I ve been taking my BMWs to Ron Norris, the owner, for over 30 years and would never go anywhere else. He s Certified to work on BMWs and Mercedes and has been for over three decades, is reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable and honest. And unlike the dealership and his main competitor (he worked at both before opening his own place), he will not try to upsell you things that might go wrong down the road but tell you honestly approximately how long you have before a part needs replaced.

My experience with Beamers-N-Benzs was awesome! The level of knowledge and experience concerning my BMW Z4 was better than I had experience at the dealership. They were honest about what repairs were needed and very economical in comparison with the dealership's Diagnostic and quoted price for repairs! I would recommend any Beamer owner to go there for quality service!

In this life time in dealing with service professionals one of the most challenging things is to find an honest straight forward lawyer or mechanic. Well, look no further than Ron. For years he has looked after my wife's Mercedes e320 and in all that time he has been fair, honest and even helped us make sure the next one we may purchase is sound. He is a man of obvious integrity and I strongly recommend him.

Great service for your BMW! If you want quality service and parts for less than the local stealership, I highly recommend you give Ron a call. If you want cheap and fast with no name parts look elsewhere.

They are very competent when it comes to BMW s. However, you are going to be paying surprisingly close to what a dealership charges with a lower customer service experience. I felt overcharged. In most cases, i ll stick with my regular mechanic.

They were very quick and fixed car right the first time. Place is disorganized and badly in need of remodeling. Price paid was equal to the Benz dealer.They were quick!

We had high hopes that this would be the best place to take our BMW. After THREE months of our car not working and being in and out of his shop we finally learned our lesson and took it to the dealership. It cost more but was done right and no corners were cut. Lesson learned. Do NOT use this guy or his shop.

I wouldn't recommend these guys for anything past an oil change or wiper blades. Took my BMW in for a loud noise in the front end and they didn't even drive the vehicle before they diagnosed it for sway bar parts and some drag links. They also put an oil filter housing gasket on that was leaking. After asking them to drive the vehicle to verify the noise was gone, they told me it was. I went to pick it up and drove it to find out the noise was still there. Took the owner for a ride and left it with him for further diagnosis. All he could tell me was that the car had had an axle replaced and the car was very rusty underneath. When I pressed him for a further diagnosis he couldn't tell me anything except that he didn't think anything was dangerous and that he would just drive it till it got worse. Long story short....I don't think he had the capability to fix the car. $1000 later I've got it in the BMW store in Columbia to try to get my problem fixed. I had no problem with the steering or suspension noise going in but they may have been worn. The problem I have is you'd have to be blind and deaf not to hear the noise that I still have and there was no effort to try to find it. I won't be going back.

They were very helpful when I called and told me to come down & would squeeze me in for diagnostics today. He was fair in his price and was upfront with me and told me possibilities, cost, and options. But he didn't try to take me for a ride and go in for the kill. Knock on wood problem solved easily. Thanks for the help this afternoon.

If you are looking for a truly trustworthy company to work on your BMW, look no further! Ron has ALWAYS taken the greatest care of me and my car, repaired what needed to be repaired, and given me the details of what might need to be done in the future, with no pressure whatsoever. I have driven away from there every single time feeling good about my experience. How many other businesses can I say that about? Honest, dependable, fair...these words only begin to describe Beamers N Benz in Simpsonville, SC

Great service for a good price on par with the dealership if not better. Hard to find honest people doing good work but they really come thru for you here. I ve been bringing my M5 to them for 5+ years now.

Worst experience in my life. They kept both of my vehicles for over 6 months and when I got one back. The problem was worse and they charged me almost 3600 dollars. Basically ruined my life dealing with these people.

Ron was very helpful and upfront with pricing and services. The labor rates are very reasonable for the type of vehicles they service hence the name.

Don't bother taking vehicles here. Triple charged for the amount of work they say they done when in fact my car was taken to the dealership for recall repairs and I was told that my car was severely leaking oil which is what I took it here for to begin with...

Bad experience for me. Customer service terrible, claim services was done come to find out the services wasn't done but charged me $500. Might as well go to dealership
