Left my car for to be checked for 2 days I had to go in to the office to ask them to please check my car. When they did (if they did) they called back and said the engine blew out. Took it somewhere else and turns out my engine was fine. I don t recommend this place at all.

They will not give you the alignment report if you get an alignment done. Because they report that their printer is down. This is the last place I would take my vehicle for any work ever again.I believe one time they used used parts on my vehicle or third party partsThe attached picture is what it looks like after getting an alignment. This is why they claim they're printer is broken. So they can do terrible work but charge you for it

Hipps is amazing. No one is pushy or tries to upsell. They re just super respectful, polite, and good at fixing cars. I brought my Toyota in for a belt replacement and they fixed it same day. I love that I can trust Hipps to get my car fixed without charging too much or making the experience complicated. Just a great experience every time. Thank you!!

Paid this shop to do two things: Inspect the suspension, Change the transmission fluid.They told me all four struts needed replacing at a cost of almost $1400. This was weird because the vehicle is 6 years old and I've noticed no problems. I took it to another mechanic to take a look and they told me nothing needs replacing.They replaced the transmission fluid. I check the level when I got home and they over filled it (which can damage the transmission) I took it back and asked them to fix the level and they said they did but it's still over-full. I also asked what prompted the suspension needing replacement and the mechanic told me it was based on the ride seeming too firm. I paid them to actually inspect the suspension not take it for a ride and make a guess.Beware overcharge and shoddy work.

Earlier this year Hipps put a new clutch in my Mazda 6. Recently something went wrong with the slave cylinder. They replaced it under warranty without hesitation. They even paid for the tow.

I had a great experience taking my car here! Everyone was very kind and courteous. They helped me fix my car immediately. The prices were very reasonable also. I plan to return for any future repair needs I have.

I came here after being told at a routine oil change/tire rotation at the dealer that I needed $1,000 worth of work done on my car. I was skeptical and did not get any of the work done. Hipps was recommended by a neighbor and I'm so glad that I came. Not only did they look at all my concerns and issues for no charge, but they let me know what I actually needed done; they also respected the fact that I change my own air filters to save labor cost. They were honest about the other things that were recommended from the dealer in that they did not actually need done. I was very thankful they were honest. And, from start to the finish of the brake work that I did need, I was not there longer than 90 minutes. I'm very thankful they were recommended and I will be back again for future maintenance!

Good prices, but you get what you pay for. Just found out they replaced my water pump with a refurbished one that gave out after two years. They also tore holes in the flex pipe of the exhaust on another vehicle when it was taken to them for preventative maintenance and denied doing it. Take your car somewhere else to start and save yourself some money.

Hipps is amazing. The fixed my vehicle and their prices are icing on the cake. The staff are all super polite, I talked to several different mechanics and they won me over by how caring they were versus all the other places who just seemed money hungry. I would definitely use them again!

I brought my daughters Ford Fiesta in for repairs. Scott the Service manager and Dale treated us with great professionalism in diagnosising the problem and worked hard to get us back up and running. I recommend Hipps Auto for your automotive needs .

Extremely professional, very reasonable esp considering owner works right along side his employees and us not just ASE certified but A.S.I.A CERTIFIED(certificate hanging on wall as you walk in. Hes one if 300 in automotive hall of fame in Michigan for having taken every class available in the USA for all issues that could possibly stop any other mechanic. He left Michelin Tire after 20 years rising from a luber to being head of the shop of all test cars. The drivers put the vehicles through unfathomable conditions and stress in a month, in order to meet such rigorous high standards expected through the many years just one consumer would!!! I will NEVER EVER take my vehicle or anyone else's elsewhere!!! YOU WON'T REGRET It! It definitely makes a difference to have an honest God fearing man to help you through what could be the worst nightmare easily....

Best prices and warranty of any shops around. Took great care of my mother's Odyssey van (timing belt assembly) and all has gone well since we picked it up (roughly a month ago).

They can't seem to get an idea of when they'll finish repairs. First it was Friday, the Wednesday or Thursday, and the tomorrow afternoon, now my it's "wait till we call you". Rude and unprofessional staff.
