Long story short, I hit a pot hole on a state rd and they wouldn t fix the damages because it had never been reported which should be illegal!!! I didn t won t to report it on my insurance therefore I got two estimates. One from Gerber and another from the manufacturer. I walked into Gerber and was treated like a queen. The receptionist, Randy and the estimator were on point. I left my car a week later. Randy and the crew went out of there to keep me informed. I picked up my car today and it looks like it came off the showroom floor. I want to thank Gerber for a magnificent job!

I have used Gerber in Simpsonville, SC twice. Everyone was very professional and they did a great job on my car. Latisha and Randy took good care of me. Gerber is like family now!

Hands down the best experience we have ever had with a car repair shop. Everything was communicated to us, our car was ready before anticipated, and all issues were resolved right away. A huge thank you to the General Manager & everyone in your office for all your help!

You can only crash your car by appointment? Vehicle collision estimator not available and office personal clueless as to services even when insurance company recommend them.
