If I could have rated 0/5, I would. My husband and I tried to stop by on 3/17 to get my oil changed. At the time, they were finishing up 2 vehicles. There was 1 car in each lane pulling forward. We went to the lane we were told to go to. We waited an hour and 15 minutes before leaving. Cars in the other lane were being serviced and leaving. The technician seemed to spend a great deal of time chatting with the customer and going back multiple times to do things to the vehicle. Every time the car seemed to be finished they continued to ask more questions and pop the hood. We finally left as we live about an hour away and didn t have time to keep sitting there waiting.

Great staff that did a great job with servicing my car. Very knowledgeable and explained things very well throughout my visit. I never felt pressured or like I was being lied to with recommendations. I will be going back in the future! Give this team a pay raise!!

I didn't get his name but my oil filter was put on to tight by someone else and I was leaking oil. The guys put on a new filter for me and a quart of oil. Thank you kind guys. I will be back in future for an oil change. Thank you. 10 out of 10

Very sad. We get our oil change done here for all our cars. Always had great and fast customer service. But today was the worst experience. On arrival, they scanned the car, and I told them it's a new car to us, so Chat changed the name holder on the car but not the address. They started the oil change, another car drove in, and they stopped my service and went to do the other car's oil change, finished him completely, and came back to me. I asked if there was a problem with my car, but I was told no. Then they put the oil in and started to wave me out. I asked if they checked the tires and lights, fluids aso. Chat got very annoyed by my question and said OK I check, checked 2 tires and then said 2 are fine. And went off. I asked about lights, then her mood changed, yelling at me, rolling eyes, crossing her armes in front of her chest, and pointing at me. Standing in front of my car and talking loudly bad about me to another employee. I asked for the manager. He came and tied to handles the situation, but at that point, I just wanted to leave. My service lady Chat said I threw her off because I asked about my coupon in the beginning. Really? She does not belong in customer service, with an attitude like that. Glade, I don't need another oil change for 7500 miles.

They wouldn t accept my Groupon. They said there was a glitch in their system and told me to take it up with Groupon. They couldn t help me any further. Spent $60 and no refund through Groupon. Then they told me I had an attitude.**Edit after owners response. It was scannable. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the Groupon. I called corporate and they referred me to a preferred location and they took it with no problem. They told me your location doesn t want to mess up their numbers and stats, that is why you refuse to take it. The location that will gladly take your Groupon is 1010 NE Main St in Simpsonville.

I have been a loyal customer for 3-4 years. This location has had mistakes in the past that were corrected. But today was my last service. I come in every 60-90 days for a 10,000 miles service.($350.00-$450.00)But today I was told to go to Walmart for my service work because I was rude to ask to speak to the manager. Chat (Manager)was friendly and helpful when I ask to have the rest of my under shield bolts installed after I drove all the way home and found they were not installed. So I returned for a second service the same day on a different vehicle and was told they did not have and could not get the parts to do the service. Orielly s is in the same parking lot as Valvoline. Valvoline had to go get filters regularly over the past 3 years. I confirmed O riellys did have the filters in stock. So I ask to speak to the regional manager if Chat was not available and told no go to Walmart for my service.The regional manager in Charlotte NC has been trying to fix the ongoing part stock issues with no success.2020 Ford F-350Good luck staying in business with this kind of customer service.

As a Greenville county native this place is at the top of the litter for servicing your car. Better than other auto shops by far for quick services like an oil change for quality of service.

The techs should know how to reset oil range on vehiclesThey couldn't figure out how to on my vehicle, we pulled out of the bay and I got on Google and figured it out myselfFor what they charged us it should have been done by them

My Husband and I just went here to get air in my back tire on drivers side. Soon as we pulled in there they came right to us. We told them that we were there to get air in my tire and not an oil change. The service was good

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We drove in with a 2006 Chevy Truck 56k miles that has been sitting for over 3 years. We had no record of the last oil change. When they took out the plug-nothing come out. The put some oil in with the plug out to push out the SLUG-it took awhile for the guy to get it all worked out. We left with the upmost respect for everyone that was there- it was a very TEAM oriented organization and we are so PLEASED we went to them for the service. Our EXPECTATIONS have been EXCEEDED!!!!!!

Express oil on Harrison Bridge road is priced better. This place has raised their pricing this year, and has made it where I probably won't be returning. Service is typical attempt to upsell to additional services, but they will get the job done for you if you just need to get it done.

This place is the definition of 5 star service. Jacob and Seth are super nice and professional. Easy no fuss experience, in and out. Highly recommend everyone go here for their oil change needs.

Guys up top super nice however lack in knowledge and expertise of the trade. Oil dripped all through engine compartment and on front bumper; they didn't bother to wipe up. Guy underneath left overspray all over, new filter has oil dripping from it. Overall Just very sloppy work **Bonus service** how much air do you want in your tires? Me-what is max PSI on the tire say? "It says 42 LB max PSI, so what do you think 50 lbs"? Me- uh.l, No, I'll get it myself. 2stars for being nice and easy to work with,. It's unfortunate I have to check behind them to make sure it's done right...

Always fast, friendly, and convenient. We had to wait due to there being other vehicles in front of us, but we were still there less than an hour.

I went in for the contactless oil change. When they checked my transmission fluid, the guy showed me how dark it was. He recommended a flush and fill. I had him do it. I could see the hoses under the gap in my hood as they did it. The fluid coming out was awful. After 2 fluid flushes, my transmission fluid was back to a light red color. I am very happy with their service!

Top notch service. Joe was friendly, explained what the options were and what needed to be done. Things were taken care of quickly, efficiently and without any issue. Highly recommend and will be back.

My husband called prior to taking our vehicle to them asking about an oil change and tire rotation. They confirmed the price of the oil change as 95.00 and that they could do both oil change and tire rotation. He takes it and they charge more for the oil change than quoted and say we can't do the tire rotation. We are very very disappointed in their service.Service: Oil change
