Stopped by there to get two tires replaced and he noticed I actually needed three instead and to add to that the truck needed a rear wheel seal and he caught that it needed a front one as well. Both seals were recently replaced as I was told but Jason caught it and fixed it. Super friendly staff and great service.

Got a flat on my drive down to FL. I was lucky to be near this shop. Super friendly and got a quick repair on my tire. 5-stars all the way.

Kathryn Horton is not a very nice person. She thinks she is smarter and better than everyone else. Her nasty attitude is going to hurt her husbands business. She is the reason they can't keep good help.

On July 12 2017 we had the pleasure of doing business with this company. We had dispatched our tow truck to carry a car to Ft Bragg that had broke down on I-20 in Bishopville, S. C. I told my tow driver that it looked like taking Hwy 15 to hwy401 into Faytteville N C was the best route to take. He had a blow out of front driver tire on a bridge in the Society Hill area. He called to info me and I had not idea who to call or what to do at the time to take care of this situation. I told my driver to give me sometime as to call around and try and find someone to get up there and fix the tire. My driver called back about 10 min later and told me that Norton tire had come along and stopped and offer their help in getting tire fixed. I talked with Mr Horton and he said if he had a tire he would take care of it for me. He did in fact have a tire and installed it and got the driver on the way to Fort Bragg. I told him to call me and I would pay him for his services but he sent bill with driver and never called. I called him this morning and spoke with a lady that works there and told her I was calling to pay the bill and thank them for there great service. The bill was very reasonable. I know just from my dealing with Norton's tire that they are a very reliable and honest company to deal with. I know they are a great asset to their community.
