Went in for brakes all the way around. Told me my rotors need to be turned on the front. And told me I had drilled and slotted rotors and they can't be turned. Added another 300.00 to my bill. And came to find out drilled and slotted rotors can be turned, just not as many times as a normal rotor. When I got the drilled and slotted and had them put on. I remember they surface turned them on the truck. It was a rainy day, and it was the only day I had to get them done. So lesson learned, I want be going back.

Customer service was good, but they made my brakes go to the floor after the visit. Went back a second time nothing changed. Called corporate and spoke with DEXTER and he was a very RUDE POS!!! I'll take the loss. Never going back again!

I just left their shop and if I can give them a 10 I would especially Chase. My brakes were in bad shape and I knew it but didn't have money to bring it anywhere. I finally had to give in and get them replaced. I've been going through such a difficult time. My husband passed away 19 years ago at Xmas, I caught covid in 2020 and bc of me being sick I've lost half my business. Chase was able to work out parts for me and labor so I was able to get my car fixed. I'm so very grateful.

I had my car, my wife's car, and my daughters car done there. Pros that do one thing great...BRAKES !! Price and warranty will be my recommendation for all my friends and family. Thanks guys.

Brakes 4 My @$$. On the phone they tell you some semi reasonable b.s. price, then they add $300 more (or less. Not likely.) Be prepared to sit there at least half the day. And inspection afterward..... it was 430 when my car got done. That's closing time for them, dude. I now need new studs on my wheel because they must've stripped them, because the lugnyts won't go on. I only had 3 out of 5 after I left there, AND they were incredibly lost!!! Go there if you want to pay a lot of money to die bc ur brakes don't work. The staff was nice............

Zach and Chase were very helpful and attentive. They communicated through the whole process. I ll always go here to get my brakes done. The price is a lot cheaper than the dealership prices.

My experience was not good. I was told this location could handle my vehicle, Chevy Express 3500 KUV body. I wanted a Saturday morning going to an early appointment, only to be told by the manager that their lifts were not capable of lifting my truck. I specifically requested this location, because last year I went to this store s previous location while they were in the process of moving to the new location. The manager said once they get the big lift set up at the new location, it would be no problem. Today, the current manager would not even consider doing the work. I asked why they couldn t do the brakes using jacks, like they had done a few years ago at another location. Manager said they didn t have jacks that would lift it. Bottom Line,they weren t interested in helping solve the problem. All I got out of the experience was 2 hours of my time wasted and 65 more miles on my work truck and those scrubbing brakes. To top it off, I called to complain, and was told another location an hour away could do it, and of course when I was connected to that managers phone, voicemail was full and could not take any messages. We ve had at least two of our other 4 vehicles brakes done at various B4L locations. Never again!Rating should be ZERO!

Had my Brakes replaced today Zach the Manager was great , they did a great job and a lot cheaper than other car places in the area. Will highly recommend to friends and others looking for a break replaced

Service was excellent but the price is very high if you go beyond their basic service. I paid $220 for two 121.40068 rotors which you can get off amazon for $25 apiece. They are also poor quality.Total service was $634 which ironically is almost what I paid for four brand new high performance rotors and high performance pads on my Civic.I came here because my real mechanic couldn't see me until next week.Big mistake. I know these components will not last very long.The guys are very nice and it's not their fault the company prices this stuff like they do and use cheap components.

Schedule an appointment over the phone. Zach is a manager. Explain everything that needs to be done and what we shouldn't do it because it's still looks perfectly fine. Pretty fast service very nice people. Definitely a place to go to.

I had a wonderful experience! I dropped my car off and they were able to work it in early due to a cancellation. They called to let me know how much it would be and what needed to be done, they saved me $400 when I was quoted from a local car shop! My car is running great now, and they really helped me out! First, their prices are way better than the dealership. Second, they couldn't get my rotors in the same day even though they said they could. They knocked off 10% for the mix up and I got my rotors a couple days later. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They explained every situation and the costs very well. Definitely coming back!

My technician did thorough inspection, found other problem (yes, it costed more than I anticipated but It had to be fixed to be able to run properly) and he was very patient explaining the work needed to be done. After the job done he offered to show me the work and the parts put in and explained their warranty very well. Now my car drives and stops very smoothly, no noise, no shaking, just perfect, made me very happy driving back home. Thank you for the quality work in all areas.Service: Brakes
