Called at 956 AM & was told it would be 25-30 minutes. It s 12:10 PM & tow is still not here with not very helpful communication on where they are and what the ETA is. It s fine that things happen. But at least communicate it to somebody you told a tow would arrive.

Had an incident where I stupidly put my truck in a ditch and they responded right away and helped out. Awesome service and great attitude. Hopefully I won t need them again, but I recommend them 100%. Thank you.

Said that they d be there in 20-25 minutes. Dude got there in 15 or less. Only cost $200 and that s because of tip. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow

I called today for a tow the man was nice and said it would be 2 hours and $90. I agreed 2 hours later no call or anything. I called twice no answer or call back NOW I'm a square one finding another tow company. Do not recommend

Hands down BEST towing company around. Used on multiple occasions. Towed our broken down car, towed purchased parts cars, towed our car to an auto shop, and even rescued our boat/trailer that popped a tire on a windy narrow road. They re up for any challenge.Not only are they fair priced, but amazing customer service. this place is absolutely terrible. Jake was very unhelpful and extremely rude when speaking over the phone with me and laughed at me. He gave me the wrong address and location of where my car was parked. I was also given the set amount of how much it would be to receive my car, however, they told me only when I got there that it would be $25 more and cash only. When I expressed that I was told differently over the phone, they lied to my face and said that I misheard them, which I know that I did not. I was also not given a real copy of my receipt because he didn t feel like going to the office to retrieve it for me. Absolutely horrible company.

Jake did a very great job with towing my car home! He also had a very accurate arrival time estimate! Overall I would recommend using this company if you are in need of a tow.

Tow my car from an apartment complex that don't have, not one signed posted, on tne the entire complex... The towing yard is 2 mile from my complex.. spoke with a gentleman and was told 15 minutes we can meet up.. waited 1hour and a half..make it 2hours.. got hung up on for calling back.. $150.. no receipt..pen ran out of ink.. was told it would be emailed or text.. got neither.. oooh yeah my complex don't even authorize them to tow.. smfh..

Horrible customer service!! Called to get a quote- the guy that picked up the phone was rude from the jump. I told him I wanted to get a quote.. and he got silent!! I asked if he wanted my address and he caught an attitude and said well you called me, I don t know where you are .. I rather give my money to a company that actually WANTS to work with customers Thanks for nothing THE TOWING SERVICE !!!

Don't trust what they tell u cause i asked if my things would be ok and they said they was going to lock the doors and i didn't have to worry about anything but someone went through my car and took stuff out of my car like my birth certificate and bank cards so i wouldn't trust anything they tell u

Best customer service, good price and quick service! J&H Car Towing's & Co made me wait 12 hours and never came. They wanted to charge me $300 more which was insane. The Towing Service are the guys you should call if you want competent honest service at a reasonable price.

Can t say enough how impressed I am! Jacob answered right away and sent a truck out within 4 hours to get an abandoned vehicle in our community. We had another service that was supposed to, but never followed through - one call to The Towing Service and they are our new tow company in the neighborhood. He was very polite and helpful. When he arrived to tow our car our ride home was still 15 minutes away and he stayed and waited with us. And we needes my car backed up a steep narrow driveway, I didn't think he could possibly do it but he backed up and put my car exactly where I needed it. I was shocked, he really knows how to handle that truck like a professional. It was very good price, much less than I expected.I would recommend him to anyone needing tow service. Thank you so much y'all for helping us when we were stranded!!

Randall was great. From call to loading was only 30/40 minutes. Loaded my car with care and wasn t bothered by me watching. Price was fair and inline with others that I called, he was the only one available and chanced it. Would use again.

If I could leave a 1/2 of a star I would! Worst customer service. Change price when they arrive, never inform you of the arrival( Steve) awful company. Try another company, because this company isn t it!

Man let me tell you. 1. Why can t I give you more stars??? 2. Screw AAAI called AAA after being on the phone with them for 40 minutes promised help then 1 hour later end up getting a call back just to be denied the service.In need for a towing I called these folks answered the phone right away and helped me with no promblem charged me only 150 to get my car towed so when I got my car I up the price to 170 for the very fast response and quick service. When I say I highly recommend I highly recommend these people!!!!

Worse customer service I've every encountered, the driver told my son 1 price to pull his car out of the ditch but when he got there the tow driver Randall stated that he was taking the vehicle with him. We went to pickup the car and Randall was every rude and stated that he towed the car because it was involved in a wreck but the car was drivable and when questioned he just said we are not going to argue and you're right we are not this is just the first of reviews and phone calls to file a complaint. I wish I didn't have to give 1 star.Service: Car towing

On 3/2/21 I was headed to a funeral in Greenville at Woodlawn Cemetery and as I was coming down a back road making a sharp right turn when my front left wheel started making a grinding noise really bad then I heard a pop yet I kept driving up to the top of a hill where I came to a stop because in the road in front of someone s house and at this point the tire was barely rolling and I could feel that it was off almost by the way it would roll. As I got out to look, I could see pieces of my wheel bearing and smoke coming from under and the inside of the wheel hub. It seemed as if my bearing and wheel hub were completely shot. I have State Farm and filled out via the app the roadside assistance form and within 10 minutes I had my claim in and I was notified shortly after that by another local towing company that they would have someone out within 30-40 mins to assist me. KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS WAS AT 2:12PM. It was now 3:15PM. I had been waiting now at this point around an hour with no call from the company who had previously told me 30-40 mins so I called back in hopes to find out where the tow truck was and received no answer. I then waited another 20 mins and called with an answer only to be told they were behind on my claim and it would be another 30-40mins. At this point I have waited almost two hours with no tow or anyone to call me saying they were x amount of time away etc... So I called The Towing Service seeing that they had good reviews already and the fact they were less than 5 miles from my location. The phone was answered promptly and I was assisted with ease, they took all of my information and I was told they would dispatch a truck to my location shortly and the estimated price for the tow and distance I needed to have my vehicle dropped off and an ETA of 20-25mins. They arrived took very good car of my Tahoe being in the condition it was with the wheel about to basically break off of the wheel hub. He loaded it very carefully and with finesse and ensured that the vehicle was secured to decrease the tension on the front left side to avoid any further damage in transit. We arrived at the destination he promptly unloaded my Tahoe and was careful and once again worked it off of the back without causing any further damage. Successfully the vehicle was on the ground and at its destination for repairs without the wheel being in any worse shape then when he arrived to pick it up. So all in all they are prompt and know what they are doing in plenty of different situations. Oh and the estimated price was spot on as that s all I was charged ($75) pretty affordable and better than others I had checked around at. I would recommend them to anyone who is having any kind of towing needs or services that they offer.Service: Car towing

Good response and very professional!!! I would use again and would recommend. The price was a little high but it was late and on a weekend.he gave me a price on the phone and did not change it after getting my car.

Driver quoted his price and his ETA over the phone. He showed up in a timely manner, same price. Extremely professional. I will use this business from now on. I'd recommend to everyone.
