We thought we had planned ahead and had two new tires put on our trailer for our trip. Unfortunately we were wrong. We called several places and could not find anyone who would help. It was late and Asap Roadside Rescue said they opened at 8am and would send someone out. They sent Ray who was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get us on our way. If you are in the area, and need help, ASAP ROADSIDE RESCUE is the one to call.

We were on our way down to Hilton Head Island, when our car started leaking oil. Dylan was so prompt to pick us up and bring us to town. Then, he stayed for over 2 hours to help us fix the car! He goes completely above and beyond for his customers and is a man of his word. I have never had such an amazing business experience. He helped my family when we had a blow out and was stuck on a road with no real pull off he actually saved us I shall say because we had a almost hit us and many more fly by we could have really been hurt or killed had he not helped us thank you again for being our hero

I love this company I use it everytime I ever need anything towed. last year I put a car in a ditch and when the driver got there to get me out he was the nicest guy I ve ever met. and they got there quick too I ve had to call them 2 more times since then and the same guy helped me out and even. remembered me his name was chip out of all the towing companies I ve ever used this ones definitely the bestService: Car towing

I called them at 1:25 AM and they arrived in less than an hour. They had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. Ray was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This was the smoothest road call experience I ve had in my 22 years as a truck driver. I highly recommend this company!!

My wife and I unexpectedly broke down on a back road in Joanna, SC. We were traveling from Florida to North Carolina for 5 days with our RV. A local resident knew of ASAP roadside rescue and immediately helped to get them on the way to pick up our truck. "Ray, Connie & Justin" dropped everything they were working on because of our circumstance and got to the repairs. Our RV was towed to a nearby KOA, But we were given only two nights to stay before we head to vacate the campground because of the holiday weekend. This family run business at ASAP was compassionate, respectful, and very attentive to our plight. They put our vehicle first and head us back on the road to our intended destination in just under a day and a half! Because of them, we were able to salvage the last half of our vacation. I hit a deer in my car on my way back to school and was alone on the side of the road in the dark. Dylan was very attentive, got there in little to no time, took care of me and my car, made sure I was okay, and helped work with my insurance to make sure everything got taken care of. Our vehicle broke down at 1:30 am and my insurance dispatched CIA to help us. They were quick to respond and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing service. The driver was very nice and considerate considering the time he received our call for help. In this day and age its hard to find good people like the driver we had. Tony at CIA Towing and Recovery was an answer to prayer! We had just bought a used camper and while pulling it home, the camper tires stopped rolling. We could no longer pull it. We were stranded. I called CIA and Tony answered! He was so patient and helpful. He talked us through some options to try. He figured out the problem for us and got us right back on the road! We will forever be grateful for his help and kindness! Would trust this company anytime!

Dylan towed a vehicle for me. He gave me the best rate for the distance. He called to let me know he was on his way to pick it up and again to let me know he was on the way to my house. Me and my family was on the way from Myrtle Beach to GA, and our tire blew out. We called several local towing companies and no one was available to help. Until we called CIA and Dylan showed up. He went above and beyond to help us out. Drove us to several hotels who denied us because we had too many kids with us. So he took us to his conpany. My tire popped on the highway at 2:00 am in clinton. I called around everywhere in clinton but no one answered. Dylan came out of his way 30mins to help me. A company that provides the best service around! Very knowledgable mechanics. Easy to work with and super nice guys. After calling 3 tow companies who couldnt help with getting a new tire on after a blown tire on our trailer. We called CIA Services Center. They were helpful over the phone and were able to help us easily! Showed up to assist in a timely manner and even offer a Mil. Discount! Thank you, without y'all we would have been out there for who knows how long.

CIA towing is the best towing service around! After breaking down on the side of a lonely dark highway late at night, CIA towing was ready and willing to come me to a shop. The service was fast, friendly, and very professional! I would recommend CIA towing to anyone I come into contact with. This is family business and they conduct themselves as if they re helping a family member in whoever they help. Breaking down, needing a tow, and loosing or locking your keys in the car can be a very stressful and aggravating experience, but this company combats that with professional and friendly service! We were stranded along the interstate yesterday in our motorhome. We sat from 1:00 pm until 11:00 pm waiting on promises of tow trucks coming and no one came. I found Tony on google maps and he came to our rescue. We had a fuel line in our motorhome that was leaking and filled the motorhome with smoke. He repaired it enough to get us 2 miles up the road to a truck stop. He followed us to make sure we made it ok. He called us early this morning saying he was trying to locate a part and would return to our location at the truck stop to repair it. He is currently here and I would definitely recommend him!

I was stranded at night with 2 kids in the car and my roadside assistance said it was going to be 2-3 hours before someone could get to me. I did a Google search and found Cia service center. They showed up in less than 30 minutes and they were very professional. Would highly recommend.
