They were friendly, thorough, & professional. Thomas described what needed to be done, how long it would take, & what it would cost before the service. They kept me informed & got me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend!

I ve taken my car here twice and both times they were very nice and professional. They will make sure you understand what work they are doing on your vehicle and will give you updates as needed. Both times I had work done, Matt was one of the people helping me and I recommend both him and this place you won t be dissatisfied :)

Fast service, very convenient and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and professional. Catcher was my service tech today and he was very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Quoted prices and made notes for upcoming services that I will need. Highly recommend!

Recently had my honda civic serviced for an oil change, the staff members were very professional and helpful especially Gus. He gave a detailed list on what he did and was friendly the entire time. I came here before and was satisfied with their work ethic. Great job to everyone especially to Gus will return again.

I always bring my Dodge Ram to this place for routine oil changes. Great customer service but I must say exceptional customer service was given by employee Thomas who went above and beyond to fix some things on my truck I ve needed fixing for over a year. He did a diagnostic, found a few problems and solutions and told me exactly what other items needed my attention. I so appreciate his honesty and willingness to just help me out. He actually saved me from having to purchase a whole new radio system. Thanks so much Thomas!-Daisy

Thomas provided me with the best vehicle service experience I've ever had. He first did an inspection and provided me with a quote prior to performing any service. I was routinely updated regarding the status of my F150's service. Most importantly, Thomas and his colleagues all appeared to be honest mechanics, which is incredibly hard to find these days...If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust isn't going to screw you over, then I suggest trying this location out.As for me, this location will be the exclusive recipient of all my future vehicle service needs.

All the guys was polite, friendly, and professional all with a smile on their faces. I waited an hour and a half on my vehicle which is what I was told in the beginning. They also came with updates on my vehicle. Not to mention sitting in a clean area was nice. Daniel and Josh gave a professional run down of service provided. I highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their vehicles to come to this place

My first experience and you do get great customer service, I was out in 15 minutes, but it is expensive. $50 for conventional oil change without any coupons or discounts, and it goes up from there. They do a full inspection and top off all fluids, so it comes down to peace of mind. Is that worth the price? I think so, and you won't even get that kind of service from a dealership.

The service is fine, the people are great but certain procedures are backwards and need to be updated.You can make an appointment online for tires, but they won't order it.They get an email to let them know someone wants tires, but if it's out of stock the customer won't know.If it's out of stock, the customer NEEDS to make an IN PERSON deposit before they can order the tires, but the customer won't know until they go in.The location can not take cards over the phone for the deposit due to "scams" and must be done at the location, which you won't know until your appointment.So, a person who makes an appointment online for tires that are not in stock will NOT be able to show up when they have an appointment to get them installed at that time due to it not even being ordered yet. This is a wildly outdated system for a company of this size.Can it still be installed that day? Usually, however much later than the customer is expecting.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone there is super friendly and polite. The shop is very clean and runs like a well-oiled machine. When you get an oil change, its not just an oil change, they also air up your tires, oil your door hinges, clean your windshield and run safety checks. Despite the name, they do much more than oil checks and tires, this is my go to place for all my car's service and repair needs now.

Nothing quite like finding you have a flat tire. I was so very thankful for the team here to get us fixed up and back on the road. Everyone was kind and helpful and they got us in and out quick.I am very thankful for the help they provided to us and would recommend this shop.

Matt and Gideon are excellent representatives for Express. They get work done in a timely manner and have tons of knowledge between them to solve a problem. Give those guys a raise and keep them around a while, and I ll keep coming back.

Have come for oil changes and everything was good. So I decided to get my brakes done. Big Mistake! I got a phone estimate and made an appointment 5 days prior. The guy asked me what type of brakes I had because they may not have the parts. They also kept asking (in person and over the phone) what the brakes were doing. As if I was too dumb to know whether or not I needed brakes. Then after arriving to my 11 am appointment and spending nearly 40 minutes waiting. I received another estimate and was then told they would order parts and they would arrive around 2. When I made the appointment I CLEARLY told the guy I needed an appointment before 2. That would have been the time to tell me that they may have to order parts and it could take hours to arrive so that I could have adjusted my schedule. In short this was a waste of my time not only that day, but the days I waited to get to the appointment. I was prepared to pay the first estimate (which was higher) and get my brakes done. All I got was a runaround.

I highly recommend this place for any job you need done to your vehicle. I just had an alignment done a couple hours ago to my 2019 honda accord. The gentleman went above and beyond to make sure my car was right. They even drove the car to make sure everything was good. He had to run the test a 2nd time but he made sure when I drove off my vehicle was right. I greatly appreciate everything... hands down this is the best place I have been in a long time. The price are also reasonable. Great job gentleman...

If you just want an oil change, this is a good place to go. If you want ANYTHING else done, go elsewhere. 3 issues I paid them a lot of money to fix, I am now having to pay a different mechanic to fix. So much wasted money and so much frustration. I will never go back here again.

Ryan and CJ assisted me with my oil change for my 2016 impala. They were great and beyond professional. I feel they went over and beyond. I had a head light out that needed replacing. I purchased the bulb and they didn t charge me any maintenance to replace the bulb. The bulb wasn t easy to get too and they offered to replace it for free. Great customer service.

Stopped in on Friday afternoon for an oil change. Ryan was friendly & helpful with the questions I had. This was my 2nd time getting an oil change at this location, I have no complaints. In fact I would highly recommend this shop :)

New to this area. Great service this morning for an oil change. You have very friendly employees at your store. I have two other cars that I ll be bringing in for oil changes when the time is due. Extremely courteous and professional. Very quick and reasonably priced. I visited on a busy day and it took a total of 39 minutes from pulling up in line to pulling off after being serviced.
