Thanks Tyler you did great job on my transmission the wait was worth my while thanks again Tyler I m satisfied still driving my jeep but they test drove the hell out of it I figured that would happen like I wouldn t notice because I m a woman if you bring your jeep best believe they going to make sure it s fixed I bought mine brand new too

The three stooges of auto repair. The owners son is a rude nasty person to deal with. The work is as sub-standard as their ability to navigate the complexities of modern technology is nonexistent. NO WAY would I let these three clowns near my car again. One look at their lot and shop will tell you all you need to know. Their work on autos is comparable to their parking lot of mismanaged, misdiagnosed wrecks

Took my car Saturday for them to put 2 tires on. One hub cap wasn't all the way on and my other has a hold. Very unprofessional. Will not be back

Took my car on Saturday at 10:00 thinking they would be done by closing at 3:00 WRONG ! Car was stuck over the weekend with NO COMMUNICATION I have kids and was stranded at the house . NOBODY communicated it would be sitting over the weekend because who needs their car for the weekend right!? Closing time is at 3:00 but I come and they are closed way before 3:00!! BAD BUISNESS !!! DONT RECOMMEND!

Don t take your car to these people just want your money but can t do the jobTold me it was something it wasn tTook my car no lights on got it back with all lights on in the inside of my dashboardTold me to take it somewhere else to get those lights outI m like what you supposed to have fixed my car but now I ve got some electrical issuesDONT TAKE YOU CAR HEREService: Auto maintenance

The guys at Britt take care of our commercial vehicles. They provide the best service and fresh coffee with the wait. They have never made me worry about the quality or honesty with my vehicle services. I have tried a few different places for routine oil changes but always find myself coming back to Britts.

Awesome guys that work there. We were there for a softball tournament at the ballpark across the street, and I decided to have an alignment done. Very fair prices and very thorough service. Thanks to Tyler and Eric. I highly recommend their work.

I have taken cars here multiple times and never had an issue. They usually fix mine for a reasonable price and it is always fixed correctly without any added issues. They also always tell you what else you need so if you dont heed their warnings then you should expect your car to still have problems! Stop writing negative reviews blaming issues on those people when I'm sure they already told you what you needed but like the rest of us, you couldn't afford it all at one time. Also please believe that if they ever get over kn me, I AM NOT TAKING THE TINE TO WRITE A REVIEW WHEN I COULD BE USING THAT TIME TO CONTACT THE GOVT AGENCY THAT DEALS WITH THINGS LIKE THIS!

Not impressed at all. First and foremost the mechanic got into my car without any protection to my seat or floor. Luckily in my car everything is black. I was told all fluids would be topped off. Were they? Who knows I wasn't explained or told anything as to the condition of anything. Second on my rotation an impact was used to install and tighten the wheels without an torque socket possibly warping my rotors. When my service was complete sure felt like the front end attendant was just ready to get me out of there. No thank you. No come back again(not that I will EVER) no appreciation whatsoever. Just took my payment (in which he overcharged me until I pointed it out) layed the receipt on the counter and that was it. I am new to the area and can't tell you where to go for a good oil change or service. But I can sure tell you where not to go. Britt's you certainly want to avoid. Definitely subpar service.

I have to say that Curt and his employees has always been very kind and professional to me and my family. They have always told me the cost up front even when they go outside to start working on my vehicle and found a deeper issue with my car before they would go any further with the repair they would come in and tell me what's going on. I really appreciate them and praise God for good people like Britt 's Automotive.

They work on all out cars and do a GREAT job! So honest, and reasonable. Have been going there for several years and they have always fixed our cars for a fair price.They will refer to other reputable local repair shops (like when my transmission was slipping), if it is something they do not specialize in.Thank you Britt!!!

This place deserves to have more business than it appears to have from the look of the naked eye. You may miss this location if you aren't quite paying attention to your surroundings though the bright yellow building helps a whole lot with drawing your attention towards it. All prices for parts and labor are significantly lower and better than the close competitors and their work just about has the same level of quality and knowledge if not more than all of the other near automotive shops. It's a family owned business so you feel like you're at home when you walk in instead the feeling of being in a store that offers no sort of coupon or discount to seniors or military veterans. Robert (one the mechanics) was super fast to assist me with and issue I had on my vehicle and took care of the issue in a matter of seconds with an instant diagnostic and a quick fix to a complicated situation on a even more complicated vehicle. The shops/ mechanics knowledge of vehicles in general is supremely superb and aren't hesitant at all to fix your vehicle or allow you to perform a do-it-yourself job so you can personally take care of certain things that doesn't necessarily require you to come out of pocket if you don't have to all while allowing you to utilize their tools if you don't have your own. Hands down best experience I've ever had at any repair shop and definitely plan to have any and all further jobs needed to be done on my car done here at this shop. I highly recommend you at least just go by and talk to them if you have questions or even give them a call and they won't think twice about helping you with anything you may need or want to know about them or your car/truck. You won't be disappointed with the service so I encourage you or someone you know to check them out.

