Staff was extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted and the staff was all business about making that happen. Wait time was minimal in a very comfortable, clean and safe waiting area. Thank you for a great visit.

I sent this to Firestone, the way they handled it was to have the manager that was the problem call me. Now he would never be unbiased to his own statements do you think. I made a 9am appt-email confirmation received for date/time. Walk in and rep stated no 9am appts available. Showed him appt confirmation and he said those were not reliable. They have people come all the time that schedule online and it doesn't come through on their end. So I called & scheduled an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation(that is supposed to be for the life of the tires) I was told they can't rotate tires due to tread.(Never heard that one in my 61 years). Oil change took 45 minutes after car was pulled in. Then was charged $9.99 for a car care package I did not request. When I asked for an invoice I was told it would be e-mailed to me. I guess so I would not see the car care package which they never did any checks on my car, I was watching through waiting area window.

We have received nothing but consistent, high quality care here. They are responsive, and have worked us in even when they're really busy. Their prices are fair and what I like best is that they're ethical. I never feel like they're just trying to pad our bill with things that aren't necessary.

I brought my car in for a wheel alignment. I was told my oil pan was smashed and needed to be replaced so the motor wasn t ruined. I got a quote for over $500. I declined and had my mechanic look at it. He said there was a slight ding that in no way hindered the function of the pan or jeopardized my car at all. He also informed me that the quote was grossly overpriced. I will never go back to Firestone. I feel like the mechanic tried to take advantage of me as a woman in an auto shop alone.

DO NOT GO HERE. You were warned. They are shady and only want your money. Customer service is garbage. Bought tires from them less than a year ago, went in for rotation and they claim I need two new front tires because I didn t keep up on rotation. GARBAGE. Absolute garbage. They lost our business! We ve always preferred discount tires and I kick myself for using Firestone because they were closer to our house. Back to discount tires and their amazing service!

These guys are phenomenal. My wife had a screw in her tire. They were very accomodating and repaired it for her the same day in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

The mechanics were very helpful. My mileage for the oil change had not been reset and they quickly reset it once I notified them.

Came in with just a broken window that I had to pay around $600 for to get it fixed . When I left the location the a/c and radio wouldn t turn on . When I returned for them to check it out they basically told me there was nothing they could do after they broke it and I had to pay to pay $200 to get it fixed at another location when it was nothing wrong at the beginning. People don t have money to just be spending freely like that and for them to break something and not even try to fix or take responsibility of issue is insane.

My Firestone experience gets better every time I choose them. I came in early for my alignment appointment and was able to get my oil changed without having to wait longer. The staff is always polite, knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. Always happy to return!

Paid a diagnostic fee just for them to tell me that they could not find what was wrong with my car after telling them it had a code p0303, waste of money.

I went there to have the belts and a pulley replaced on my 2020 Chevy Silverado. They assured me they could do it as I was having trouble finding a garage that could get the belts. I dropped it off the night before and they called me the next day asking where my wheel lock was. Very surprised by the question, I asked what that had to do with belts and a pulley. The service writer responded it s complimentary . I responded that I m very particular about my wheels so please don t do it. He agreed and that was that. He later called and informed me they couldn t find the belts and couldn t do the work. Mad, I reminded him I was assured it could be done and that s specifically why I went to them. He responded times have changed and welcome to the new normal . I honestly was hoping he was joking so I kinda laughed, waiting for him to do the same but didn t. I think he was serious.Went to pick up my truck and I was steaming. Immediately noticed my wheels were all gouged up and asked to speak with the manager. Was informed the manager wasn t there but would be tomorrow. I returned in the morning to catch the manager. I explained everything to him and he said they didn t touch the wheels. I asked why I got a phone call asking for my wheel lock if they didn t touch them as my lug nuts are concealed. He again said they didn t do the damage. I quickly noticed the cameras in the garage and asked if we could review the video together to make sure he wasn t lying. He quipped we don t have to go there, let s handle this at the store level . He instructed me to get an estimate for repairing me wheels and I returned the next day with it. He then informed me I needed two estimates not just the one. I reminded him he said one yesterday and he said I must have heard him wrong. Returned the next day with the second estimate and he said these estimates are beyond his limit to handle at the store level so it will have to go to corporate. He said I should expect a phone call from the district manager on Monday as this was late in the day on Friday. Monday came and went with no call so I waited until Wednesday to return to the store just in case the DM called Tuesday. Informed the manager of no phone call and then was informed the DM was on vacation. Waited and waited for a phone call but never received one. Went back to the store to inform them that I hadn t got a call yet. The manager clicked the keyboard for several minutes and said he just sent him an email to call me. I asked for the DM s phone number or email address but was told that company policy doesn t allow that. Waited and waited again and still nothing. Returned to the store once again and informed the manager I hadn t received a phone call. He threw up his hands and said it s now beyond his control as it s been upgraded to the corporate level.Never received a phone call and nothing was ever done.

