In my experience go somewhere else. Over 6 months and $3,000 later my vehicle was still not fixed. One of the first things they did was change the spark plugs @ $250. When that didn t work new starter system and new computer was installed and still not working. Another shop found the spark plugs that were installed were not new and 4 out of 6 were cracked and the wrong part for the vehicle. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Your vehicle will not be fixed.

good service, if you want to drop your car off in the morning for a very simple tire change and do not get it back for 7 hours. I understand I won t get my car back right away, but I should have been warned it would take 7 hours. That is ridiculous for 2 tires getting swapped out.

Bought 4 Goodyear Assurance tires 2 years ago. Cost me $529.08. The pictures tell the story after only 32k miles. I religiously had them rotated and balanced at my local Goodyear store every 6k miles. Won't be getting new tires at Simpsonville Tire and Service again. Shameful!

I had a problem with my vehicle that two other shops couldn t fix, I took my car in and they fixed my issue!!! Amazing service and customer service

I had a minor brake loss issue going on and didn't want to delay in getting my truck looked at. My family has been going to this establishment for years, so I knew I would be in good hands. I dropped it off with Todd and received an update a few hours later. Todd was very friendly and straight-forward about my options and what the overall cost would be. I was kept updated about the repair at all times. The price was fair and it's nice to have fully functional brakes again. Thank you!!

Todd and his team do really great work! From start to finish, they were efficient straightforward, and kind. They got the job done quickly, without sacrificing quality and I feel like their rates are fair and affordable.

Pulled in with a flat tire around 3 on Friday February 26. The staff wasn't interested in helping me. They said my tire was ruined and they didn't have my size 235/75R15 super common. Asked them for shot of air, drove it home, put a plug in it and all is well. I just got out of hospital with heart failure and a fib. Im no tire expert but got it fixed because I had the desire maybe they could find some desire. Thanks for the air.

My car had issue of not starting and they diagnosed it in timely manner and fixed it at reasonable cost. Todd and mechanic explained what was wrong with car. Customer service was very good.

This place doesn't even deserve one star! My son in law needed a flat tire fixed. He went in early morning, no customers. He explained he is traveling and needs to get on the road. The guy said, he ate to busy, so it will be about 5 hours. So my son left and went a couple buildings down to Blue Ribbon Express. He said the wete like a pit crew, all came out to help with friendly and quick service.

From Columbia and car broke down in Spartanburg. Had towed to Simpsonville Tire & Service (recommended by my brother from Simpsonville). Exceptional service and quick turn around. Thank you very much.

Best prices in town by a long shot with service being done SAME DAY! Customer service was spectacular and the tires looked fantastic. I will be returning with all my cars and trucks from now on!

This place was recommended by a friend of mine. I went in around noon because I had to get 2 new tires. I sat there for a good 20 minutes, watching employees come and go and the only thing I got any attention from was their *reception cat*. Give him/her a job and this place might have better customer service. #sodisappointed.

Todd, has serviced our cars for years. He is very truthful and dependable. It is best if you can leave your car since he is always busy which is a good sign.

I went in to ask them if they would help me air up my mower tire, their response was to tell me "$10 and we can" to which I responded by offering to show him the 13" mower tire, the guy behind the counter said "we're just to busy"So my advice to anyone looking for service would be, find somewhere that isn't so busy that they forget about the customer experience.Jesse's tire just across the street was more than gracious enough to help with 60 seconds of air and for that courtesy has earned my future business.

They are ALWAYS honest. I recently had an oil leak that they repaired for $60. I believe if I had gone anywhere else the repair would have been in the hundreds. It's unfortunate that I had to move out of state.

Was an hour from home. Stopped here 30 minutes before closing with a flat tire. They stated they would not work on it today. They were not helpful at all! Owner was not very polite. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stopped going here. Last 2-3x I went something would be broken and I'd get an oh well. Not to mention my tire came off going down the road after they wrenched on it.

Before taking your car here take pictures of your rims just had 4 new tires mounted yesterday brand new car when I picked it up all 4 rims had scratches on them took it back to the shop the guy did not take any ownership for it , won t be coming here again BEWARE!!!!

Very rude and disrespectful ToddI informed him that bolt on the wheel was not coming then said addition forty dollar before i can reiecved my car.
