Staff is rude and were using curse words on the phone in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Just go to Oreillys next door.

Nice auto shop, got a oil drain plug for my 2006 Chevrolet Suburban. The store was clean, well stocked and organized. Roger was very helpful in finding it and was friendly, bathroom was also clean. great job team!

Apart from not having a part I needed in stock, the counter person was not very knowledgeable about another part i needed. He had no idea where to look in the computer to find the part, also tried to get me to purchase a part which was much too heavy for the location it was needed. Not my best experience, usually I have a better experience. Will continue to shop there but not with that particular counter person. I most definitely knew more than he did.

The alternator went out in my car 3 miles from this store. The tow truck brought my car here and these guys were very helpful. My fiance worked on the car and these guys checked on us the entire time. They are awesome

They always have my parts if not that day the following day knowledgeable and friendly staff I get all my parts from this place got to love advance Auto parts

Terrible service. My pregnant wife's 2017 Honda Civic needed a new battery before we went on vacation so I took her to this location. The guy (I wish I knew his name) told me they couldn't replace the battery on anything newer than a 2016 because of a sensor so it needed to be done at a dealership or garage. I thought that seemed weird, but i took his word for it. After running all around town trying to make an appointment w/ a car I couldn't turn off, I tried Auto Zone. They replaced it in 5 mins. Vic Bailey also told me that a battery sensor wasn't a thing. What a joke.

I came in today terrified that my car would need a ton of expensive parts since it wouldn't crank the past 2 mornings. Jake was absolutely amazing! He tested my battery, alternator, and starter, and told me I just needed a new battery. He helped me choose a battery that would ensure my daughter and I aren't left on the side of the road, but was also didn't break the bank. He then installed the battery for me and even gave me tips on how to make it last longer!I am blown away at how genuinely kind I was treated by everyone there!

My SUV battery died and Jeffery and Jack went out of their way to help me bring my SUV to the store. They were terrific and I'm so grateful! Impressed with their service!

There were 4 or 5 employees in the store, they were more interested in being in the back as opposed to coming out to help someone. Made 2 visits there today only because I purchased the wrong part on first visit. Will go to another store in the future

Went in looking for something to fix my driver's window, auto-flex thing. Came out with some 3M AUTO Dual sided super strength holding tape. It should do the job. Thanks to the man at store who helped me. My cost was less than 13.00.Billy J.

Was on the phone with my boyfriend when he had made a stop & went to turn the light switch off- unfortunately the switch fell inside the dash board. He panicked and headed to Advance Auto. One guy was so rude and said they couldn't help. like wow. Doesn't need to be working in customer service if he can't help pull a switch out a dash board. Thats why I took a star. But anyways Maria made it her priority to help- it was great!. She did just that & we are so so thankful for her.

This is the best advance auto store ever! There's a tall gentlemen who wears glasses that is the most helpful person.. The workers there are professional and well liked.

And the tall guy always jumps up and stares at me like I'm going to steal something and they don't know much about car tinting windows. Could be so much better

B/C SHE IS ABSOLUTELY MORE THAN HELPFUL & SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT SHE'LL LEAD YOU RIGHT DOWN BROADWAY & GET YOU WHAT YOU NEED & GET YOU ON YOUR WAY & THAT IS REALLY WHAT I LIKED THE MOST ABOUT MY WHOLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT ADVANCE AUTO PARTS SHE DID NOT DO ANY OF THE SOMETIME VERY ANNOYING OF TRYING TO SALE YOU SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T NEED & NO NOT EVERYONE DOES THIS BUT I AM JUST GIVING YOU A HEADSUP OF WHAT TO BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR IN THE FUTURE! This store will not take a new battery back from there own store . I have the receipt . I recommend no one buy a battery from this store .
