I had a 9am appointment for balancing. The Manager Johnathan and Assistant Manager Mike form Columbia were AWESOME. The employees are top notch, I don't know much about tires but they took the time to explain everything that was happening. I give them a 10/10

Not that previous management was terrible, but I never got the service needed, which caused me multiple visits with no conclusion.Heard there was new management and came to them to see if the service had improved. Boy did it, Derrick and Mike really did a great job. They were knowledgeable and willing to provide the service I had originally looked for from my local NTB.

Had both my Lyft and Uber inspections done here. They were quick and easy. To the point. Was able to drive right after and start the rideshare apps! Highly recommend if you are trying to get started soon!

I got there just after 5pm with a spare tire after getting a flat and they worked me in and got the one tire replaced before closing that night. The replacement tire was at a good price and they didn t try to upsell me on anything else. They were very professional and helpful.

I needed my car service badly. I had been neglecting my routine maintenance due to my work schedule. I can truly say, coming here was the best decision I've made since relocating to the Upstate area. Ms. Ana called me to reschedule my appointment as well as assisted me in choosing the appropriate services for my vehicle. The bill was exceptional. I had a wheel alignment, oil change, and wiper blades. Customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be scheduling my routine maintenance here at the Simpsonville location.

Very upset that I made two appointments, got a call at 8am saying that they already had appointments and not enough staff to take me so to come in later that afternoon so I made another appointment for 3. I come in at 3 to be told I don t have an appointment and was showed that it was cancelled. I did not cancel my appointment. So I said I ll just wait till they can do it was told about a hr. Walked to Walmart came back in a hr and it s still not done. I understand it s a Friday but that s why I made an appointment. I even called three different numbers before I came up here and no one answered. I need the tires before I go out of town tomorrow so I just have to continue to sit here and wait.

We ve been taking our cars here for years and they have always taken such good care of us. Most recently, my daughter s car had bolt stuck in the tire and we needed it repaired quickly. They got us in on a Sunday afternoon and finished up within an hour of our appointment. We were able to resume our normal routine on Monday with no disruption. They are always friendly and get the job done!! Thanks so much for always taking such good care of us!!

The gentleman who took care of 2/11/24 was very attentive and courteous (I think he was the manager). Had our tire fixed way sooner than expected. Grateful for good service!

I got a screw in my tire and needed the tire repaired urgently. The service was great and done in a timely manner. Mike and his team was very professional. I do highly recommend coming here.

Came in with no appointment and got phenomenal service. Got an accurate quote for what I needed and faster service than expected. Newer guy at the front desk was very kind and professional. If you need work done on your vehicle you should come here.

Everyone there was so helpful and nice! I went in with a slow leak in my tire. They squeezed me in before they closed so they could repair it for me. I appreciated it so much! They were able to just do a tire repair and they checked the pressure on all my tires and sent me on my way! Awesome service!!! Thank you!!!

My husband Joe Hill handled this transaction for me. Made 5 visit to store to get a failed shock warranty issue resolved. On 3 of those visit the female manager told me directly she would order the part and call me when it came in. Now 5 weeks have passed and this issue still has not been resolved. On the 5th visit, I told the sale Associate this was taking too long and I was contacting my credit card company and ask them to refund the payment back into my account. Credit card company refunded my payment. My advice is, if You deal with this store be sure to put your payment on a credit card because chances are You will have some kind of issue that You will be able to resolve with them and You will have a path to get Your money refunded.

I was able to get an appointment right away. Mike and staff are very friendly and polite and kept me in the loop regarding theProgress of my oil change. I appreciated the information Mike shared with me. Great staff and great service!

I ve gone here a couple of times. Once for batteries and once for tires. The battery replacement was a normal no issue experience. This morning with the tires I was really impressed. I came in last week and had to make an appointment because of the holiday. I came in this morning for my appointment and when I pulled up I was informed that they wouldn t be able to change my tires today due to the vehicle being managed by a fleet service and the person who deals with the fleet services not being in but that they had already contacted the Woodruff Rd location and had setup the appointment if I was willing to go there to get the tires. For me that was no problem at all and I think it was great that instead of just telling me they were sorry and couldn t change my tires they had a resolution worked out before I even got there. Inconvenient things happen but it s how you handle it for the customer that matters.

Just my luck I got a flat tire last night. I ran over something, smh! I called around searching for a tire and came across NTB. Robert was very polite and respectful throughout the process. And while waiting he was making sure everyone in the waiting area was good and comfortable. But really got me to write this was how helpful he was to this elder lady in the waiting room. She just had a blood transfusion! He went above and beyond to get her comfortable, it was very sweet. You don t come across that anymore!

I was able to get right in and they inspected my truck thoroughly. Mike (manager) told me all of what my truck needed with pricing. It was done in a reasonable amount of time. This location is a good one.

Staff was nice and the service was relatively quick despite being a busy day. Had a tire changed (was hoping for just a repair, but it was too far gone) so, inspection and tire change was done in an hour for only about $100. Good job, guys!

My tires were going flat and my portable air compressor wasn't working. I called the insurance company for service and the 3rd party they used responded saying it would be over an hour. I decided to take a chance and drive to NTB. They took me in immediately and put air in all tires per specifications. The mechanic was very informative,polite and thorough. Most importantly honest. There was no charge.

I just walked in today for tires rotation and the NTB team could accommodate my car right away on their schedule without waiting time. Service good as expected. Fair price, great staff!!

I m beyond thankful for NTB saving the day!! I picked up a screw in my tire, the same day as bringing it home from the body shop after a wreck & found myself with a flat. Mike & the team were friendly, kind & worked very quickly to get my tire back on the road!!!Thanks NTB for all your help today!
