Great new location that come to serve our community's, I meet the owners Will and Katie Fogarty and there staff, they are great people, very honest. They answer my questions, the technicians work hard to find my noice problem, I was lucky, I was a walk in and they toke care of me ASAP and offer me a shuttle back home if I need it. the facility is great, clean bathroom, nice sitting and coffee area. + This place deserves a extra

What an amazing experience at Christian Brothers Automotive-Simpsonville!!! From walking in, to being greeted by everyone, I felt extremely welcomed. The inside of the shop was beautiful and felt so cozy. Loved the cookies and the snacks. Truly an amazing touch for a waiting guest! The technicians took care of my car and even sent me pictures of things that needed attention on my vehicle. I loved that part since I just had my vehicle serviced at the dealership and they didn t give me any input on my vehicle. Thank you to everyone at the store!!!

Christian Brothers is the opposite of what you expect from a repair shop. You walk in and are greeted by a friendly staff and a great looking waiting area. Everything is clean and bright! The staff didn t shy away from explaining services. The shop was clean and mechanics were also courteous. They also didn t try to push unnecessary repairs. Great service all around.

These guys are refreshingly honest, transparent, communicative and pleasant to work with. Been a long time since I've had such nice dealings with a mechanic. Their shop is very clean and their customer service is outstanding. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to not get the run around.

Same great service from Christian Brothers at a new, local, location. Friendly, Professional, and upfront about pricing and services. Will review their inspection and provide you with a copy. They will keep you updated with the status of your vehicle. It s nice having a location in Simpsonville now.

This was our first time using this shop and Christian Brothers. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I live in Michigan and our daughter lives a couple miles from this shop. She had purchased a used vehicle and we needed it inspected with a couple repairs done. Aaron was easy to communicate with and prices were spot on from estimate. The picture inspection was a nice way to not be there but still see what they saw. We had one unexpected part that Aaron was empathetic on the extra cost but explained very well why it was needed. I would highly recommend this shop. It made the process worry free being over 700 miles away and knowing my daughter's vehicle was being taken care of properly.

My first experience at Christian Brothers Automotive Simpsonville was great. Service work was completed as explained and at the quote provided. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service. The waiting room was the most comfortable for any auto service shop I have been in and provided a relaxing atmosphere. A new steady customer going forward.

Very very sweet people. Of course as a female I m nervous going to a shop. They were super sweet not pushy or anything! Very fast! I got a wheel alignment and a full evaluation. There were some things wrong with my car. They never pushed me to do it their way or do it now or buy there parts and service I appreciate that a lot! Very sweet people!

Absolutely top notch service. I felt valued as a customer the entire time. Very honest and fair with pricing. I especially appreciate the text messages with updates and ability to select the services that I wanted completed. Hopefully won t have to be back anytime soon , but if I do, will 100% be back at this location. I have already recommended to others.

I was pleased with the service on my vehicle. It was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Service manager Brad kept me apprised of the work and was very professional and courteous. Overall my experience was great and I plan to return for my next service interval.

This was our first visit to Christian Brothers. Their service is A+ plus. The time you walk in the door until they hand you your keys back. It s probably one of the most enjoyable visits to an auto service shop that I have ever had in 60+ years. Highly highly recommend Christian Brothers to anyone who is in need of auto service. I had a very good experience at the Christian Bros Auto in Simpsonville today.They replaced the defective washer pump and did oil change both at a reasonable price. Their customer service - including two way shuttle service - is first class!But what I appreciated the most is that although I asked for a wheel alignment, they told me it wasn t required and thus saved me this cost. This showed me a level of integrity that is not always seen in the automotive repair industry. They have shown themselves to be a very trustworthy company and I will not hesitate to take my business back there in the future. Thank you, Will, Katie and team.

I have been to numerous places over the years searching for great customer satisfaction. I ve been disappointed more times than I can mention so I was pleasantly surprised when I called CBA and was greeted by the welcoming voice of Brad. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, I was very happy with the overall experience of having maintenance work done on my car. I came away feeling like I found a new family.

