I have tried to contact Firestone about these guys. I got brakes done in 2020 and brought it back for excessive squeak when I break. I was told it will go away. It never did. I drove/moved to Texas and my brakes did NOT pass inspection. The fronts were glued on/ missing hardware and the back was assembled backwards as the new brake place stated.

Gary B at Shaw Firestone quoted me $900 for a radiator replacement. What Gary B failed to tell me was that he went ahead and replaced hoses on my vehicle without my consent and added $1000 of extra charges to my bill and surprised me with it when I arrived at the store to pick it up. They never called and told me what they were doing, never asked for customer authorization, they just went ahead and ordered parts and installed them for 4 hours while I waited around wondering when my vehicle was gonna be finished. Never go here, get this place removed from the installation. They re liars, thieves, and take advantage of Airmen.

Took my truck in for a rotation and oil change, they didn t notice that the two tire sensor valve stems were too long in the front when they put the tires back on so it broke them both and started leaking air, they patched one and rotated tires back and still charged me for a tire rotation, i noticed the other was leaking as well, they told me it wasn t and sent me on my way only for me to wake up to a now flat tire, still had to pay for it all and nothing they can now do.

Took my husbands truck there for a tire rotation on a Saturday morning. It took several hours because they were "busy" which was fine but they told my husband that two of his tires had nails in them in places that "could not be patched" and that he needed to replace them. He had just come back from a week long TDY where he had to drive it about 100 miles a day and never got a notification that his tire was leaking. So we took it to our regular mechanics (cooks in dalzell) and guess what? no holes in any tires. But Firestone was REAL ready to order my husband tires when he came to pay for the rotation.Service: Tires

Went here to get two new tires and a rotation two tires literally fell off and now our car is completely dead because of them. It messed the motor up on the bounce off the road because they fell off while we were DRIVING!! They tried blaming it on us saying it wasn t their problem after the second tire fell off.. tires don t just fall off randomly especially when the bolts were stripped out!! They put our lives in danger!!Service: Tires

Dropped off a car to replace 2 Tires. Had an appointment for 2pm but dropped it off at noon. Asked for pick up at 430pm but still wasn't ready at 5pm. Not sure why I had an appointment.Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Prices were good and they had my tires in stock but not sure how good stock options are.I was also told antifreeze was low and radiator cap seal was going bad and battery test low. I elected to resolve those myself. Coolant was low in the reservoir tank only so felt that was a little misleading. Radiator cap looked good... seal is intact, no holes or tears and not breaking down... not sure what they saw. Haven't tested battery yet...

Morgan that works there was rude and hung up on me when I am trying to explain that my warranty is going to pay for all the expenses. Highly Unprofessional. I used to like their service but after a while they started giving bad attitude. I don t recommend it s expensive and worst customer experience.

I have always trusted Firestone on Shaw AFB (SC) to take care of my vehicle needs. I can't say their prices are always the least expensive; but I've always gotten good service. I've not had a bad experience at either of the Firestone locations I've been to; Shaw AFB & Broad St (near the VA clinic).

Never get it right. If you have 3 or 4 hrs for an oil change tire rotation. But don't let them do anything else to your car

I use them all the time for oil changes, tire replacement and battery swaps. They do great work and keep you informed on issues that may need attention at a later date.

I bought a used car recently and the day after the low tire pressure light came on but I had no gauge so I stopped by the shoppette for some air but the air pressure machine is out of commission. Fortunately Firestone is just next door and they were more than willing to let me pull around to their service center for a quick air check and service free of charge. Thank you Firestone for getting me home safely.

So I go to Firestone on base, to get my alignment looked at because one tire seems to be wearing more than the other. They tell me I'm all good on the alignment, that I just need new tires and I'll be set. I go to another Firestone in sumter to get the tires, they automatically do an alignment check and tell me that it's barely off, but will cause my tires to wear quicker. Now that I'm spending 500 dollars on new tires, I don't have the money to fix the damn alignment. Needless to say, I will not be doing business at Firestone ever again. Since it was barely off, they decided to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it instead of just telling me that it was barely off. They obviously didn't want my money very bad. But it's ok because my business will be elsewhere

We used them for an oil change and check up on our vehicle and they did not check our coolant. It was low and we had to fill it on our own after we left. Would not use them again. Double check their work!!!!

Combined with the Shaw Air Force Base Shoppette, but they have a comfortable separate establishment. Waiting area provided. Easy to work with and very professional.

The staff here is always helpful and willing to work around busy military schedules. I've never had a problem getting service and they're always friendly.

I've taken my car to them twice for an oil change. Today I went to change the oil myself only to find the oil drain plug is stripped to the point that I can't use a socket to remove it. I'm hoping and praying they didn't strip the threads of the oil pan as well.

Beware of the things they recommend on a courtesy check. Most of it is maintenance they are trying to add on, but is not required. If they recommend something, have someone else check it out before committing on the spot.

People are friendly and knowledgable. Oil changes and anything to do with tires takes forever. Vehicles sits all day and then still isn't done.