i came here specifically to get my tire fixed but figured i would get an inspection while i was there. they told me they fixed my tire so i drive off and my tire is actually not fixed. i come back and say hey my tire isn t fixed so they say oh it turns out he actually didn t fix it but we can fix it for you . so i let them fix it and the next day my tire is still flat but they put it back in the wrong spot so they gave me an unnecessary tire rotation without my knowledge, as well as just not even fixing the tire in the first place. i called today and asked why my tire is still flat and they said we shouldn t have even worked on it with the condition that your tires are in. and then they proceed to tell me over the phone after i call back because i m dissatisfied, that i need two new tires. they neglected to tell me about the condition of my tires until i called them for not fixing my tires, which they then blamed on the condition of my tires which i didn t even know about. i spent two and a half hours there and all i got was a major waste of time and a huge inconvenience.

I have been going to Firestone for alignments, tire rotations, oil changes, and other work for over a decade. Been to multiple stores in two different areas. Overall I've always been pleased. I have lifetime alignment plans on both my vehicles. I have tire warranties on my tires.Well now that goodwill is gone and I'm realizing that this is probably not the first instance of this. I took my wife's car in for a tire rotation and alignment in December 2022. Then we went on a road trip. It was probably there before, but my father in law drove the car while we were there and noticed the car had a pull. So when we got back, I took the car back in and had them realign it. They realigned it. A few weeks later, I noticed the pull again. So I took it back again. They said it could be the tires (there are mismatched aged tires on it because of nails and replacements). So they moved tires around, checked the alignment, etc again. But when it was done, they said that the right rear shock was blown and the left front strut was leaking. Now I'm a car guy so I don't scoff at needing work to be done. I asked about getting it done and was told they couldn't get parts. So a few months went by, I took my car in for a rotation and alignment check, and I asked again about getting the work done. Was told the parts were available now and they'd get me a quote. Never did. So I called another local shop I'd used before that specializes in Honda vehicles.I got a quote, took the car in Tuesday, and today they called with the final estimate. Nothing. Because the shock isn't blown and the strut isn't leaking. I don't know if Firestone was simply cheating me or telling me I needed work done because it has 60K miles (which is generally not when suspension needs replacement anyway). But the message wasn't "Because of the mileage, you should do this". It was "The right rear shock is blown and the left front strut is leaking". Now you can question one mechanic over another, but when mechanics TURN DOWN money, I generally trust them more since they could easily have taken the money I took the car there to spend.Needless to say, I'm upset at nearly spending $2,000 on work that wasn't necessary. If they'd had the parts, I would have already and never had known. If I ever go back to a Firestone, it will be for very basic things and I won't trust a word they say about necessary work. I've filed a complaint with corporate as well.

Straight up incompetent. Came in complaining about noises pertaining to the belt of the car instead they fix my emission control without addressing the issue. One week later and suprise the belt snaps and it's a 1600 dollar fix for everything thats damaged. Another week passes and part of what they "fixed" breaks again. I take it to the dealership where they explain they did a terrible job wiring what they "fixed." do not go here if you have engine issues.