I had my oil changed at Christian Brothers yesterday and was very very pleased. The workers and owners were very polite, and kept in touch with me through text with every procedure so I could know what was going on at all times. They did a thorough inspection and text me all results. I would definitely go back again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Christian Brothers for taking care of my vehicle okay now we're going to post it

If I could give more stars, I would!If you have "senior" parents that have not had good luck with car repairs at other places, you need to bring their vehicle to Christian Brothers. This is now the only place my parent's are allowed to bring their vehicle for anything. The people that work here are great and did a thurough job getting my parent's vehicle back to being safe and reliable.

Think we may have a home run here. Just used Christian Brothers automotive on West Georgia Rd in Simpsonville. Minor maintenance on my F250 diesel. From service writers to technicians I had a professional courteous non pressured experience. A new experience is they embrace technology and thorough communication with updates when vehicle goes in, issues identified during 125 point inspection and estimate then notification when car is ready. Definitely going to give them more of my business.

The customer service was top notch, the pricing was competitive yet customer friendly, and the complimentary shuttle service was unheard of. I recommend Christian Brothers of Simpsonville to any and everyone in the Upstate.

I'm so excited to have these guys right down the road from us. It's so convenient to get an oil change or any work done to my car now instead of having to drive to Greenville. I made my very first appointment a few weeks ago for just an alignment and tire rotation to be done today. I dropped the car off yesterday, and Brad had to toss a little humor in there, which made the guys behind him smile. I knew these guys were the right people for any car maintenance now or in the future. They had some recommendations emailed to me but didn't ask or pressure you into getting extra work done like Firestone and these other places do. You have the option to approve the work thats recommended, but they dont mention it when you go to pay. They even pull the car around for you. Super great place, super friendly staff, and I will now and forever be a Christian Brothers customer.

I was able to make my appointment online, over a weekend, for a Monday AM slot. My Explorer was making an unusual "clunk" noise in stop and go traffic. Dropped off at 8AM, and and Aaron kept me posted by text and phone, on the Tech's diagnosis and progress. After successfully completing the repair, they offered a discount since the initially-quoted part replacement didn't completely solve the problem. I would definitely use Christian Brother Automotive, Simpsonville again.

I called to get my car in for an alignment and they were able to take me same day and had it done before closing time. The inspection with pictures was huge for me due to having issues with places in the past. Had a great experience and will be bringing my car here!

Brad and the team at CBA took care of me when my truck was towed in thinking I had a blown transmission. After a quick inspection, they got it back up and running in a few days with the transmission in tact (thank goodness). Very professional, responsive, and courteous. Can t recommend these guys enough!

First time visiting a Christian Brothers Automotive and I'm impressed. I usually go to my dealership for regular maintenance, but my battery died recently and they're conveniently located near me. Great service and I appreciate they provide pictures when doing their inspections, so you can see everything.

Just tried out this new location and was very happy with the results. They were friendly and welcoming when I arrived and listened carefully as I described what I wanted done. They communicated well and did a fine job on my service (I needed an oil change and had a noise that turned out to be a bad wheel bearing that needed to be replaced.)

I have never been to repair shop that is so customer friendly! They are organized and keep you up to date with appt times, when the technician is inspecting the car, when vehicle is ready for pickup. They also offer a shuttle service. The customer service is exceptional!

I ve taken my car many places over the years to try and have my headlight fixed, each time to only fix it for a little while. When I told this to CBA, they investigated and found the problem, found a melted headlamp assembly area that left the bulb wiggly, and unable to remain tightened (explaining the short fixes before). They were able to replace the headlamp assembly, quicker than anticipated, and so far it s going swell!I m most excited about the communication throughout the process, as they text and provide prompt updates with descriptions of the problems, a number to call if you d rather discuss the issues, an easy way to approve or deny service, and the names and pictures of who is working on the car. It s so nice to have the option to read the problems, see their evidence (pictures and test strips), have the option to speak to anyone else involved, and then move forward as you best see fit.Their ability to work with after hours drop-off and pick-up were excellent as well!

I was in simpsonville for an appt after working off that morning. I walked in with a severe issue with my wheel bearings and they took me in immediately. They were very busy but still made sure they kept me updated with every step along the way. They were very upfront with pricing and even helped me get a better deal than the original estimate thanks to them shopping around for me. I will definitely come here for any future work even with it being an hour away from me.

They were great!! They took pictures of the entire process and walked around the vehicle. They were very responsive too my texts and setting up a time to come get it. They were also great on price. I would highly recommend, I will be going here exclusively from now on
