I would give you a zero, but then it wouldn't register. Every time we set an appointment you say it doesn't show up in your system because we've done it online. Every time we come for an oil change it's always a 3 to 4 hour wait. We are so disgusted with the service department there, that we will not be purchasing our next vehicle at Spartanburg Benson Nissan/ Kia. We love our vehicle, the sales department is just fine. When you buy a new vehicle and you can't have it serviced when you want it to a service and it's always the same excuse over and over again. Five vehicles we have purchased from Benson Nissan. Are 2022 Nissan we bought brand new in 2021, will be the last vehicle we purchased from Benson! Why? Because your service department is lacking the ability to take care of vehicles in a timely manner. That's all we have to say.

If the lack of customer service gets any worse, they'd need robots. Their diagnostic fee is $99 and their labor fee is $161 an hour ?! That's for a basic compact vehicle.What an entire scam.My diesel mechanic doesn't charge that much.They are highly mistaken.

Extremely rude service guys. We made an appointment online through Benson NISSAN and when we arrived at our scheduled time, we were told the appointment couldn't be found but they could squeeze us in. Fine... but I wanted clarification so I presented the email of the confirmation and he said that it's through Kia and to schedule through Nissan next time. The subject line literally said "Benson Nissan Kia appointment scheduled ______" l showed him the email because if I did something wrong, I wanted to know how to do it right so I could avoid future confusion. He completely ignored me and walked away. We have bought multiple brand new cars from Benson Nissan and we love the sales dept but always seem to have an attitude issue with the service dept. After my free oil changes, I will not come back.

Never again!!! Service at Benson is a scam. Took my Armada in to get a software update that is a known problem with Nissan. Service bulletins are all over the internet regarding this problem. was told this is a service bulletin not a recall. "Mechanic" drove my car for 3 mins. and told me I needed a new transmission. Never looked under the hood or checked an OBD. No OBD codes can be found...I checked myself. Nissan does not charge for software updates, but Benson charges $290. Take your car to a reputable dealer or mechanic and run from this place.

I love the attentiveness of the staff and affordability of prices at Benson Nissan Service. Charles was a great help getting our car serviced quickly with quality in mind. I'm under warranty so they changed my oil and filter and rotated my tires. It only cost me $57.00. Great job service center!

I have been going to this service center for about a year now. The staff are friendly and professional and the service is always fast. I usually walk to the shopping center next door while my car is being service and by the time I'm finished window shopping my car is ready. Great location, staff, and service.

Went in for a service of a part on the shifter that was not working correctly vehicle under warranty after evaluation and paid service fee for the evaluation service department tells me that I'm responsible for the fault as there is a sticky substance that had been found in the shifter. Took car to my regular mechanic and found that the solenoid on the shifter add shorted but had nothing to do with any spillage of his sticky substance. I feel like the dealership wasn't willing to live up to replacing a part under warranty and lied to me to keep me from being able to get it replaced under the warranty. I think they should pay me back for the part that I had to purchase to fixie issue as well as reimbursing me for my time and reimbursing me the cost they charged me for the evaluation which was faulty or incorrect. If they refuse to do so I will file a complaint with the better Business bureau as well as Nissan corporate.

I mainly go here for my routine services on my Nissan Titan. The staff have always been friendly. The waiting room is big enough with a TV. They do have coffee and a vending machine. Overall I am pleased.

They done a good job. Had oil changed and tires rotated. Driving tru the dealership i seen plenty of sales people standing outside. So if your automobile going to cost more to get fixed than its worth. There out there ready to sale you one.

The Service at Benson Nissan was good and everytime I take my car in for Service the service representative gets right on it.Wonderful service and I sat down and wait on my car while it's being worked on. I give Benson Nissan stars for wonderful employees.
