Great location, easy to get in and out of. Recently signed up for the monthly wash club(thanks Brett) for $20mo and only took 5min. Wash works great and vacuum area has plenty of tables with rags and spray. Bonus: they have christian music playing. This is the only car wash I'll use in this area.

I went in earlier today for my usual wash, and the service provided by Robert stood out with his exceptional attention to detail. He not only took care of my car mats making them look practically new, but he even offered to shine my tires to make sure my experience was awesome, and although I don t have a membership since I ve been on the fence about it, I think I may have to give it a try if this is the type of service provided! I highly recommend coming here!

Not touch less, which is fine, but the rear window on my SUV was dirty after 3 washesEdit: Brett was fabulous and cared. I did increase my review. They do want to do better, you'll need to manually clean the read window if your car has a lip. You'll also need to manually clean the words/ logo

I love that this car wash has multiple locations for our convenance. Waves is dependable and friendly. The vacuum area is always clean and has supplies to help with the interior of your vehicle as well. highly recommend this car wash to anyone in the area. Brett, Mr Jimmy, and the rest of the staff are top notch people.

My family broke down on a road trip from Myrtle Beach to Atlanta and Brett and his team were truly a godsend as he opened up his office as a shelter from the heat for my two and five year old for over three hours for my wife as I went with the tow truck driver to the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport to get another rental car. There are still great people in this world and he would not even accept a tip from me, did it all out of the goodness of his heart. I live in Texas, but if I lived in SC I would never go to another car wash that wasn't a waves for the rest of my life. Great people, would highly recommend.

Most definitely my new favorite place to wash my car! Not only does it wash better than other washes I ve been to, but it is organized, has great staff, and great Christian music playing while I m vacuuming and cleaning up. By far my favorite experience at a wash ever!

There was no wait for the wash. It did a fine job cleaning the car. The use of the free vacuum and drying towels was easy to use and an added bonus.

Where can you go and get a fantastic wash & the wheels come out THIS CLEAN? Didn t even have to touch the wheels, and they looked like this! **One Star**I would give Waves Car Wash zero stars if I could. I had the worst experience there recently. I paid for the most expensive wash, but my car came out dirty and full of swirls. I complained to the manager, but he was rude and dismissive. He told me that my car was too dirty for the automatic wash, even though I had paid for the most expensive option. He also said that the swirls were probably already there before I went through the car wash.I am very disappointed with the service at Waves Car Wash. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.Here are some specific complaints that I have:* The automatic wash did not clean my car properly. There were still dirt and grime on the car after I went through the wash.* The automatic wash left my car full of swirls. These swirls were not there before I went through the wash.* The manager was rude and dismissive when I complained about the service.* Waves Car Wash is overpriced for the quality of service that they provide.I would advise anyone considering using Waves Car Wash to go elsewhere. There are many other car washes in the area that offer better service and value for money.

Well, I purchased the premium wash today. I went to the vacuum section to do the inside and noticed that my car was not completely clean. So I started cleaning it with a cloth and the spray. One of the staff members noticed me going over the car and said to me, let s go through again on them. Then he and another person went over the car to prep it with a brush. And yes, the second time cleaned my car. I am very pleased. I think the guy that noticed me was named Tyler. So Tyler thank you.

Waves is a great car wash! Each location I have gone to has friendly employees, a fully stocked (and functioning) DYI interior cleaning area, and great Christian music playing. Pleasantly surprised by the service. Great spot. My truck was a mess and I was surprised and how well 1 pass cleaned it up. Really friendly service as well!

Not pleased. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the wash is not great. I had to go through twice and the car did not come out clean. Most disappointed that my radio antenna got ripped off the car. The staff tried multiple times to remove it unsuccessfully before the washes. I assumed it would be ok. A bent antenna is no big deal. What I didn t realize is it would rip the entire assembly off the car.Had to clay bar the spots off the car. The wash probably works well if you don t have tree sap or whatever I had on my car.

After living in several states across the US, this is one of the best express car washes I ve been to: my car was super clean($17 prem wash), they had clean towels and windex to do spot cleaning, and something I have never seen, a FREE car mat wash and dry. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I ve had an unlimited wash package of the premium since this place opened. They started off amazing. Now they have either increased the speed of the conveyor (which they deny) or they ve switch to cheaper products to clean with. They also pick and choose when they want to spray for bug s on the front of the vehicle and/ or just spray one side halfway so they can say they tried. This place is going down in quality very fast

Got the $6 wash today and my car is still dirty.The vacuums are free which is nice but the suction is weak.*Went back a week later and got the premium wash. It took all of 1min. My car is still dirty

I like that they have RainX available to add on. The wash is great and staff are helpful. I would have given it five stars but some of the vacuums weren't very powerful.

My fianc� and I come through 2 maybe 3 times a month and Bret took notice. After we went through the car wash that day, on the way out Bret stopped us. He stopped us because he went the extra mile and took notice that our car wasn t fully washed to the standard of Waves so he told us to come back through and he would put product on our car to ensure that we leave with what we expected.. a clean car.We ll after we did this, our car was extremely clean, he made sure to get everything off of it, after talking for a few minutes, he took further notice on how often we come a month and sold us on the idea of getting a membership or a subscription if you will. At first we were hesitant but he made it make sense at the $19.95 a month so I said yes. Then he explained for $4 dollars more how much more of the car wash we would get for our money if we jumped to the next tier; so we did.I thought for sure we just got up sold. I m in sales, an outside sales manager at ATT, I was skeptical but he ensured us that once we have this membership we wouldn t realize how often we would come, being that 10 times a month meant $2.40 a car wash at a premium wash, and just how much of a difference we would see. It made sense. He was right. It was worth it. We come all the time now and I couldn t imagine a life where I don t have a car wash membership.Sometimes you don t realize what you need until someone explains it to you. I just wanted to write a review on Bret and just how awesome of a guy he is, treats us with respect, always greets with a smile and always goes the extra mile, even after he turned us into subscription customers.If a business needed to be ran, this is the guy, he goes above and beyond.Thanks Bret! We love our car even more now and take an all new standard to how a car should have proper upkeep and how clean it should stay!

Hey heyIt's a lot of car washes in the area .people have their options to negative to positive. One thing for sure be honest. I really like waves . Very friendly, clean place and they help when you have a concern. The staff is cool and Brett I actually met him this year very cool guy always smiling. We all go places to wash our vehicles but when you got kind, friendly and a sense of humor:) and go outta of the way . Great car wash. Very friendly staff. Needs to have narrower vacuum nozzle available. Many spaces inside my vehicles inaccessible with the wide nozzle only. Update 11/11/20 - Thank you for your response. However the one nozzle size in use limits not only because of its width but also the angle prevents its use next to my seat and door of my Seltos. Also I love your music choice. The nozzle issue was my error I found out. Was in the last vacuuming bay and did not see it. This is by far my favorite car wash. Rating upgraded.
