Can never get anyone on the phone. Bought 2 alternators for 4.6 lincoln towncars. They do not work. I just wanted to exchange them for the right ones. They tell me mail them back and lose 25%. Poor customer service.

Wrong part was sent to me. Can't get anyone on the phone. Sending part back, hopefully they will reimburse my money.

I recently purchased two 2007 Kia Rondo window regulators/w motors through Amazon and they were a perfect fit. The shipping was fast, price was reasonable, and I'm recommending this Spartanburg, South Carolina business to anyone looking for quality replacement parts. As usual, it was a big savings compared to dealer prices. Recommended!

Shipped my order to the wrong address. Tried calling multiple times but no one ever answered and the voice mailbox was full. Would recommend avoiding.
