Horribleeee work. I paid $38 just for them to leave my car the exact way I brought it. That job was very awfully done. They didn t even leave the shine on my tires that they said they would. Do not recommend at all.

This establishment is military friendly as well as the staff members. I did enjoy the timeliness in having my vehicle washed and cleaned. The only discrepancy I had my front windshield was not cleaned at all, which may been because of my GPS and camera. Good job overall.

Don't you love it when you go to a business where every employee has a top notch attitude and are so happy to see you! Not only that but this crew can Clean A Car!Dirt, Grease, Mud & Grime.No one beats Bob's Car Wash Shine!

Almost every time I go there during their posted business hours, they re closed. And when I try to call to see if they re actually open, they don t answer. I don t know why they bother posting business hours since they re clearly not accurate. And the couple of times I ve managed to go there when they are open, the cleaning job is spotty, at best. I don t know how they are still in business.

Bob's is my go-to car wash, they always do a phenomenal job with my vehicle inside and out. Tuesdays are women's day so we get discounted washes, 2-3 bucks off. I took it yesterday, the pic shows it the following day. Nice n Clean. They also have a loyalty program, every 7th wash is free. I'm at 6 so my next visit will be free. The detailers are friendly and engaging and for the most part will try to assist with special detail requests so be sure to tip nice.

Had inside and outside done. Totally not worth the money paid. Didn t wipe down interior, rear view mirror still had sneeze spots all over it. Steering wheel the same way. Don t waste your time or money here.

Really disappointed with what I recieved. I bought the most expensive car wash package hoping to get my truck vacuumed out. My main objective was to have it vacuumed. They washed off my floor mats and oiled down my dash and steering wheel. They didn't vacuum or didn't vacuum well and missed several spots when wiping it down. Car wash in Boiling Springs is cheaper plus they vacuum, so I'll be giving them a shot from now on. The pictures below show the truck right after leaving. You can see they took out the mat, but didn't do much else. Just seems like there is a lot to be desired.

This car wash bounces your vehicle over a large metal box to get the water off .watch your car go through the washing process you will be shocked!!!! Three things were cracked under my old van after this car wash bounced my van over this big metal box at the end of the washing process!!!! RUN Don t bring you vehicle here!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't even bother. Waste of time and money. Save yourself BOTH! Very disappointing in the wash and the vacuum(less) result. Will never go back. And then the nerve asking if I tipped or not....for an incomplete and horrendous job. WHAT.A.JOKE.

The service was awesome from the beginning to end. The lady behind the desk attitude was remarkably pleasant . The attendant that cleaned my truck was professional and took his time in cleaning the inside. I don t know his name but when I go back ( he s definitely my guy ) . I m definitely am going back.

So disappointed. Grunge and sand left in the gear shift pouch. Dirt windows, dirt left on the hood. Back end left dirty. Horrible job. It is worth the drive to Greenville instead. And they locked my keyes in the car. I paid for the best car wash and cleaning you had. I have gotten better service in the past.

Well to be quite honest the services they say they offer are apparently not services they offer, upon taking my vehicle to Bob's I expected a professional and friendly experience where my car would be completely detailed (as that is a service they say they offer but apparently do not) and wash and waxed. While my vehicle was washing waxed the inside was only half done and when I mentioned it I was pretty much told my vehicle was too dirty to clean that it would take way more time than they had (took it somewhere else afterwards took 15 minutes) in pond cleaning the trash out of my own vehicle and walking around the back of it I noticed two spots where paint had been removed from my vehicle upon pointing it out I was directed to other scratches on my vehicle instead of talking about the obvious problem that I was having at this point, the manager came out to speak with me and instead of acknowledging the fact that they had done wrong and should take responsibility for damaging my vehicle he proceeded to place the blame on me and as I could see the conversation was going nowhere and he was not going to acknowledge that they should take responsibility I decided the best course of action would be to in the conversation and tell them I would send them the bill at which point he waited for me to get in my vehicle and slammed my door. I would not ever suggest that you take your vehicle to Bob's if you want your vehicle to continue to look pristineServices: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Spensive and your car not clean after they are done, i personally had 2 grab a towel and start cleaning not a good job for $30.00 + tip not woth it + they scratch my ac vent

My husband and I have been going here for years. Today, during the time they got his truck in the line until it was ready, an entire cup holder of change was stolen. DO NOT ever leave anything of value in your vehicle. They will take it, and then lie about it. Never will return. And the proof you ask for is the money was there when it went in the bay and was gone when it came out. Stop stealing and then saying it did t happen. You have a policy to remove all valuables so they won t steal it?

