They say they close 8:00 drove all the way here got here 7:45 they already had the lights of and were closed. Really don t appreciate the waste of my time autozone!

Failed to tell me that a part I ordered wasn t in stock anywhere and told me, over and over, that it should arrive soon. After several days, they blamed me for being impatient. Called the Hub for the order (which they said couldn t be contacted), and the Manager there said she told them the part was out the day I ordered it. BIG WARNING. If the person at the store is named Dot or Terrance, don t waste your time asking for help; they cannot and will not communicate with you (Terrance also walked away from me when I came by to check on my order the day after).

My family member came here to get a battery, asked about free installation, they said no problem. When she went out to her car their mobile tech was there to install in and wanted to charge her $85 for the install. She mentioned that she was told it was installed at no cost, and then the employee who checked her out (who was sitting in his car) was told by the mobile tech that he owed him $85.Sounds pretty much like a scam.Called today, asked again about the free installation, they confirmed. Then when I told them what happened, along with names, descriptions, time and the receipt they wanted to pretend it never happened.Don t try and take advantage or people. I m sure it was a Let s work one over on this female who s in need, she won t know any better.. Would never ever recommend.

Artie gives the very best customer care service to each person that walk-through the door. She was attentive to my needs but acknowledged every person that came through the door that day. Keep it up and you'll be a store owner one day.

Came in last minute while in a road trip to pick up some muffler repair and although the one product I had wanted to purchase was not available was informed that it would have to be gotten at the dealership and that process. Staff was helpful and attentive In responding to my questions abs inquiries abs although right at closing did everything they could to help me get what I needed to rectify the problem and ensure that I knew what I was doing. Would certainly recommend abs return

Wonderful staff! Assisted talking battery out of key fob. Popped the battery back in. I put my key fob together. Worked like a charm!

If they don't have it in the store, they can usually get it the next day. Very few times I have had to order a part. The staff is always helpful and friendly!

Auto zone on Ashville highway is not the place to go. I went at 8 am . The only costumer in the store. I had to wait. That was understandable. But while I am waiting I should not have had to listen to an employee say f___ this and f___ that and G__ d__ this and g__ d that. Don't know who he was and couldn't see him but sure could hear him. Herd enough to know he use to work for Sears. Wonder why he no longer works there. Sure won't be going back to the Ashville highway location.

Cali D was great in helping me fix one of the minor issues I had going on with my vehicle. Not only did he assist me with my personal matter but he did his job like he should have by coming outside to my vehicle and plugging it up to the machine. One manager told me to plug it myself and bring it back to him. Thanks Cali D!!!

WORST & most RUDE service I have EVER received. This experience just reminded me why I NEVER get service anywhere but Firestone. I had no choice but to get a battery from here after being stranded for 4 hrs, but I wouldn't recommend anyone after how rude my cashier was to me. E. Bridwell needs another job if this isbhow he handles customers. I WILL NEVER, EVER SPEND ANOTHER HARD-EARNED dollar here. I am so upset.

Simply lazy. Spend over $200 on the battery and they don t want to replace it. Advance auto parts replaced my battery four years ago.

While needing some parts for my vehicle not knowing exactly what I needed I stop by AutoZone where Cheyenne Pearson was able to help me with what I needed. She explained why my old part was at default along with great assistance over the counter as well as advice on how to install. Thank you Cheyenne for all your help

Drop in for some rain X after having all this rain a person could wear a new set of wiper blades in the past 2weeks, and while I was their got a full precise update on the future of the Hayne's Manuals that so many diy rely on , going to be a big change in a few yrs. Shade Trees. Get prepaired