The guys here were very helpful and kind. They did a great job with our car and we were able to call and make an appointment for the following day and get the car back the day of service despite the fact that they were packed. I am glad I decided to go here. I had talked to a couple of other places that had no tires kept in stock for our vehicle. This was a quick and easy visit with good service. Not much more you can ask for!

Needed new tires for my truck and took it to Five Forks Firestone because the helped me out with an emergency flat tire repair on a weekend about a year ago.Called in, told them what I needed. They had the right tires in stock and actually recommended a tire that was on sale. Dropped the truck off 20 minutes later and it was done in less than 2-hours including an alignment.Great ServiceServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

I called and asked for a price on a pair of tires. It was 4:30 p.m. and the guy said call back tomorrow after 8 a.m. I'm like you can't even give me a price today? He got aggressive and said call back tomorrow and hung up the phone. And before I made the call I said to myself this is the last chance I'm giving Firestone. I've had bad experience with Firestone in the past at multiple locations in different states. I'm done with them forever. And if you got this far reading into my review then I advise you to run and never look back at Firestone. And forget about it's existence.

The absolute lowest in terms of humanity. My girlfriend had a starter that needed replacing. Thru the day they would call and recommend things to replace stating they were necessary. Ended up with a bill of over 2k, including charges like 50$ in labor to replace a back up bulb, 400$ fan, brake fluid draining and ac fluid draining which is never needed, and many more. Just unreal how somebody can take advantage of someone like this. Same type of people that take advantage of older people that dont know any better and agree to timeshares. Special place in hell for people like you.People on commision will do whatever they can to make a sale. Shes a student with large debt and worried about making it to class and you took advantage of that.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair

Attempted to schedule appointment online. Received a call from someone at the location stating that the online system doesn't work and my appointment time was not available. Selected a new appointment time. I then received an email with a different date than we had discussed on the phone. I immediately called back, spoke with the same person, and he confirmed the original date we had discussed and stated he was updating in the system now. When I arrived for the appointment, I was not on the list. After asserting that I was at the wrong location, the employee at the desk found me on the schedule on the incorrect date from the email confirmation. They were too busy to fit me in and I gladly took my business elsewhere.

I ve never had any problem with them changing oil or fixing my car but there has been one thing after another with scheduling an appointment. There is always something wrong with my appointment on their end. Today was my breaking point. I called a week ago to make an appointment for them to check my wheel bearings. I told them I would stay here while they looked at, and fixed my car & the man told me it would be about two hours for them to fix it. I get here the day of my appointment and, in the computer, they have me dropping my car off. When I told the guy I would be sitting here (I don t have anyone to pick me up) all he said was we re pretty busy and it will be a while. I understand being busy but my appointment wasn t a drop off. Good thing I don t have anything else I need to do today. I will not be back.

I am so glad.that I went by Firestone complete auto care for a second opinion, after being told I needed a new power steering pump ($580.98) & new lines ($856.85) plus labor. They looked at my suv and it was only a hot pressure line. This was over a year ago and I'm so glad I did. They do great work in a reasonable time, honest & friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Took my vehicle in fort a tire rotation and alignment. Paid over phone and had my wife pick it up because I was at work. When I got it back the tires clearly hasn t been rotated (noted by specific mud marks on my tires) and there was no alignment report. When I called to get the report the tech said I had to come in person to pick it up. When I told him I was on my way he said they were too busy and I should come back in a few days. To me that seems like a shady deal. So I asked if they could just scan the report to me and was told no, I d have to come back later.Totally shady. You ve just lost a customer.

Brought the car down here for a wheel alignment and was told that if they had to adjust the cambers it would be extra because it was placed on a aftermarket part. Then was told the camber kit would adjust only .2 to which the kit is allowed 1.5. I am a mechanic and these guys do not know what they are talking about I am 3 degrees out of alignment and they are saying that they can't do it which my camber kit washers tabs are out of whack and they were completely rude when I asked them to redo it. as you can see the tabs are diagonalService: Wheel alignment
