH EVERYTHING Thank you so much definitely would recommend y all to anyone that needs a great repair shop! I am so happy with the finishing results and very satisfied. Again thanks so much , I definitely will be back if I needed another repair!

Customer service is great, however the quality of craftsmanship is sorely lacking. I had to bring my vehicle back for two rather large paint runs as well as my logo not installed on my passenger door. They did take care of the runs by buffing them out, however if they know of an issue with a paint booth which is the reason I was given then that issue needs to be corrected prior to utilizing it on a customers vehicle.

They gave a great customer experience, I have never had a reck/ bump up. So I was completely lost however they informed of the repair and even when the parts had arrived. Great job all around I would truly recommend them.

I really liked how they always had me in the know. They updated me just about every other day. I couldn t ask for better service on my Toyota Corolla. The whole was great. Front desk was pleasant. I would recommend Caliber collision again and again. My husband was so happy when we got to pick it up.

Upon recommendation from my family, being that they had had work done their previously, I didn't know where else to go. I am EXTREMELY satisfied not only with the quality of work, but the consistent text messages from them telling me what exactly they were doing to my car. Now my car is without a blemish, looks brand new, and super fast work from a very professional shop. I would highly recommend and if there were more stars to put here I would definitely fill them all out!

As always . GREAT service from Caliber Collision . Service advisor Jackson Wideman did a great job from the initial contact till the vehicle was complete. Timely, accurate projection for completion with great communication thru every step of the process. No problem at all at time of pickup. Shout out to Seth Breeden, GM at the Image Dr, Spartanburg location for his great customer service also on the initial visit and throughout the process. Another shout out to Regional Manager Kevin Crane who I had worked with on previous repairs. Kevin was my first contact for this recent repair. He pointed me in the right direction where Seth and Jackson ran with it. They took care of every detail going forward. Would definitely use Caliber again and recommend to others!!! Definitely 5+ stars for them!!!

I really appreciated their customer service. Taylor Atkinson was fantastic. I have a mini cooper that was hit by another driver. Unfortunately, getting parts for mini coopers is a test of patience. It took about 3 months to get fixed. Then another situation with a towing company occured and they (Caliber) stuck with me through it and my car looks nearly brand new. Taylor was the best person I could have gone through this with, she was honest and knowledgeable. I'm very happy I chose Caliber for the repairs. Thanks for taking care of my car and me so well!

Justin and the entire team at caliber collision on Asheville Hwy in Spartanburg did a remarkable job getting my Ram back on the road in a timely manner in tip top shape. Definitely recommend using them if you are in need of having your vehicle repaired.

They responded and asked me to contact them. I emailed the provided address but they have not responded to me. So much for a claim of customer careFeb 1 in paint dept. Waiting on mudguard. I inform they are aftermarket same date. Feb 5 mudguards ordered (2 day weekend, 2 days wasted) Feb 7 mudguards in, now a broken flare (why did it go to paint with a broken flare?) Has to be painted. Feb 7 truck is painted (again). Feb 13 wrong headlight 3 times. Seems like a lot of confusion and incorrect information provided to me.

We had our 2016 Mustang repaired in December at Caliber Collision. Our service rep was Nick. He did a great job keeping us informed of the progress of the repair. He was courteous & made contact each Mon, Wed, & Fri. We were well pleased with both Calliber & Nick!

Very VERY grateful for both the receptionist and the enterprise man Dipan. After a very complicated day dealing with insurance not wanting to pay for things and THREE kids one wanting to wonder everywhere and the other crying over everything both receptionist we're very helpful and on it trying to help figure things out and distracting my kids.I can not express my thankfulness enough for both of the women. They we're beyond helpful and kind. After sitting there for almost two and a half hours with tired, ill kids and ready to cry myself, They helped me through it all.

Not happy about the quality of work performed. Sensors were not adjusted and could have potentially caused a wreck since the car became inoperable to drive after picking it up (literally while driving dashboard sensor messages galore, shut down speedometer and steering wheel) No accountability by the body shop. Ultimately towed it to dealership to be corrected.

They were great about communicating with us while they had the vehicle in repair. After we picked up the vehicle once the repairs were completed (January 23rd), we drove about 5 miles, and I reached out to them to let them know that we still heard wind noise. They told us they would be in touch to let us know when to bring it back in. That Friday, January 26th I received a text that said to hold off on the survey until the wind noise is fixed. I immediately responded back at 1:37 pm that I would wait and asked them for further instruction on getting the noise fixed. No answer. Monday, January 29th by 3:12 pm I still had not received an answer, so I texted that my husband was on his way to them with the vehicle. A tech got in the car and heard/diagnosed the wind noise. They told him they would put in an order for the part. I received a text at 5:22pm asking that we hold off on the survey. By Wednesday, February 7th, we had not heard anything from them, so I texted that same customer service number asking for an update, to no avail. So Thursday, February 8th, I texted again, a different number and was told that they have everything in, except a strip that was shipping out Tuesday and that it would be there soon. By the next Wednesday, February 14th, we, again, had not heard anything. So I reached back out and was told that the part was back ordered and that they would try to order another one with an eta. I responded with great appreciation. Today is February 21st, and I have not heard anything back from them. I am so disappointed and cannot figure out for the life of me why it is taking so long to order a rubber window/door strip. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I'm at the end of the rope with this one. My husband and are discussing taking further measures. It's almost like, once the survey closed, they dumped us. All of a sudden there is no more talk of the survey and no more keeping us updated, and it sounds like no more ordering of the parts either.

This is the second time my wife has been rear-ended by someone with Progressive Insurance. CALIBER COLLISION was the collision repair company they sent us to the first time. Progressive had a different collision repair company in mind the second time. I asked "Why can t I take it to Caliber Collision again, since they did such a good job the last time?" They concurred, and sent me back to Caliber Collision. Once again Caliber Collision repaired my vehicle to look and operate the way it did when I first purchased the car.

Good communication with phone calls and very congenial staff made the total loss of my car easier to deal with. I am glad Caliber was part of the process to get on and obtain another car. I highly recommend the professalism of the business!

Took my vehicle in after it had been hit. I received the best care and service I have ever seen. Nick was awesome, he text me every other day to give me an update on my vehicle.