They fixed the tires but as soon as we drove off it seemed like the brakes were fixing to go out on us. We had to slam the brakes in order for it to stop. Mind you we had no problems with our brakes before.Then to top it off they took forever and only had one car there besides us. Then took & kept all my caps off the tire to put air in them. Then almost didn't replace my hub caps til I mentioned it.. All except for one had attitudes. I will not be going back. They're the typical "break something so she'll come back" type if you ask me.

I went in today for an oil change for 24.99 that was advertised out on the sign outside. I was asked if I was wanting the oil change for 24.99 and I said yes then I was told that special ended last week but the sign hadn't been changed yet. I left and went elsewhere. If you are aware that the sign clearly states 24.99 and that price expired last week, why not walk out and take down all the letters that is advertising false information. That was my first time going there and Iast.

We went in with our wheel acting up. They take a look at it and tell me its the wheel barring. At first to fix it it would have been 500 something. They keep my car for 4 days every day telling me other stuff was wrong with it. The final bill was over 1,000. Well 3 weeks later the car is doing the same thing. I take it back and come to find out they want more money. I take my car to another mechanic and he said they used bad parts and basically ripped me off. He also said this is not the first botched job from "Britt Automotive". I would not take my car here ever again not even for a oil change. They didn't even align my wheels like they said they were going to do. The employees are very rude as well.

They are soooooo slow here! Everything literally takes hours to do. But they do good work. Went in to get tires put on and an alignment. Took my car early that morning didn't get it back until closing time. They put on the tires but didn't do the alignment smh. Turned into a two day thing!

They got my truck in quick, to change oil, but the mechanic accidentally tore off chrome trim on the hood. Did offer to fix it, but would have had to wait another hour. Over priced

I was warned not to use Britt, but went against better judgment. no communication between anyone... if I had not called twice , I would still be waiting to hear about my vehicle. went to pick it up and the owner did not even know if the work had been done???? and to top it off the inside of my vehicle now smells like stale cigarettes. I'm very dissapointed to also say that a tin of quarters( about $20) I keep in my console is gone along with a handful of quarters laying in my cup holder.. thanks for leaving me the pennies and nickels. never again....never again.

After 9 hours of labor I was told to bring car back. They would refix a life time $129 brake job they did for only an additional $450. Turns out it was cheap brake parts. Got it fixed for $49. The hours spent in nasty waiting area twice, I witness the work ethic of these unskilled people. Bathroom was fifth Y. No tissue or paper towels. Never again would I go there.

Had an issue with uhaul main office trying to argue about turning a truck in early. Britt auto. Fixed the issue with a smile and jokes. Just exactly what I needed after a long week of no sleep and moving. Check these guys out for uhaul rental and automotive repair. I can not speak highly enough about this place

Had my first visit and had an oil change. Very pleased with how fast they did it and the price and all the extras that were done. I will go back and I will recommend them.

Britt Automotive Inc,Is the worst place I've ever took my car to be worked on. It wouldn't start and they said needed new battery I bought new battery, next day wouldn't start. They said SHOCKS was draining batery, got new shocks at an outrageous price and next day wouldn't start. Said it was alternator and got new alternator, next day wouldn't start. This continued thru 3 batteries and continued on untill finally after $1,000.00 plus dollars I quit going there, car still won't start after sitting for 1 day!!! This went on for 6 months untill I just stopped taking it up there, finally got a GOOD MECHANIC from Union to fix it. POINT IS ,DON'T GO TO BRITT AUTOMOTIVE FOR ANY MECHANICAL WORK DONE ON YOUR CAR ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AN ELDERLY WOMAN WHO HAS NO ONE ELSE TO TURN TOO!!

Britt Automotive inspected a car I was going to purchase off of craigslist. They gave it a thorough inspection at a very reasonable price and in very good time. If I lived in the area I would most likely go to them for all my car maintenance. Thanks Britt!
