Went in for help with a battery. Nobody else in the store. Guy behind the counter was glued to his chair. No interest at all in helping me. Just purchased this expensive battery from them in the last two to three years but didn't have the receipt. Clearly a NAPA Legend battery. My last ever purchase from this store. If you are looking for customer service go to Mauldin.

Very weird experience at this location. Employees are very confused and don't know what's going on. They don't even know how to work their registers and it's awkward watching them bang their keyboards trying to make something happen.Never go up there and ask for a new battery without your original one to SHOW THEM WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, because if they don't know what you have, they don't know what to give you. What should have been a one day venture turned into a three day ordeal just trying to get the correct car battery.Customer service was also strange as well. One of the young men there looks completely stoned and acts like it's his first day on the job... maybe this IS his first day on the job... or maybe it's his first day at ANY job?Needless to say, we will not be back to this location. There are plenty of NAPAs to choose from, so we'll drive a little further and visit another when we need to.

I love this Napa store!! I had ordered an alternator from the online store, and it wasn't the right part. Not only did they get the proper part for me, they were able to help me with the price difference as well. With the horrible week I had thus far, they went above and beyond!! Thank you all so much, I will be back if i need anything :)

Very helpful staff. Didn't wind up needing the part, but they did everything in there power to get me that part and I appreciate it. Also they are great military supporters.

Posted hours say they're open on Sunday. They were closed. Posted hours say they're open until 6. The sign on the door said, yes, we are open. I arrived today at 5:30pm, and the door was locked. They have some items I have been trying to get but can't. I can't complain about the service, but the lack of communication about their revised hours is the reason for my rating. Wasted two trips now.

Called Easter morning to find out if they were open. I was told yes and arrived 10 minutes later to find the place locked, and no one answering the phone. Not a great first impression with this location.

Super easy to deal with. I came in with a part from a different franchise to exchange it. Instead of charging me full price like other retailers would because my commercial account wouldn t transfer the made sure to get the price as close as possible. Awesome people to do business with!!!

The staff here is unlike any other! I gave up my on all my other Auto part stores simply because of the staff here. They treat you family, have very competitive, downright low pricing, and are right in the heart of simpsonville SC! Would and have recommended this store many times.

This store usually has parts that O'Rileys might not keep in stock, I go here for GM parts not kept at other retailers.

Forget AutoZone and Advanced Auto. So sick of them telling me I'll have to get it from the dealer. NAPA staff know what you need and they can get for you. One stop shop.

Wouldn't take something back because it was out of the package even though I had the package and receipt will not be back would rather pay more at O'Reilly for better customer service
