Took delivery on my South Bay 224RS LE today. Cannot speak highly enough on the experience. Worked with great folks in financing and service at the Buford store and sales in Seneca.They all took the time during the processes to make sure I understood everything and answered all my questions.5-star company!

Dropped my boat off for servicing Friday afternoon and had it back in the water in less than 24 hours. That s pretty good turnaround in anybody s book. Really friendly and attentive staff. Answered all of my questions about a lot of stuff, boating and maintenance and otherwise. Went above and beyond re-rigging my trailer to better fit my boat. I really can t say enough positive about my whole experience. Every interaction has exceeded my expectations. Great work! Thanks!!

We shopped around between Hall Marine, JC Sports, and WaterSports Central and, while all of them have great salespeople and great products, Chad, with his incredible energy and enthusiasm, was able to convince us to purchase a MasterCraft.My wife hadn't had a lot of boating experience and this was our first boat so it was a real gamble to commit this much money but we took the plunge and had a bunch of 'newbie' issues trailering, at the launch, docking, pulling out of winter storage, etc. and she has been ready to sell it several times but every time I've called the shop Tommy (or occasionally another shop person) has been INCREDIBLY patient and helpful and there have been a few little things that they have fixed, corrected, or helped us figure out without any judgement or questions. I would DEFINITELY encourage anyone to purchase a boat from them!

The folks in the service department at WSC saved my vacation. I explained what I thought my problem was and that I was on vacation at Lake Hartwell for the week. They got me in for a diagnostic check immediately. My problem was solved in minutes. These folks were amazing to deal with, not just because they saved my vacation, they were very professional and easy to talk to. I found out they have a dealership close to where I live. I will be using them in the future. Once again,Thanks for saving our vacation. You guys are great.

WaterSports Central's service department has always gone above and beyond to provide great service for our boat. Tommy and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't trust anyone else.....it's also great having a local service team that will make calls to your slip and get you back on the water...

Love this dealership they are pleasant, efficient and punctual. My husband and I have purchased 2 boats from WSC and have been delighted with the great customer service and the knowledgeable staff in all areas , they even worked us in right after the July 4th holiday and serviced our boat right at our dock!

My 2020 air, Natique had a problem with the Tele metrics unit, a device which shows the boats location. WaterSports Central sent a technician out to my dock to repair the issue. As a recently hired new technician, I was eager to see how Kendric would repair the unit. When the initial diagnostic solutions did not work, he studied the electrical diagram and was able to spot and correct the issue. While his technical expertise was enough to award five stars on this review, his personality, focus, and ability to communicate makes him one of the top rated technicians I have ever met. WaterSports Central did a wonderful job bringing him on to their team.

Recently bought a new boat from Chad and the crew at WaterSports Central. Top Notch service. Everything they said they would do they did and are the gold standard for customer service as far as I'm concerned. Paperwork, Communication, Delivery etc, was all easier than in past boating purchases. They went above and beyond with Factory Tours, answering all my questions and even some additional items added post purchase prior to me taking delivery.They definitely live the lifestyle and enjoy bringing other folks into the family and delivering those memorable on the water memories. Can't wait to see them on the water this spring!

Just wanted to thank Tommy Yarberry for his help on helping resolve an issue regarding the VSR on my boat. I installed the new one and everything is now charging like it should. Tommy has always been very helpful through the years and am very thankful to have him here at WSC to help solve problems.

Great job on our g25 Nautique. The service team was able to knock out a pretty large job just in time to be back in the water for the 4th of July. Boat was also cleaned and covered when we picked it up!

I had a battery issue on my Nautique and Brian, the mobile technician gave me great advice and even followed up with me to make sure we were in good shape for a holiday weekend. Jerika was also great. Keep up the good work!

Went in to buy some stuff to change the oil in my old boat. Guy at the parts counter was super personable and even helped carry the box of oil to my truck. Will absolutely shop there again.

These guys are great! Took my Mastercraft in to them after a HORRIBLE experience at a marine service shop in Hartwell, GA. Tinsley, the service manager, couldn't have been more personal and helpful - among other things, finding me a prop at about half the cost of what he originally thought it might be. Jason, the parts guy, jumped all over getting the right parts FAST. And Adam went above and beyond - taking a personal interest in diagnosing, repairing, replacing and testing - as if it was his boat. They actually put the boat in the water 3 different times - first to help diagnose some suspicious issues (I had only taken it in for a new prop and stuffing box - but they found some serious problems), then to test out their work. And finally, they delivered the boat and Adam had me take him out in it to make sure I was totally satisfied. I had my son and a bunch of his friends coming for Columbus day weekend and only had a week to do all the work. The short of it is, they did more in 6 days than Mark's Marine did in over 6 months - and did it right, including redoing some of the shoddy work.The boat runs like a champ now - smoother, quieter and faster. I've got some fiberglas work that needs to be done thanks to hurricane Irma last year, and they're going to take care of that this winter.This was among the very best service experiences I've ever had for anything (and I'm old enough to have experienced quite a bit with houses, cars, boats, computers, appliances, etc.) I wouldn't take my boat anywhere else.

Chad Hodge makes the place great - ask for Chad if you are interested in a boat.We have purchased several boats (MasterCrafts) from him in the last few years and have been thrilled with the process, attention to details, deals,etc. We don't think that we could have found a better place to do business.They live the lifestyle. If you don't know what they means, you should stop by and find out.Their service shop has been a breeze to deal with also. Highly skilled and certified mechanics... You don't want anyone else working on your boat.They also have Wake boards, Wakesurf boards, skis, vests, ropes, etc. They are new and are building up their inventory, so I expect more is to come. At some point they will be taking over all the space at their current location which will allow for more inventory.They are owned by Watersports Central in Atlanta which is a premier dealership with huge experience. They are also great folks. The Seneca location has the major resource to back them up.

Brought in my older boat for dagnosis as it wouldn't start. I was told I needed a new motor because the cylinder pressure was low. Upon inquiring about possible reasons, vavles, gaskets etc, I was told that those could be possible issues. I was given a quote prior to diagnosis and received one invoice that was almost accurate. A few days later another invoice forty dollars higher was received via email. I was told it was an oversight when I refused to pay the additonal expense. The staff was nice but I don't trust a place that wouldn't say they needed to look into the motor further to give an accurate diagnosis. I would expect additional cost then. The quote for a rebuilt motor and labor was over $9k. I got a second opinion and was told the motor could be repiared.

I've taken my malibu vlx up to water sports central several times and have always been treated with the outmost respect! The service department has always been really professional and extremely helpful. I would definitely be doing business with them again and highly recommend them to anyone

Extremely helpful...went over and beyond to help us with our boat that broke down. Had every part we needed. I highly reccomend and I wish they'd open a place a Lake James as well!

I drove 6 hours to this dealership to get my MasterCraft hydraulic steering serviced. These guys are the bomb! I got there at 7:50am and was done with that and new pump impeller's installed, by 9am! I'll be back as returning customer!Eddie Wildsmith