Quick efficient and great attitudes! My car looks amazing and it literally saved me so much time to have them do a full service wash n clean!! Highly recommend! Make sure you have cash to tip!!!

They always do a great job, however, the guys didn't get the inside good they left trash inside the car. But, they killed the.outsede making it look shiny and new.

They did a really good job on my car. Not sure if it was the owner or another gentleman. An older gentleman talking down to employees and asking customers to move faster getting into their cars once they were done. I didn't like it. Questioning going back although they did a good job on car

They did a great job with cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle not to mention how great the customer service was. They were so friendly and helpful. The prices are great! I am so pleased how good clean and shiny my vehicle was. This will be my go to place to get my vehicle cleaned and detailed. I love taking our cars to Bob s Car wash. The employees do a great job, and have such great attitudes. Its important to tip them well. Cars are always spotless. Service is quick and reliable. I find it inexpensive as well comparing to other drive through places where you pay $20 and have to do half the job. I like Bob s and I recommend it to anyone in the Spartanburg area. I would not recommend anyone to this dumb. The lady at the register is super rude, nasty and unprofessional. They need some classes on customer service. They clean like they feel like it leaving it very dirty and blaming the people from back. My floor mats were not vacuumed nor clean. When I approached the lady at the register about it she told me that I caught them on a bad time because they needed to go to lunch and that s why they could do a good job. I told her it was my first time trying them and that the service provided was awful. I told her I would be going to my regular place she told me you should of went there to start. Please go to HWY29 car wash across from Burlington they are cheaper, they clean very fast and they are very professional.

This was my first time here and I told the lady at the front cash register that i for got the name of the wash I picked and she was VERY NASTY to me... I had to go out of town so I let then wash my car but I will NEVER COME here again... If u woke up on the wrong side of the bed DONT TAKE IT OUT on your customers not a good look.... For you or who you work for.. I'll judt go else whete to spend my hard earned money...

It was ok, not great. They vacuumed the front and back seats but didn't wipe down anything, they didn't armor-all the interior, and they didn't vacuum out the trunk. I was incredibly disappointed because my family comes here all the time and tells me how great it is. I even left a $10 tip ahead of time because I heard the service was so good. I went home and wiped everything down, and finished vacuuming it myself. Took about an extra 20-30 minutes but looks great now!Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Horrible! I pay for premium and they clean my car like I pay the 18.00 dollar one or less. Not recommended if you want your car clean and shine. I have to go to a carwash after I pay here to get my car clean. Shame my car end up with scratches and everything.

They have been cleaning cars forever, or since I moved here in 1982. I used to get a wash pretty regular but about stopped 15 years ago, started doing it myself.I stopped in Friday and got my truck done and it was not up to par, glass wasn't clean and they never wiped the outside down, which I paid for.

This car wash is a bit old school and does not depend solely on machines to ensure your car is clean. I was impressed with the manual time taken to wipe down the car after it passed through the washing phase. They provide am excellent service.

Wow, what a great job they did on my car. For just 15 more than a drive thru car wash they vacuumed, cleaned windows, armor all on doors, dash, steering wheel, tires. Just fantastic. So good I gave a 12.00 tip. Best in upstate by far

I ve been going to Bob s for years and I dare say it s better than ever! Was there over 30 minutes today and I m not complaining - this is how long they worked at getting my nasty car sparkling clean. I felt guilty that I couldn t tip more. These are some hard-working guys!

I would have given them a 5 but they did not vacuum my trunk as I had asked them to and had paid for..other than that, the young man who did the rest was wonderful..this was a first though..they always get a 5 rating from me!

It was the absolute worst car wash I have ever paid for. When I viewed the inside of my car it was barley touched. I still had to whip my doors down, my cup holders were the same as they were before the car wash, and to top everything off I paid for the full service car wash the 32 dollar wash and my car was still dirty on the exterior.
