I walked into store to get a single item off the shelf and was never greeted by anyone. The were 3 employees behind the counter but all them were too busy to help because they were all on their phones. Customer service takes backstage to TikTok

Sad to see the old staff go. The new staff is unpleasant as hell, and it has ruined my last few visits. Some will leave if you ask more than one inquiry; some won't even try to get the answer for you; some were completely unresponsive; and one actually sold me a faulty component and I was like, "Really? As soon as I open the box, the part fell apart. Former workers were really helpful, but at this point it's just a depressing struggle to keep anyone on staff there.

I purchased a battery just one year ago die hard and it felt me already went to the store and no store can find the battery being placed in my vehicle. My receipt has faded so I am left with a bad battery that no store will replace. I have the battery with has a bar code on it. No advance auto has a computer that store the part you purchase. FyI don't put receipt in warm spot or you want get your warranty on your purchase because they all have there own computer systems

Young man behind the counter didn't have a clue which part I needed. Crazy because he had a computer and all my car info. Maybe they need to make some changes.

I went in Saturday morning to get help with windshield wipers. A storm was in the forecast, but it had not started. I ve never changed them on my car since I just got it this year. The salesman REFUSED to help me and got and attitude when I requested he assist me to put the wipers on. If he would have been kind and gave an explanation, I would not make a point to write this review. Instead he responded, oh absolutely not, I will not be going outside in the rain . Again, it was not yet raining, but was due to start in the hour. Horrible customer service. As a salesperson myself, I was incredibly disappointed.

Both of the ladies there are knowledgeable bout their jobs and how to locate stuff in the system if they needed to... and unfortunately, I will be returning to buy more stuff for said car...lol...found out had more work to be done...grrr

Looked at my indicator for my battery on my Vehicle... showed low... I figured it couldn't be because I just got a New Battery in March... went to Advance and spoke to Scott... told him the issue i was having... he said it could be the Alternator... So now I'm worried... he checked that said it was good ... so he checked the Battery said it was bad ...So the so called Assistant Manager in March didn't know eat he was doing... Scott brought out another device looks to stabilize the system while changing the Battery...Not sure what Scott's position is but he seemed to be really understanding about hooking the Battery up. Great job... Thank him a bunch.

So I was trying to get a job at this location and I went up here every day for 2 weeks straight and finally got to sit down with the manager, expecting to get a job here. Never get a call back and I'm guessing its because of my nose ring and long hair. I love the workers there, they do a great job, but the hiring manager is a bit discriminate when it comes to how people look apparently. And I know a few things about the store that most people dont and I'm going to continue to exploit them because of this :)

Horrible return policy! Even when sold the wrong part and receipt presented. I ve been buying from them as long as I can remember. All my cars have AAP on them. I ve been a very loyal customer. If I had bought from AUTOZONE there would have been no issues. YOU STOLE FORM ME and I ll never be back.Don t respond unless your willing to leave a phone number or an email address for me to reply to.

My husband went here tonight for a bulb for his car and the customer service was awful.Associate helping him tried to sell him another item and when he didn t buy he started being rude.He actually gave my husband the number to the item and my husband had to go and get it off the shelf, which is ridiculous because no one else was at the store and it was two associates there.Don t waste your time. Poor customer service and poor Spirited associates that feel entitled to sales and treat customers bad when they don t sell more than what the customers come in for.Customer service is the best way to get sales. Being rude will run customers off and make you lose sales.So yes get your sales, but be nice and polite to people and do your job.Go elsewhere. Find another store or another parts company. This is not it...

Bought a starter in 2017 and got a warranty. New starter went out and I was told it bench tested good (no load). Took a video of it while trying to start to show symptoms and of solenoid issues and was told to bring my battery in for testing. (Tested good) finally they honored warranty and gave us another starter. Installed and started fine. Thanks for wasting much of my time and cancelled any further warranty. I won't be back.

Jordan was not able to log in to accept packages and told me someone else would. Well...the package was never picked up. There is no record of it and I am out the money I paid for the product since nothing was returned. They were not helpful nor did they apologize for losing the package. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR RETURNS.

I told the employee exactly what I needed and he sold me the wrong bulb which meant I had to return it for the correct one. It would be great it they were knowledgeable about their job especially when they've typed in the information given.

I've given advance auto my business since I could hold a licence. Today was the last time I will even consider returning. Purchased a battery online and the website said they would install it, but that wasn't the case. When I arrived in store they said they would install it until they popped the hood and saw it would take a bit longer then they would have liked.Now I'm a pretty confident with a wrench so I told them to just leave their tools and let me do it since they weren't willing to. Their tool cart was an absolute waste of space that was unorganized and under equipped. While replacing the battery the manager stood outside smoking and didn't even bother to ask if I required anything but just left me with a stupid comment. After I finished up I went down to autozone and they said they would have been more than happy to replace it next time its required.

on dec 4 2018 i ordered a front rotor for my 2008 pontiac G6 GT via website. part shown as in stock at this location.. sent a family member to pick up the part. he got there the clerk told my brother they didn"t have it. they did have one that was $20 dollars higher in price. so he bought 2 and used his debit card to buy them. now 8 days later I am charged for the rotor they didn"t have. when i called their Customer No Service line, i explained all this to the rep. she constantly kept putting me on hold to talk to her supervisor. after a few dozen times of this, finally got annoyed and asked to speak with the supervisor directly. she ignored my request, and proceeded to tell me if i wanted my money back i would have to return the rotor i did not get.. finally gave up on this level of stupidity. called my bank and reported the fraudulent charge to my checking account. i urge all my fellow Uber and Lyft driver to avoid this company.

My go to store. Good folks who try to help and willing to answer questions. Most of the time I'm able to go right in after whatever I may be searching for. Pricing is typical for a store like this, but the folks working there make it a good store to go to and rely on.

I can't be selfish but I only go there for one thing and there's power steering fluid I guess I got everything else but they never have power steering fluid I need every once in awhile to have it but they never keep enough in stock I guess I should just get the problem fixed but nevertheless that's you have a power steering fluid for my type of vehicle all the time I can't say that they do though

You're better off going to Walmart or shopping on Amazon for your parts if you have to have the part that day then I would go here if you can wait then I would not they are very high priced even their Can of seafoam is $11 Walmart is $6 Radiator was $211 Amazon it was $74 just saying
