We were blown away by the customer service at Viking Marine. As first time boat buyers we had many questions. Jordan, with his team Tyler and Tony, took the time to answer our questions and teach us what to look for when buying a boat. We were shown an amazing, like new, 1998 Chaparral. Armed with our new education, we went to a different boat dealer to compare with a 2012 Regal. The condition of the Regal was nowhere close to the Chaparral and the service, I wouldn t even call it service compared to the guys at Viking Marine. We immediately drove back to Seneca to close the deal on the Chaparral. We are very excited to get on the water! Highly recommend Viking Marine and will be back for all of our boat needs.

My wife and I bought a 2015 tritoon boat from the guys @ Viking. We were very impressed with the variety of inventory both new and used. The owner-Jordan Drost, sales team, and finance manager were all very appreciative of our business. The atmosphere at Viking has that home town small business feel, they even have a cool dog (Brock) that is sure to be the first to greet you when you walk into the showroom. We ve been in nearly every boat dealership in Upstate SC over the years, browsing and buying/trading By far the best boat buying experience we ve ever had. We highly recommend doing business @ Viking Marine. Ask for Carlton, he s a great guy!

My wife and I recently moved to the area. Like many, we didn t grow up on a lake and the idea of buying a boat is an exciting but daunting decision. Jordan and his team at Viking Marine made the process extremely informative and fun. We were amazed at their offer to test drive any boat we wanted to test drive because it s a process to take a boat from their store and put it in the lake. However, that s exactly what they did. They picked us up in our boat of choice right in front of our house. Jordan and Cameron spent an hour with us talking about the lake, the boat, and answered every question we had. We drove the boat and we saw the wave it produced, all while feeling absolutely zero pressure to make a decision.Their customer care (service) is impeccable. We visited other local shops and none matched (or even came close) to Viking Marine s no-pressure sale, happy to answer any questions persona, and have unmatched price points.We are thrilled with our boat choice and Jordan and Cameron are a very big reason why this once daunting decision became a rather easy choice for us.We HIGHLY recommend Viking Marine.

I had a great experience buying a boat on consignment from Viking. When we first took the boat out for a water test the engine had an issue that the Viking staff quickly diagnosed and fixed. After taking the boat home I had a problem getting the title transferred (I am out of state) and Viking helped me get it resolved quickly. Jordan and Tyler were great to deal with and went above and beyond to provide great service. I highly recommend Viking Marine!

Very impressed with Viking Marine! Jordan has done a great job with the new place and his staff are true professionals. This is my 3rd item I have had ceramic coated (Truck, Motorcycle, Boat) by Viking Marine and I could not be happier with the results. Jordan took the extra time to review the work completed and explained the process and challenges with each. He stands behind their work and it is beautiful; definitely a team you can trust!

Was in the market to trade up from an 18 Scout Sportfish to a new or newer boat. Spoke to Jordan and after lots of education and patiently spending time on the phone with me, I decided on a new Sea Fox Commander 248. We decked it out with some extras, and Jordan s service lead (Jim) performed magic by expertly installing all the options I wanted in just a few days.The boat looked perfect on pickup day, and Jordan now has my Scout boat on consignment. He has gone above and beyond on all our interactions so far, and I would definitely come back to Viking Marine for any future boat purchase. Highly recommended.

I bought a preowned Chaparral a few weeks ago and wanted it detailed and protected, both inside and out. After researching a number of options, I chose to go with Viking Marine for a complete buffing and ceramic coating on both the fiberglass and vinyl cushions. I have to say that Jordan and his team did an outstanding job. The boat looks brand new. The guys were timely, responsive, easy to work with, and very thorough with a true eye on customer satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Thanks again, Guys!

A good friend recommended Jordan to us. We inquired about a boat, and Jordan reached out, immediately. His knowledge of what he sells, the customer service he and his team provide, and willingness to take the time it needs to make sure his clients are comfortable and satisfied is unmatched. The buying process was extremely smooth due to the professionalism that both John and Jordan have. My good experience did not stop there. After purchasing the boat, they were so nice to transport the boat into storage for us. I had a couple big jobs done on my Cobalt 252. I worked with Patrick who was very knowledgeable and kept in touch with updates when picking up the boat everybody in the office was very polite and seemed like there was a great atmosphere as far as pricing I was pleasantly surprised and felt the price was very fair once I picked up the boat went down to Lake Keowee to put it in the water there was a problem with my gearing. I called Patrick who immediately came down there within 15 minutes and had me back out on the water within an hour I highly recommend Viking Marine and consider them my new go to mechanics for all my boating needs well done y'all thank you very much

I was very pleased with the repair work to my boat & motor I needed. Patrick used to work on OMC outboards. I needed work on my OMC Johnson 90 HP outboard and some things repaired on the OMC Sunbird boat. Patrick took care of all the things I wanted checked out. He stayed in communication with me with what he found and what to do to fix it. The bill was fair and reasonable too. I would recommend to everyone.

I highly recommend Viking Marine to anyone consigning a boat for sale in the Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell area. Jordan and his team prepared and sold my boat in under a week - and at a fair price! Their paperwork process was simple and their professionalism and responsiveness to my inquiries was excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided.

Jordan was great to deal with. Very responsive and straight forward. I had my boat at another Dealer on consignment for 3 months, they brought zero buyers to me & gave me the run around. Once I got it to Jordan he sold it in 3 days. Highly recommend him and D1 if you are looking to move your boat. He had at least 3 interested buyers right away. Hands down I would do business with him again if I need something.

Jordan and staff at D-1 are a pleasure to do business with. I had them put a ceramic coat on my 2014 Ram and it looks brand new! I highly recommend D-1 for any of their services.

Jordan runs an excellent crew. When I bought my boat there, some of the paperwork was messed up and I didn t get all of the items. Jordan took it on himself to correct the mistakes on the paperwork and also ship the missing items as well. Very honest dealership and I would do business again.

Best boat buying experience I have ever had. The boat was exactly as advertised and I received a great deal on the boat. I searched across the country for the right unit and Jordan and his team absolutely delivered..Jordan went out of his way to help facilitate the financing and sale. Jordan did an amazing job on restoring our boat that had gel coat issues, lots of mold on the vinyl and areas of bad oxidation. I had no idea it was possible to bring a 5 year old boat back to looking like it came out of the showroom. His team is extremely talented and the process couldn't have been any easier. I was a little skeptical about ceramic coating in general, but after getting my new truck coated l see the appeal. My truck looks better than the day it rolled off the lot. It's so much easier to clean and maintain the appearance, plus you get the benefit of protecting your clear coat. Highly recommend Jordan and his guys, they did an amazing job.Service: Auto detailing

Jordan and his team took great care of my boat. They did a gel coat restoration and made my boat look new. Then I had Wes do a full tune up on my boat and it runs like new. Wes is a great technician and very knowledgeable. So when it came time to replace the drive unit the decision was easy to make and Wes replaced the entire drive unit and got me back on the lake.

Jordan and his team are awesome!! Was in the market for a boat. D1 Automotive and Marine had one. Jordan schedule a time for me to come see it the next morning. During that time Jordan passed up other offers to hold a commitment he made. That says a lot to me. I bought that boat and couldn't be more pleased. Definitely will return when I need the boat detailed or anything else I could use on this boat. About a 45 min travel from Andersen but it's worth it.
