Brought my Mini in for an oil change. You wait in the car and guide you in to the bay. They have a pit below to change oil. Our service team, Heather and Gabriel were fantastic, great customer service, explaining what they were doing, and even showing me so I could physically see they did the work. They showed me the schedule service recommendations but were not pushing anything. I really appreciated the good interaction with them, I will certainly come back again for the next service!Service: Oil change

Went in early tthis morning, like 3am and the place was clean. Staff friendly. Gotta love the cook Steve he always do upbeat and friendly

There price for an oil change is over $100 when other places in the area are doing it for $50-$60. Might save you time but is a total ripoff

7/14/23 Joseph was incredibly helpful today! He has extensive knowledge of the issue I brought to him. He was able to help me make an informed decision for our vehicle. All the Valvolines we have been to have been great but Joseph took this location to a whole new level of awesome! Thank you Joseph!

Very happy with price, staff friendliness and knowledge. They made me aware of what my vehicle needs in semi near future but put me under no pressure to have it done with oil change just to make more profit. So I was treated like I enjoy being treated.

We went to the other Valvoline on south east Main Street and they were rude and didn t even acknowledge us. We chose to come to northeast instead, and they did not disappoint. They were so respectful and kind and were done in no time! This is the first time I ve had a positive experience getting an oil change. Will definitely come back

Asked for a tire rotation and oil change, they said they could do both. They didn't do the tire rotation, they said the chasis was to narrow, had they told me that initially, I would have gone elsewhere. They checked the boxes off for windshield wiper fluid an tire pressure and did not do either of them $108 a and now I have to get my tires rotated add air and washer fluid.

The guys working on 12/30 were super helpful and went out of their way to help us. We needed a headlight changed on a german car.. they went and got the part when they didn t have it in stock and had us out of there quickly! Will definitely be back for oil changes on our other cars.

They do a great job. Now you can stay right in vehicle while they do it. They are very thorough and I know lots of folks roll their eyes about the "extras" they try to upsell, but the stuff they do and offer is actually very important to your vehicle's health. They aren't trying to trick you into something you don't need like some immoral mechanic. I highly recommend them! Even if you just need fast oil change and that's all you ever want here.

Great customer service! Associates are very friendly and helpful! Full service oil change was done quickly and they checked a slow leak in one of my tires and plugged it instead of automatically stating I needed a new tire like other places might do. This was my third visit to this business and have never been disappointed. I would DEFINITELY recommend you take your business here!!

Great price for fast, full service oil change: checked my lights, undercarriage, engine cables, all fluids, tire pressure, air filter. And, they didn't try to sell me a new air filter when mine was in good shape. Friendly, knowledgeable crew of professionals!!

I had a great experience today (Saturday). Even though they were busy and I Just drove in, they got my tires mounted and balanced on my jeep in no time. These guys are very organized, professional and detailed. I'll definitely be back.

Been coming here for 8 years now and the service has always been great. This visit the workers tell me that they can not mount my 24 inch tire on the rim but they are the ones who did the work when I first bought the rims and tires a year ago. So I gladly took my business to another place.

Stellar, excellent, exceptional, above average, pleasantly surprising (you get the point) service! Friendly!!!!! Oh mm gee- super friendly!!! Quick, fast, speedy, zoom, definitely not sluggards but any stretch of your imagination. These technicians respect your time like none other. I have never enjoyed service to this degree (when it comes to maintenance on my car). I had purchased my own tires and was recommended to Blue Ribbon Express to have them put my tires on. They did so and got me on my way lickity split! Did I mention that they are nice? Okay, so I m kicking myself for not knowing about them sooner. Highly recommend.

They were amazing. They explained everything they were doing, the pricing, and broke down the receipt with me as well. Great bunch of guys! Quick and efficient. Super nice. Prices are pretty good, too. Only guys I'll deal with now. The tire place right across the street is always too busy and acts like you're a pain to deal with! Don't know why he's always busy with such a rotten attitude. The guys at Blue Ribbon are, hands down, the best to deal with! Do yourself a favor and just go to Blue Ribbon.

These guys are top notch! Super nice. Helpful. When there's little or no wait they are super fast. I had my oil changed and all tires n fluids checked in 20 or less. Nice waiting area. Clean. Restrooms. TV. And you can sit on the "front porch" as well. All round nice place. Thanks Jesse's!

We have taken our cars to Blue Ribbon for a couple years now. Just had some new tires mounted and balanced & will be going in for an oil change and some brakes in a few weeks. The guys who work there are always polite, kind and knowledgeable. They will answer my questions honestly and I don't feel like I'm being talked down to. It amazes me how quick and organized they are. I don't believe I have ever waited longer than 35 - 45 minutes for any service.

I had a great experience with these guys. They were professional, not pushy, and seem to be incredibly honest. They let me know about some metal that I had showing on one of my tires. But, they didn't try to force me to change it immediately. I looked at it myself later, and sure enough there's metal showing. Fast and efficient.

So glad I found this wonderful little gem! The men here this morning were lightning fast! I got 4 tires and an oil change in 26 minutes!!! I thought for sure (based on life experience) I'd be there at least 2 hours which I was dreading due to the fact I had my two young children with me. The men were polite and also acknowledged my children. They allowed them watch them work (from a safe distance of course). No rude behavior or language was witnessed. I really appreciated all of this! I'll definitely be back in the future. Also, I will update this review in the future if necessary.

I drove by expecting to see Blue Ribbon but apparently they moved down the street and is now a tire shop. Decided to give these guys a try since I was already there. Was impressed at the new step up. It's a drive thru oil change, you stay in your car. Way faster than before. The price is higher, at least 10 to $20 depending on service. However, it is a corp now vs local business. I'll probably still return since service was good and quick.

I have never been to a more competent, and actually enjoyable place! These guys have an amazing system and are EXTREMELY good at what they do. All I can say is WOW & THANK YOU!!!

The service was fine but it s ridiculous that an express oil service is $30 more than my dealership. I could ve went to Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet and received the exact same service for $59.99 with a free tire rotation. This place charged me $96 after a $15 coupon for 6 quarts of Valvoline 5w-30 and a premium filter. Too bad I couldn t get into the dealership until next week. I ll plan better next time.

Had a good experience getting my oil changed. I normally change it myself because I don t like waiting at service centers, and as a young woman I m afraid of someone trying to talk me into getting something I don t need. That was not my experience here. It was quick and I never even had to get out of my car. All the guys that helped me were very professional and pointed out issues that I will need to take care of in the future, and because they didn t push me to do anything I didn t come for I will most likely come back to this location when I need help again. Don and staff were great, picked up a set of tires cheaper and faster than any of the competitors. 1st time doing business here and I will be a repeat customer for tires, oil changes etc. Great job and friendly service goes a long way and it really helps when they can beat prices.
